Tamar Braxton Gets Maternal For September 2013 EBONY Cover...And Baby Logan Gets His First COVER SHOT!

Tamar Braxton toned down the makeup, lashes and wiggery for her brand new cover of the September 2013 issue of EBONY Magazine.  The new mom put a different face forward as she holds her baby boy Logan on the cover--and it's lash-free, understated, and is framed with darker hair.

Tamar isn't focused on fashion for the September issue of EBONY--even though most mags would--but instead, she focused on her newest love.  her baby boy Logan Vincent Herbert.

EBONY got deep with the diva, singer, author and reality star about the things we hear her say, but tend to get glossed over.  So what's really up with the alleged plastic surgery, her abusive relationship and why she really fell in love with her husband?

Here are the higlights...

On not giving into pregnancy cravings to keep her pregnancy bod right

“He’s like, ‘Nope. Don't do it. You're gonna be mad.” Vince chimes in, “Even before the pregnancy, she was very conscious about her weight, so I'm just helping her to be a better person.”

On surviving two past abusive relationships-including one where she was yanked out of her apartment by her hair:

I almost had to tell my story to each individual and then I decided that’s not what I’m going to do. I can’t make anybody believe, I can’t change anybody’s mind about anything. (The abuse,) it happened. I’m not all the way comfortable with sharing a lot of what happened to me (yet), but what I said was true. When I’m ready to talk about my abusive past I will, I’m sorry that I’m not. But if it wasn’t for (God), I wouldn’t be here.”

On how her abusive relationships affected her self esteem

“I haven’t always been vocal about my feelings, especially in a relationship. Now, I make sure that I’m very vocal about my feelings, everybody knows how I feel. Sometimes it’s over the top and most of the time it’s ‘Team Too-Much,’” she laughs, “But I have to do a lot. (I was) a shy person who had self-esteem issues trying to figure it out -- now, I’ve gotten over my hangovers. You say, I’m comfortable and confident, it took a long time to get there. Maybe like a year or so before Braxton Family Values, I wasn’t that person. I was faking it til I make it, pretty much.....

"I didn’t feel like I was beautiful. I didn’t feel like I deserved things. I didn’t feel like I could stand in a room and speak or even sing and have people who wanted to listen."

On her skin disease Vitiligo & rumors of her bleaching

Anybody with skin issues knows that that’s a very sensitive subject. And that’s why I’ve never shared that I have Vitiligo, because I do. I’ve always had it, since I was a young girl. It’s not as bad as others because everybody has it differently, but I’ve certainly had mine diagnosed. That’s why I tan. People say, “You bleach your skin!” But I tan just so I can have a better tone on my skin, boo!

It’s gotten worse since I’ve gotten pregnant. If you shake my hand now, to me it’s more noticeable. But when you get diagnosed with a skin disorder, it’s hard. It does weigh on your self-esteem. It really does. But I’m done defending that. I’m not bleaching my skin and if I was bleaching my skin and I felt like saying so, I would, but for the record, I am not.

On rumors of plastic surgery

"I don’t have plastic surgery. I never had plastic surgery. I had a nose procedure done because I had to. I had no cartilage in my nose, I have a piece of cartilage from my ear put into my nose. I had a medical procedure done. I have no plastic in my nose. And when I shared that with the world, now I have Botox, and different kind of fillers. Now I touch my face, which I never touch my face…Everything is real on me."

On why she fell in love with Vince

"The thing that I love the most about (Vincent) is that he’s helped me with accepting what happened to me and helped me realize that that’s not my make-up, (being abused) is not who I am, it hasn’t hindered who I am, it hasn’t stopped my integrity. I really appreciate him more and more everyday."

NYFW is officially in full swing and celebs took over the front rows at Lincoln Center.  Jessica White, Broadway actress Patina Miller, actress Amber Riley and runway coach Miss Jay hit up the Tadashi Shoji Spring 2014 show.

And so did June Ambrose and her daughter Summer, Rochelle Aytes and her "Misteresses" co-star Alyssa Milano and Bella Thorne.

Amber looked cut ein her Tadashi dress with lace detail.

And she and Patina posed it up with Mr. Tadashi himself.

"Mistresses" actress Rochelle Aytes rocked a black & lace Tadashi gown.  Hopefully her show gets picked up for a full season.

Dave Chappelle Disses Hartford Crowd For Heckling

Hmm…tough crowd?!

It’s nothing worst than a bad audience during a performance, especially as a comedian. Some can handle it while others just lash out. Dave Chappelle ended a show early in Hartford, Connecticut because the crowd heckled and interrupted him the whole time.

In the moment, he did the right thing and just walked away, but recently he spoke out about the disrespectful audience. The famous funnyman lashed out at the Hartford crowd during a recent show in Chicago and in an audio clip of his rant about them, Chappelle can be heard saying he half-heartedly hopes a nuclear bomb drops on Hartford.

“I don’t want anything bad to happen to the United States,” Chappelle said … “but if North Korea ever drops a nuclear bomb on this country, I swear to God I hope it lands in Hartford, Connecticut.”

Chappelle then called the crowd “evil” and “young, white alcoholics” and claimed he wanted to bash them the same way Michael Richards racially bashed a group of black people at a comedy show in 2006.

“I wanted to pull a reverse Kramer and call them all crackers or something crazy like that,” said Chappelle.

The funnyman concludes that the Hartford crowd was lucky to see him “freak out” the way he did.

“That s—’s like being at an f—— tiger show the night Siegfried and Roy got their throats bit out by the tiger … you don’t go to see somebody be safe,” he said. It’s safe to say Hartford won’t be getting another show from Dave.

We understand as a performer it can be hard to deal with a bad crowd. Everyone isn’t going to love you though. He may not have pulled a reverse Kramer, but the whole nuclear strike comment might have been a bit too much.

Rihanna To Release M.A.C. Holiday Collection In October

Fall 2013 is definitely going to be the season of Rihanna. 

First, her "River Island Collection" is scheduled to drop in September and now its being revealed that her new holiday collection for M.A.C. is scheduled to be released on October 3rd.

Her spring "RiRi Hearts MAC Collection" was a huge success with the RiRi Woo lipstick selling out for weeks. This holiday line will consist of more signature shades which include a restock of the ever popular "RiRi Woo" along with many eye shadows, mascaras, lip pencils and brushes.  

They will be wrapped in special golden packaging with prices ranging from $16.50 to $44. Now who's interested?

Kris Jenner TV Crew Happy the Show was Canceled

According to Radaronline The television crew working on the Kris Jenner talk show is happy the show was canceled because Kris was a nightmare to work with.

While Kris Jenner may be disappointed her daytime talk show wasn’t picked up for another season — as RadarOnline.com exclusively reported last week — her crew couldn’t be happier!

A new report from Star claims Kris would show up the set hungover, was annoying to the staff and overall unbearable.

“We could not wait for the end of the show’s six-week trial period,” a member of Kris’ production team told Star.

“Working with Kris was absolutely unbearable. She would show up on set hung over and demand her beauty team to fix her up and make her look stunning.”

And even more, the crew member tells the magazine that staff got no “extras” like they usually do on other talk show sets — instead Kris would hoard them for her family.

“Kris would give goody bags to the audience, but instead of giving the crew some too, which is typical, she insisted that she take them home to her family. Talk about tacky!” the insider revealed.

“And at the wrap party, Kris gifted the crew with fleece blankets that looked like they came directly off an American Airlines plane — they didn’t even have the show’s logo embroidered on them!”

As Radar exclusively reported, Kris was told by FOX execs that her show would not be coming back for a second run.

“There is no chance the talk show is going to get a green light from FOX,” the insider told Radar.

“The ratings were averaging an abysmal 0.8 and advertisers were less than enthusiastic about it.”

Kris denied reports that her show was axed, tweeting, “Rumors flying are false but glad everyone is still buzzing about our 6 week summer run!!!!”

One source insists, "They are not engaged," but other insiders tell PEOPLE that Kunis and Kutcher – who is separated but not yet divorced from Demi Moore – may have some exciting news to share sooner rather than later.

One source says Kutcher, 35, had talked about popping the question to Kunis around her 30th birthday on Aug. 14. "He knows what they have is amazing and special," says the source, who's in the actor's inner circle. "He's been thinking about proposing for a long time."

Famous Celebrity Bodyguard Killed After Naked Home Invasion

A bodyguard to high profile celebrities like Lady Gaga, Jay Z and Beyonce killed in a bizarre home invasion while stark naked.

Just before 11 p.m. this past Monday, Pinecrest police responded to a mansion just off Old Cutler Road to reports that a naked intruder was terrorizing the home's owners. The cops found a 43-year-old man in the buff, and when he attacked police, they hit him with a Taser. He died soon afterward.

Today, it seems certain the naked man was in fact one of the most famous bodyguards on Earth. Norman Oosterbroek, who made his name protecting Nelson Mandela, founded celebrity bodyguard agency RAD Security and personally watched over Jay Z, Lady Gaga, and other notables. How did he end up nude and fighting police in Pinecrest?

This much is certain, according to Miami-Dade police: The Pinecrest homeowners, Markus and Christiane Jung, called police at 10:45 p.m. Monday to report the naked intruder.

When officers arrived, they found Markus and Oosterbroek violently fighting. During the melee, cops saw Oosterbroek "ingesting an unknown substance." When officers tried to intervene, Oosterbroek violently resisted, so cops used a Taser, which led to his death.

"We're still awaiting toxicology reports this morning," Det. Javier Baez, a MDPD spokesman, tells Riptide. NBC6 was the first to report that Oosterbroek was a celebrity bodyguard, based on an anonymous source. But most other media sources, including the Miami Herald, have held off on that news. Baez says he also can't confirm Oosterbroek's identity.

Miguel Charged with Drunk Driving

Last month R&B singer Miguel was arrested for suspicion of DUI after he was pulled over for speeding and excessively tinted windows in L.A.

Miguel just got hit with DUI charges...

According to TMZ Miguel has been charged with two counts of drunk driving and is scheduled to go before a judge next week.

Miguel's blood alcohol level registered at .10 just over the legal limit of .08.

Michael Jordan's DAUGHTER Jasmine Jordan CONFIRMS She's Gay,

Last week, Jasmine Jordan, the only daughter of Michael and Juanita Jordan posted several Instagram pics of herself with her girlfriend, former Syracuse Orange basketball guard Carmen Tyson-Thomas.

One telling caption read "That little closet is holding me back.”

With Jasmine being the second high-profile kid of a sports icon to come "out" (remember E.J., Magic Johnson's son?), a certain site took the information and posted it in a very sensationalized manner.  In response, Jasmine went back to her Instagram account and said,

“(the other site) has struck again! Lol but just like the last time, I’m chillin and not bothered. Negativity go to the left and take a seat. No time for that! Everyone have an amazing day!”

She continued....

Ray J and Teairra Mari Casted in Love and HipHop LA Spin Off ?

Well it looks like Love and Hip Hop will have an LA spin off and Teairra Marie and Ray J may have snagged their spot as the main characters  for the upcoming reality show. This is just a rumor now, but if so I can’t wait to see Ray Js indoor pool and outdoor pool. Mona is really trying expanding this brand and I am not mad at her.

Britney! Spears Adds GMA to Her List of Special Surprises on September 17

No one can be exactly certain what they were talking about, but when Britney Spears and her boyfriend David Lucato took a stroll together Friday (September 5) in Calabasas, California, they might have been discussing her just-announced live appearance on “Good Morning America” later this month.

GMA announced that the singer will be performing on the show on September 17. The show has scored a series of high profile female pop stars of late.

 Brit’s appearance, however, ties in with the “top secret” announcement she’s been touting on her website. A countdown to September 17 started a couple weeks ago. It’s believed that she’ll be officially unveiling her Las Vegas concert “residency” that day.

The pop star is also currently preparing for the release of her eighth studio album. September 17th is expected to mark the release of her first single from that record, “Werk Bi**h.”

John Legend speaks to Rolling Out Magazine!

John Legend covers ROLLING OUT's latest issue, with a slihtly awkward in-the-clouds theme.  Inside, he talks about his new disc, Love In The Future, the decline of R&B on the radio, the misogyny of rap music and his upcoming marriage to Chrissy Teigen.

"Hip-hop is the dominant music on black radio today. The stations that traditionally played R&B aren’t playing it as much these days. That’s a part of where music is going. At times, I listen to more hip-hop than R&B. I don’t blame radio stations for playing mostly hip-hop. But it’s our responsibility as R&B artists to make music that will attract the people. We have to make music that’s urgent, great and compelling.”

“Hip-hop has a strong misogynistic streak that we should try to get rid of. More rappers should be careful about what they say about women. I think they’re trying to sound tough, or sound like they don’t give a s—. But to me, it just sounds like you’re an a–hole. I think rappers should pay more attention to what they say about women. Some of the things I hear, I find pretty disgusting.”

On his future marriage to Chrissy Teigen:

“Nothing will be perfect. I know that our marriage will not be perfect, but I feel good about it. I think you should treat people how you want to be treated, no matter what kind of relationship you are in. It’s not that complicated. Everyone is selfish to a degree, we all have our own desires and we mess up in life. But the key to being in a good relationship is knowing how to listen and figuring out a way to not be selfish all of the time.”

On Kanye West:

“Kanye is good at pushing the culture, pushing the conversation and making people think and challenging his audience,” Legend says. “He does that with this new album as well. The music is interpreted differently by a lot of people. Part of what makes him exciting as an artist is that he makes thought-provoking music. It’s something that’s provocative and I think it’s a good thing.”

He spoke some truth about that mysogyny in the game.

Miguel Arrested For DUI!!

Kicking chicks in the head and now THIS? Miguel was arrested for DUI according to TMZ.

Miguel -- full name  Miguel Jontel Pimentel -- also took a breathalyzer and blew a .10 and .11 ... which is over the .08 legal limit in CA.

Miguel was then arrested for DUI and hauled to a nearby station where he was booked ... and released a few hours later on $5,000 bail.

According to his booking sheet, Miguel is 5'7" and 140 pounds.

He's scheduled to appear in court in September.

So far, no word from Miguel's camp.

SERIOUSLY? Cynthia Bailey & Peter Thomas PEN Memoir "Carry-on Baggage: Our Nonstop Flight"

After a rocky engagement (were we the only ones who didn't think they would make it to the alta with all that drama?) and two dramatic weddings, both filmed for the hit Bravo reality series "RHOA", Cynthia Bailey Thomas and Peter Thomas have penned Carry-on Baggage - Our Nonstop Flight. It's a straight talk couple's memoir following their journey of raising a blended family, running a mini empire and keeping the home fires burning after ago 40. 

Distributed by Griffin Scott Press, LLC, a press release from the couple revealed that they wrote the book "to inspire, provoke and make readers laugh out loud" as they look at their "nonstop flight to finding marital bliss."  And it hits shelves July 2013.

And in addition to bookstores, Cynthia's also headed to the dollhouse.  She's partnered with The One Doll Project to create a "collector's item" in her image.  The ESSENCE cover model released a statement saying,

"I'm elated at the opportunity to work with (doll designer) Stacey McBride-Irby and design a doll that will expand my message and the overall mission of The Bailey Agency School of Fashion to be confident, to feel empowered and to always be inspired.

As young girls, we looked at dolls as a representation of beauty. I hope looking at this doll will display not only physical beauty, but will also represent the beauty of being confidently and unapologetically who you are."

Congrats to the couple! We just wonder how long it will take Kenya Moore to snatch up Cynthia's idea and release her own line of "Detroit Barbies".  Y'all know it's coming....

BREAKING NEWS: JAMES GANDOLFINI DIES IN ITALY

James Gandolfini -- who famously played Tony Soprano on "The Sopranos" -- died earlier today in Italy ...  According to TMZ 

Gandolfini is believed to have suffered a heart attack. He was 51.

Gandolfini was in Italy to attend the 59th Taormina Film Festival in Sicily -- and he was scheduled to participate in a festival event this weekend with Italian director Gabriele Muccino.

Gandolfini shot to fame playing a hitman in the 1993 hit "True Romance" ... and quickly became a Hollywood legend when he was cast as Tony Soprano in 1999. He won 3 Emmy awards for the role during the show's 6 season run.

Gandolfini also appeared in a ton of huge movies including "Get Shorty," "The Mexican" and "Zero Dark Thirty."

Gandolfini was in great spirits, making funny faces and joking about a "Sopranos" movie.

Gandolfini is survived by his wife Deborah Lin, who gave birth to the couple's daughter in October 2012. He also has a teenage son from a previous marriage. R.I.P.

Shantel Jackson & Floyd Mayweather, Jr., “allegedly” Call Off Engagement…

We had heard that Shantel Jackson & Floyd Mayweather, Jr. has called their engagement. The highest paid athlete in the world allegedly got fed up with Ms. Jackson using his private jet multiple times a month for acting auditions in Los Angeles.

“Floyd did not DUMP THE GIRL completely – he’s making her PROVE HER WORTH. Basically Floyd put the chick ON PUNISHMENT!!! In that regard – Money Mayweather has taken back ALL THE JEWELRY AND THE LUXURY CARS that he gave her (including her engagement ring) and is giving her time to “prove to him” that she is worthy of being Mrs Mayweather.

Gunplay Relieved Now That He's Not Facing Life In Prison

Gunplay says, "I don't get upset no more," during an interview with New York radio station Power 105.1. He also discusses his 50 Cent beef and why he changed the name of his album to "Living Legend."

Gunplay was facing life in prison. During an interview with New York radio station Power 105.1, the Triple C's rapper said what he was thinking about while fighting charges stemming from an October 2012 incident where he allegedly robbed his accountant at gunpoint.

“You just talk to your son and your thinking these are your last moments," Gunplay said during an interview with The Breakfast Club Thursday (June 13). "You always got to cherish them. You're talking to your mom and usually I’d be like, 'Aight, mom. I’ll call you back.' This time I’d sit there and listen for a hour.”

The charges against Gunplay were dropped due to the victim not cooperating with authorities, even though the alleged act was caught on a surveillance camera. The Miami rapper repeatedly expressed gratitude and appreciation for his freedom during the interview. “I don’t get upset no more," he said. "I smile a lot.”

The Maybach Music Group rapper also discussed the aftermath of his acquittal, a failed marriage, parenting, spirituality, and his relationship with 50 Cent during The Breakfast Club interview. Gunplay and 50 Cent were involved in a backstage brawl at the 2012 BET Hip Hop awards. Gunplay's chain was reportedly stolen during the confrontation and a similar chain appeared in 50 Cent’s “Major Distribution” video featuring Snoop Dogg and Young Jeezy.

Even though Gunplay Tweeted 50 Cent and asked him to download his mixtape, he had he had no problems with 50 Cent, but that he wouldn't necessarily back down from another altercation with 50 Cent, even given his recent legal situation.

“At the end of the day I’m a man first, I aint gonna get tried by nobody," Gunplay says. "I don’t care how much money you got, how many people you killed, we on the same thing. That’s not going to happen...But I’m not looking for no trouble. I’m good. I haven’t frowned. I haven’t raised my voice in a minute. I’ve been smiles, moving forward getting this music done, focusing on this the album now.”

The MMG rapper's forthcoming solo album, originally titled Medellin, will now be called Living Legend. The Triple C's member said that the name change was inspired by his recent legal issues. “Not many people, or rappers for that matter...go through what I went through while in the public eye and bounced back from it, bounced back stronger than ever," he says. "I did that and I think I’m a living legend and I don’t give a fuck if you don’t feel it.” 

Gunplay released his Acquitted mixtape, which features the song “Bible On The Dash.”

Attorney Says Miguel Has Not Offered to Pay Leg Drop Victim: ‘She’s Dumbfounded At How She’s Been Treated’

Things aren’t looking good for Miguel and Khyati Shah, the woman who was kicked during a Billboard Music Awards performance continues. The quick and dirty is the 21-year-old woman went to the BMA’s in Las Vegas and was excited at the prospect of seeing Miguel. The singer-songwriter leaped from one stage to another while singing his hit “Adorn,” catching his leg on the back of Shah’s head and slamming it into the platform. She later appeared alongside Miguel in a televised interview holding an ice bag on her elbow. So what’s the latest? According to her attorney, she continues to suffer cognitive difficulties and has yet to receive any assistance from the R&B singer nearly a month after the incident. Doctors continue to evaluate Khyati’s injuries, but the exchange student from New Zealand has memory loss issues and has been unable to sit for final exams.

Her attorney claims that despite efforts to find out more about rehearsals for Miguel’s performance and seek help for his client, representatives for the singer and the awards show are practically daring him to sue. Miguel’s camp has said Miguel is concerned for Shah’s well-being and reached out to the victim to see if they could help. Khyati’s attorney says while he’s talked with Miguel’s attorney, no assistance for his client’s medical bills or other expenses have been offered. He explained:

They didn’t rush her to the hospital. Instead they rushed a camera to her and an ice pack

and took advantage of a star-struck, dazed and injured person. She was a fan of Miguel and she’s dumbfounded at how she’s been treated. She had hoped they would truly care about her rather than merely caring about themselves and some imaginary lawsuit they are defending against.

Producers of the Billboard Music Awards declined comment. Khyati is studying for dual-degrees in politics and philosophy at UCLA. Reportedly, she had planned to return to New Zealand for the summer, but her travel will likely be delayed while she continues to undergo treatment and testing for her memory and language issues.

Chris Brown Apologizes To Rihanna Via Facebook, Are They Getting Back Together Again?

Looks like Chris Brown and Rihanna are on the road to repairing their friendship and possibly their relationship! Will Chris Brown and Rihanna get back together again?  Earlier Chris Brown posted he would always love Rihanna followed with a sincere apology:

Of course the picture received thousands of likes and several comments, what caught our attention was the comments from a fan telling Chris Brown he knew he missed that a$$, Chris replied “Noooo you didn’t lol” and the Rihanna chimed in “she got you there lol brought it upon yourself” which he replied” keep looking fine like dat hahaha”

Sugarhill Gang Releases Clip From New Documentary "I Want My Name Back"

Exclusive: Treach of Naughty By Nature speaks on the impact of Sugarhill Gang among other features from the short clip.

Sugarhill Gang will release a documentary regarding "the shocking truth about how greed and betrayal led to the band's fall into obscurity." I Want My Name Back will hit retail on June 11 and is expected to explain Sugarhill's business hardships behind the mic.

Saturday, the three release a teaser clip from the documentary highlighting Sugarhill Gang's unprecedented inclusion of Hip Hop on top music charts. The group was the first national Rap act to crack the Top 40 radio with their 1979 hit "Rapper's Delight," largely penned by Grandmaster Caz and was the highest grossing Hip Hop song of all time.

Treach of Naughty By Nature, a group who was signed to Sugarhill Records, is seen speaking in the clip about Sugarhill Gang's influence on Hip Hop music and music in general.

"It's mega, they changed the face of Hip Hop just by being like the first, not the ones in the Bronx, the Cool Herc's, but the ones who broke it like mainstream," Treach recalls in the clip.

The pioneering Hip Hop trio is the latest of many in the genre's history to release information regarding a sticky label situation. The documentary includes interviews with Naughty By Nature, and Grandmaster Caz.

Miley Cyrus Wanted Black Sound for New Album

Miley Cyrus told the producers on her new album she wanted it to sound Black.

Consider songwriting brothers Timothy and Theron Thomas the Jay-Z's of penning hits. They don't write anything down and are able to scribe an entire chart-topper before you can even say "Pour it up" (which they wrote for Rihanna, by the way).

Nevertheless, they've taken on stars from nearly every genre of music, including Akon, Jennifer Hudson, Ashlee Simpson and Gwen Stefani. Their most recent project has been breaking actress/singer Miley Cyrus out of her bubblegum Disney shell and into the spunky young woman she has always been. For her forthcoming album, the Thomases crafted the catchy Mike WiLL Made It-produced party bumper "We Can't Stop" and revealed that the mohawked songbird was particular about the sound she was aiming for.

"When you listen to the Miley Cyrus record that we did, it's not ratchet but it definitely has a lot of urban feel to it," Timothy said. "She was like, 'I want urban, I just want something that just feels Black.'”

Some say that Miley has blurred the pop color lines, showing up at Juicy J shows unannounced and twerking what her momma gave her. Even Snoop Lion and French Montana adore her.

Still, the starlet formerly known as Hannah Montana took on the record after Rihanna passed and embraced the gifted brothers for turning a scene from her real life into a lyrical miracle.

"They played it for Miley and she had just come from partying. She was like, 'I was just partying with my friends and everything you just said in this song I seen,'" Theron said about Miley's reaction. "'I was looking at it from standing on a couch with my friends, just chilling in the cut and looking around the club like whoa...I’m hearing the song like that was my weekend. I have to do this song,' [she said] and then we just got connected from there."

Now, the brothers Thomas are grinding in the studio with Omarion, Usher and Jamie Foxx (separately), assuring that their records will have people hashtagging for years to come. "The whole song is a conversation," Theron says about each musical canvas they tackle. "Our goal is, 'Can you say it in sentence?' Our whole thing is what can we say that is just simple and easy for somebody who will want to say 10 years from now?"

...The last straw came about a week before their eviction, when a violent fight erupted in their apartment after Nick crashed his car into the door of the complex’s underground parking garage.

“I could hear glasses being thrown and shattered,” said the neighbor. “I was worried that Krissi was being seriously hurt. It wasn’t the first time we heard fights and loud noise coming form Krissi’s apartment but this time it sounded much more serious.”

Concluded the neighbor: “I am so glad it’s over for us, but I’m afraid it’s not over for Krissi – and that’s what’s so sad. Nick is bad news. We’re afraid for her life.”
