Tamar Braxton Gets Maternal For September 2013 EBONY Cover...And Baby Logan Gets His First COVER SHOT!

Tamar Braxton toned down the makeup, lashes and wiggery for her brand new cover of the September 2013 issue of EBONY Magazine.  The new mom put a different face forward as she holds her baby boy Logan on the cover--and it's lash-free, understated, and is framed with darker hair.

Tamar isn't focused on fashion for the September issue of EBONY--even though most mags would--but instead, she focused on her newest love.  her baby boy Logan Vincent Herbert.

EBONY got deep with the diva, singer, author and reality star about the things we hear her say, but tend to get glossed over.  So what's really up with the alleged plastic surgery, her abusive relationship and why she really fell in love with her husband?

Here are the higlights...

On not giving into pregnancy cravings to keep her pregnancy bod right

“He’s like, ‘Nope. Don't do it. You're gonna be mad.” Vince chimes in, “Even before the pregnancy, she was very conscious about her weight, so I'm just helping her to be a better person.”

On surviving two past abusive relationships-including one where she was yanked out of her apartment by her hair:

I almost had to tell my story to each individual and then I decided that’s not what I’m going to do. I can’t make anybody believe, I can’t change anybody’s mind about anything. (The abuse,) it happened. I’m not all the way comfortable with sharing a lot of what happened to me (yet), but what I said was true. When I’m ready to talk about my abusive past I will, I’m sorry that I’m not. But if it wasn’t for (God), I wouldn’t be here.”

On how her abusive relationships affected her self esteem

“I haven’t always been vocal about my feelings, especially in a relationship. Now, I make sure that I’m very vocal about my feelings, everybody knows how I feel. Sometimes it’s over the top and most of the time it’s ‘Team Too-Much,’” she laughs, “But I have to do a lot. (I was) a shy person who had self-esteem issues trying to figure it out -- now, I’ve gotten over my hangovers. You say, I’m comfortable and confident, it took a long time to get there. Maybe like a year or so before Braxton Family Values, I wasn’t that person. I was faking it til I make it, pretty much.....

"I didn’t feel like I was beautiful. I didn’t feel like I deserved things. I didn’t feel like I could stand in a room and speak or even sing and have people who wanted to listen."

On her skin disease Vitiligo & rumors of her bleaching

Anybody with skin issues knows that that’s a very sensitive subject. And that’s why I’ve never shared that I have Vitiligo, because I do. I’ve always had it, since I was a young girl. It’s not as bad as others because everybody has it differently, but I’ve certainly had mine diagnosed. That’s why I tan. People say, “You bleach your skin!” But I tan just so I can have a better tone on my skin, boo!

It’s gotten worse since I’ve gotten pregnant. If you shake my hand now, to me it’s more noticeable. But when you get diagnosed with a skin disorder, it’s hard. It does weigh on your self-esteem. It really does. But I’m done defending that. I’m not bleaching my skin and if I was bleaching my skin and I felt like saying so, I would, but for the record, I am not.

On rumors of plastic surgery

"I don’t have plastic surgery. I never had plastic surgery. I had a nose procedure done because I had to. I had no cartilage in my nose, I have a piece of cartilage from my ear put into my nose. I had a medical procedure done. I have no plastic in my nose. And when I shared that with the world, now I have Botox, and different kind of fillers. Now I touch my face, which I never touch my face…Everything is real on me."

On why she fell in love with Vince

"The thing that I love the most about (Vincent) is that he’s helped me with accepting what happened to me and helped me realize that that’s not my make-up, (being abused) is not who I am, it hasn’t hindered who I am, it hasn’t stopped my integrity. I really appreciate him more and more everyday."

NYFW is officially in full swing and celebs took over the front rows at Lincoln Center.  Jessica White, Broadway actress Patina Miller, actress Amber Riley and runway coach Miss Jay hit up the Tadashi Shoji Spring 2014 show.

And so did June Ambrose and her daughter Summer, Rochelle Aytes and her "Misteresses" co-star Alyssa Milano and Bella Thorne.

Dave Chappelle Disses Hartford Crowd For Heckling

Hmm…tough crowd?!

It’s nothing worst than a bad audience during a performance, especially as a comedian. Some can handle it while others just lash out. Dave Chappelle ended a show early in Hartford, Connecticut because the crowd heckled and interrupted him the whole time.

In the moment, he did the right thing and just walked away, but recently he spoke out about the disrespectful audience. The famous funnyman lashed out at the Hartford crowd during a recent show in Chicago and in an audio clip of his rant about them, Chappelle can be heard saying he half-heartedly hopes a nuclear bomb drops on Hartford.

“I don’t want anything bad to happen to the United States,” Chappelle said … “but if North Korea ever drops a nuclear bomb on this country, I swear to God I hope it lands in Hartford, Connecticut.”

Chappelle then called the crowd “evil” and “young, white alcoholics” and claimed he wanted to bash them the same way Michael Richards racially bashed a group of black people at a comedy show in 2006.

“I wanted to pull a reverse Kramer and call them all crackers or something crazy like that,” said Chappelle.

The funnyman concludes that the Hartford crowd was lucky to see him “freak out” the way he did.

“That s—’s like being at an f—— tiger show the night Siegfried and Roy got their throats bit out by the tiger … you don’t go to see somebody be safe,” he said. It’s safe to say Hartford won’t be getting another show from Dave.

We understand as a performer it can be hard to deal with a bad crowd. Everyone isn’t going to love you though. He may not have pulled a reverse Kramer, but the whole nuclear strike comment might have been a bit too much.

Rihanna To Release M.A.C. Holiday Collection In October

Fall 2013 is definitely going to be the season of Rihanna. 

First, her "River Island Collection" is scheduled to drop in September and now its being revealed that her new holiday collection for M.A.C. is scheduled to be released on October 3rd.

Her spring "RiRi Hearts MAC Collection" was a huge success with the RiRi Woo lipstick selling out for weeks. This holiday line will consist of more signature shades which include a restock of the ever popular "RiRi Woo" along with many eye shadows, mascaras, lip pencils and brushes.  

They will be wrapped in special golden packaging with prices ranging from $16.50 to $44. Now who's interested?

Kris Jenner TV Crew Happy the Show was Canceled

According to Radaronline The television crew working on the Kris Jenner talk show is happy the show was canceled because Kris was a nightmare to work with.

While Kris Jenner may be disappointed her daytime talk show wasn’t picked up for another season — as RadarOnline.com exclusively reported last week — her crew couldn’t be happier!

A new report from Star claims Kris would show up the set hungover, was annoying to the staff and overall unbearable.

“We could not wait for the end of the show’s six-week trial period,” a member of Kris’ production team told Star.

“Working with Kris was absolutely unbearable. She would show up on set hung over and demand her beauty team to fix her up and make her look stunning.”

And even more, the crew member tells the magazine that staff got no “extras” like they usually do on other talk show sets — instead Kris would hoard them for her family.

“Kris would give goody bags to the audience, but instead of giving the crew some too, which is typical, she insisted that she take them home to her family. Talk about tacky!” the insider revealed.

“And at the wrap party, Kris gifted the crew with fleece blankets that looked like they came directly off an American Airlines plane — they didn’t even have the show’s logo embroidered on them!”

As Radar exclusively reported, Kris was told by FOX execs that her show would not be coming back for a second run.

“There is no chance the talk show is going to get a green light from FOX,” the insider told Radar.

“The ratings were averaging an abysmal 0.8 and advertisers were less than enthusiastic about it.”

Kris denied reports that her show was axed, tweeting, “Rumors flying are false but glad everyone is still buzzing about our 6 week summer run!!!!”

One source insists, "They are not engaged," but other insiders tell PEOPLE that Kunis and Kutcher – who is separated but not yet divorced from Demi Moore – may have some exciting news to share sooner rather than later.

One source says Kutcher, 35, had talked about popping the question to Kunis around her 30th birthday on Aug. 14. "He knows what they have is amazing and special," says the source, who's in the actor's inner circle. "He's been thinking about proposing for a long time."

Famous Celebrity Bodyguard Killed After Naked Home Invasion

A bodyguard to high profile celebrities like Lady Gaga, Jay Z and Beyonce killed in a bizarre home invasion while stark naked.

Just before 11 p.m. this past Monday, Pinecrest police responded to a mansion just off Old Cutler Road to reports that a naked intruder was terrorizing the home's owners. The cops found a 43-year-old man in the buff, and when he attacked police, they hit him with a Taser. He died soon afterward.

Today, it seems certain the naked man was in fact one of the most famous bodyguards on Earth. Norman Oosterbroek, who made his name protecting Nelson Mandela, founded celebrity bodyguard agency RAD Security and personally watched over Jay Z, Lady Gaga, and other notables. How did he end up nude and fighting police in Pinecrest?

This much is certain, according to Miami-Dade police: The Pinecrest homeowners, Markus and Christiane Jung, called police at 10:45 p.m. Monday to report the naked intruder.

When officers arrived, they found Markus and Oosterbroek violently fighting. During the melee, cops saw Oosterbroek "ingesting an unknown substance." When officers tried to intervene, Oosterbroek violently resisted, so cops used a Taser, which led to his death.

"We're still awaiting toxicology reports this morning," Det. Javier Baez, a MDPD spokesman, tells Riptide. NBC6 was the first to report that Oosterbroek was a celebrity bodyguard, based on an anonymous source. But most other media sources, including the Miami Herald, have held off on that news. Baez says he also can't confirm Oosterbroek's identity.

Miguel Charged with Drunk Driving

Last month R&B singer Miguel was arrested for suspicion of DUI after he was pulled over for speeding and excessively tinted windows in L.A.

According to TMZ Miguel has been charged with two counts of drunk driving and is scheduled to go before a judge next week.

Miguel's blood alcohol level registered at .10 just over the legal limit of .08.

Michael Jordan's DAUGHTER Jasmine Jordan CONFIRMS She's Gay,

Last week, Jasmine Jordan, the only daughter of Michael and Juanita Jordan posted several Instagram pics of herself with her girlfriend, former Syracuse Orange basketball guard Carmen Tyson-Thomas.

One telling caption read "That little closet is holding me back.”

With Jasmine being the second high-profile kid of a sports icon to come "out" (remember E.J., Magic Johnson's son?), a certain site took the information and posted it in a very sensationalized manner.  In response, Jasmine went back to her Instagram account and said,

“(the other site) has struck again! Lol but just like the last time, I’m chillin and not bothered. Negativity go to the left and take a seat. No time for that! Everyone have an amazing day!”

She continued....

Ray J and Teairra Mari Casted in Love and HipHop LA Spin Off ?

Well it looks like Love and Hip Hop will have an LA spin off and Teairra Marie and Ray J may have snagged their spot as the main characters  for the upcoming reality show. This is just a rumor now, but if so I can’t wait to see Ray Js indoor pool and outdoor pool. Mona is really trying expanding this brand and I am not mad at her.

Britney! Spears Adds GMA to Her List of Special Surprises on September 17

No one can be exactly certain what they were talking about, but when Britney Spears and her boyfriend David Lucato took a stroll together Friday (September 5) in Calabasas, California, they might have been discussing her just-announced live appearance on “Good Morning America” later this month.

GMA announced that the singer will be performing on the show on September 17. The show has scored a series of high profile female pop stars of late.

 Brit’s appearance, however, ties in with the “top secret” announcement she’s been touting on her website. A countdown to September 17 started a couple weeks ago. It’s believed that she’ll be officially unveiling her Las Vegas concert “residency” that day.

The pop star is also currently preparing for the release of her eighth studio album. September 17th is expected to mark the release of her first single from that record, “Werk Bi**h.”

John Legend speaks to Rolling Out Magazine!

John Legend covers ROLLING OUT's latest issue, with a slihtly awkward in-the-clouds theme.  Inside, he talks about his new disc, Love In The Future, the decline of R&B on the radio, the misogyny of rap music and his upcoming marriage to Chrissy Teigen.

"Hip-hop is the dominant music on black radio today. The stations that traditionally played R&B aren’t playing it as much these days. That’s a part of where music is going. At times, I listen to more hip-hop than R&B. I don’t blame radio stations for playing mostly hip-hop. But it’s our responsibility as R&B artists to make music that will attract the people. We have to make music that’s urgent, great and compelling.”

“Hip-hop has a strong misogynistic streak that we should try to get rid of. More rappers should be careful about what they say about women. I think they’re trying to sound tough, or sound like they don’t give a s—. But to me, it just sounds like you’re an a–hole. I think rappers should pay more attention to what they say about women. Some of the things I hear, I find pretty disgusting.”

On his future marriage to Chrissy Teigen:

“Nothing will be perfect. I know that our marriage will not be perfect, but I feel good about it. I think you should treat people how you want to be treated, no matter what kind of relationship you are in. It’s not that complicated. Everyone is selfish to a degree, we all have our own desires and we mess up in life. But the key to being in a good relationship is knowing how to listen and figuring out a way to not be selfish all of the time.”

On Kanye West:

“Kanye is good at pushing the culture, pushing the conversation and making people think and challenging his audience,” Legend says. “He does that with this new album as well. The music is interpreted differently by a lot of people. Part of what makes him exciting as an artist is that he makes thought-provoking music. It’s something that’s provocative and I think it’s a good thing.”

Tracy Morgan Shows Off His Baby Girl Maven Sonae In Her FIRST SHOOT

Tracy Morgan is a proud papa once again.  And he just showed off his brand new baby girl to his fans.  How precious!  Comedian & actor Tracy Morgan posted a sweet pic of his brand new baby girl at 2 weeks old.  Maven Sonae Morgan's first photoshoot is complete with a floral headpiece, a swaddled blankie and she's definitely got her dad's eyes.

Tracy & his fiancee' Meagan Wollover welcomed the little cutie into the world a month ago.  It's his fourth kiddie and Megan's first.

We're sure this little one is going to be spoiled with laughs & gifts.  And she's already her daddy's mini-me...

UNCONSTITUTIONAL!  Stop-and-Frisk Practice Violated Rights, Judge Rules

In a repudiation of a major element in the Bloomberg administration’s crime-fighting legacy, a federal judge has found that the stop-and-frisk tactics of the New York Police Department violated the constitutional rights of minorities in New York, and called for a federal monitor to oversee broad reforms.

In a blistering decision issued on Monday, the judge, Shira A. Scheindlin, found that the Police Department had “adopted a policy of indirect racial profiling” that targeted young minority men for stops. Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg said the city would appeal the ruling, angrily accusing the judge of deliberately not giving the city “a fair trial.”

The mayor cited the benefits of stop-and-frisk, crediting the tactic for making the city safer and for ridding the streets of thousands of illegal guns.

But in her ruling, Judge Scheindlin found that in doing so, the police systematically stopped innocent people in the street without any objective reason to suspect them of wrongdoing.

The stops, which soared in number over the last decade as crime continued to decline, demonstrated a widespread disregard for the Fourth Amendment, which protects against unreasonable searches and seizures by the government, as well as the 14th Amendment’s equal protection clause, according to the 195-page decision.

Judge Scheindlin’s criticism extended beyond the conduct of police officers; in holding the city liable for a battery of constitutional violations, the judge found that top police officials acted with deliberate indifference. She said that police commanders were content to dismiss allegations of racial profiling as “a myth created by the media.”

Citing statements by the mayor and Police Commissioner Raymond W. Kelly, Judge Scheindlin accused the city of using stop-and-frisk as a checkpoint-style policing tactic, with the intent of deterring minorities from carrying guns on the street.

“I also conclude that the city’s highest officials have turned a blind eye to the evidence that officers are conducting stops in a racially discriminatory manner,” she wrote.

The judge designated an outside lawyer, Peter L. Zimroth, to monitor the Police Department’s compliance with the Constitution.

Judge Scheindlin also ordered a number of other remedies, including a pilot program in which officers in at least five precincts across the city will wear body-worn cameras in an effort to record street encounters. She also ordered a “joint remedial process” — in essence, a series of community meetings — to solicit public input on how to reform stop-and-frisk.

The decision to install Mr. Zimroth, a partner in the New York office of Arnold & Porter LLP, and a former corporation counsel and prosecutor in the Manhattan district attorney’s office, will leave the department under a degree of judicial control that is certain to shape the policing strategies under the next mayor.

The Supreme Court had long ago ruled that stop-and-frisks were constitutionally permissible under certain conditions, and Judge Scheindlin stressed that she was “not ordering an end to the practice.” But she said that changes were needed to ensure that the street stops were carried out in a manner that “protects the rights and liberties of all New Yorkers, while still providing much needed police protection.”

The judge found that the New York police were too quick to deem as suspicious behavior that was perfectly innocent, in effect watering down the legal standard required for a stop.

“Blacks are likely targeted for stops based on a lesser degree of objectively founded suspicion than whites,” she wrote.

She found that in their zeal to identify concealed weapons, officers sometimes stopped people on the grounds that the officer observed a bulge in the person’s pocket; often it turned out that the bulge was caused not by a gun but by a wallet.

“The outline of a commonly carried object such as a wallet or cellphone does not justify a stop or frisk, nor does feeling such an object during a frisk justify a search,” she ruled.

She emphasized what she called the “human toll of unconstitutional stops,” noting that some of the plaintiffs testified that their encounters with the police left them feeling that they did not belong in certain areas of the cities. She characterized each stop as “a demeaning and humiliating experience.”

“No one should live in fear of being stopped whenever he leaves his home to go about the activities of daily life,” the judge wrote. During police stops, she found, blacks and Hispanics “were more likely to be subjected to the use of force than whites, despite the fact that whites are more likely to be found with weapons or contraband.”

The ruling, in Floyd v. City of New York, follows a two-month nonjury trial in Federal District Court in Manhattan earlier this year over the department’s stop-and-frisk practices.\

Judge Scheindlin heard testimony from about a dozen black or biracial men and a woman who described being stopped, and she heard from statistical experts who offered their conclusions based on police paperwork describing some 4.43 million stops between 2004 and mid-2012.

But the stops were not the end of the problem, Judge Scheindlin found. Officers often frisked these people, overwhelmingly young black and Hispanic men, for weapons or searched their pockets for contraband, like drugs, according to the decision. Those encounters typically ended with the police letting the person go for lack of evidence of criminality.

Blacks and Hispanics were stopped about 88 percent of the time, a disparity that the Police Department has sought to explain by saying that it mirrored the disproportionate percentage of crimes committed by young minority men. In severe language, Judge Scheindlin dismissed the Police Department’s rationale.

“This might be a valid comparison if the people stopped were criminals,” Judge Scheindlin wrote, explaining that there was significant evidence that the people being stopped were not criminals. “To the contrary, nearly 90 percent of the people stopped are released without the officer finding any basis for a summons or arrest.”

Rather, Judge Scheindlin found, the city had a “policy of targeting expressly identified racial groups for stops in general.”

“Targeting young black and Hispanic men for stops based on the alleged criminal conduct of other young black or Hispanic men violates bedrock principles of equality,” Judge Scheindlin ruled, finding that the Police Department’s practices violated the 14th Amendment’s equal protection clause.

Jennifer Hudson Spotted Leaving New York Hotel; Stars As Winnie Mandela In New Film [Pics+ Trailer]

Jennifer Hudson waved to fans while stepping out of her New York hotel. The 31-year-old singer stars as Nelson Mandela‘s wife, Winnie Mandela, in the upcoming biopic – Winnie Mandela. The film chronicles the life of the iconic leader’s wife, as she fights for her husband’s freedom during his long incarceration, endures 18 months of solitary confinement of her own and battles to help end apartheid.

Terrance Howard joins her as Nelson Mandela in the film, which is set to hit theaters next month (Sept. 6).

Angelina Jolie And Brad Pitt Desperate To Have Twins, Getting Ready For IVF Treatments

What kind of fan fiction is this? The new issue of OK! Magazine declares that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are so ‘desperate’ to have kids that they don’t even want to wait to conceive naturally, they’re just going to go right ahead with IVF treatments. Um, ok.

A source explains to OK!, “Angie’s on a mission. She knows she doesn’t have a lot of time to safely make this happen. She and Brad would love to get pregnant naturally, but because they’re on a time crunch they’ve pretty much accepted that IVF will be the way to go. It will cut out a lot of time and they can greatly increase the chance of twins, which is the goal.”

The source adds, “Angie has told friends she’s so determined to have twins, she’s taking every precaution necessary, including, she says, gaining at least 10 to 15 pounds because the best range for fertility is a body-mass index of 20 to 24, and Angie is below that right now.”

Ok, first of all, I don’t think Angelina and Brad care about having more twins. I’m sure they want more kids, but why would they be so desperate for another pair of twins? If anything, I would they’re more desperate to adopt, especially if they are on this so-called ‘time crunch’. Also, both Angelina and Brad are going to be insanely busy with their careers for the next two years, and I can’t see them adding to their brood when they’re barely going to get a chance to spend time with their existing six children.

Chuck Smith’s Wife Mynique Joins Cast of Real Housewives of Atlanta

Chuck Smith’s wife, Mynique, must be bored with her life as a football coach’s wife and she needs some attention.

Mynique, pictured left with Nene Leakes, was spotted in Savannah, GA., filming an upcoming episode of Bravo’s “Real Housewives of Atlanta”. Mynique has 4 kids with Smith, the former defensive end for the Atlanta Falcons. I’m sure she has a story to tell about her husband’s wandering eye and all the scandalous rumors surrounding their marriage.

Hopefully Mynique has thick skin to withstand the pressures of having her husband’s rumored extramarital affairs exposed for the world to see. The gossiping hags over at Lipstick Alley and Baller Alert will have no mercy on her.

New couple Alert: Erica Dixon Has A New Boyfriend, and Joe Budden Has A New Girlfriend 

Word on the internet curb is that Erica Dixon (Lil Scrappy's baby mama) has moved on to the next one!! The man in question goes by the name of O'Shea who was spotted on Instagram snapping pictures of Erica showing him some love as seen in the photo above.

Kim Kardashian & Family Sued By Ellen Kardashian

Kim Kardashian, her sisters and brother along with their mother Kris Jenner are all being sued by Ellen Kardashian for defamation. Ellen is Robert Kardashian’s widow and she’s got some pretty nasty claims against the Kardashian machine.

She claims that the Kardashian/Jenners hired a detective who reached out to her and tried to sell her “damaging information” about herself and Jenner. The information was said to be during investigations that were ordered by her late husband.

She revealed that she didn’t discuss the matter with the detective. So, he threatened to give the information over to the Kardashian family.

The plaintiff says it was all an alleged attempt to “entrap” her “into the drama” of the Kardashians’ reality show, Keeping Up with the Kardashians. The lawsuit claims, “The Kardashians developed and deployed a ‘spin’ designed to neutralize the exceptionally negative opinion that Robert had of Kris Jenner.”

Ellen Kardashian is seeking unspecified damages for her claims of defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Aaron Hall (Guy) & Chauncey Black (Blackstreet) Beef with Teddy Riley

*Despite previous reports of a possible reunion, it looks like the R&B group Guy will not be getting back together anytime soon.

AlwaysAList.com reported on March 1 that Teddy Riley had reunited with brothers Aaron and Damion Hall during a concert performance in Chicago last year.

But Aaron went on the “Skip Murphy Show” to express his frustration about Teddy and why he’s has been M.I.A.

 “This is what I want to tell the Guy fans, the original Guy fans from ’88. I own 100% of Guy. So being that I started it and everybody thinks its Teddy, what person leaves a group that the fans are saying they want to hear to do Blackstreet number 19,” Aaron said to the co-hosts. “Why would you do that many Blackstreets when everybody wants to hear Guy?”

Aaron and his brother have still been performing Guy concerts regularly even in Teddy’s absence.

 “My whole thing is this, I wrote em, I’m still singing them, I’m still on tour, I look the same and I ain’t putting any of group members in it but me and my brother,” he expressed. “If he wants to leave and do Blackstreet, let him. If he wants to do songs about us, do it. I don’t care. The thing is that me and my brother love my fans.”

In the past Aaron hasn’t spoken publicly because he suffered from a speech impediment. But now he has overcome his impediment and has vowed to speak more often and openly about the challenges with his former group member.

 “Now you’re hearing it from the oldest one’s voice and the person who couldn’t talk before. You remember when I had a speech impediment? Now I don’t have a speech impediment and now everyone is nervous cause he’s gonna tell the truth,” he acknowledged.

Aaron said that he’s “going to speak the truth,” because “God didn’t allow me to talk to lie.” He said despite their being a demand for Guy from concert bookers and fans, Teddy wants to do his own thing.

 “The fans can not be confused. I don’t want the fans to think I did ‘Teddy’s Jam 1, 2 & 3′ for me. I did that to boost him up. He didn’t do no ‘Aaron 1, 2 & 3′ for me. And he left Blackstreet, Chauncey and everybody like 100 times. Now he got Blackstreet number two with Dave and whoever else. They could never be us,” he added.

Speaking of Chauncey , as in Chauncey “Black” Hannibal, besides Aaron Hall, Teddy Riley’s got to deal with him and Blackstreet, too.

Earlier this year it was reported that Chauncey “Black” Hannibal, one of the founding members of Blackstreet, was suing Teddy for using the name Blackstreet to perform concert dates with new members. Chauncey claims that he is the rightful owner of the name, and that Teddy has been illegally using it. Teddy originally owned the name, however, when his trademark expired Chauncey secured it before anyone else could.

Teddy has not responded to either one of his former members with a formal statement, but did release a diss record called ‘Teddy’s Jam 4′ addressing both.

 “Chauncey, I made you,” he rapped on the track, where he also claims Chauncey lived with him rent free and accused him of filing bankruptcy so that he didn’t have to pay him. He also makes fun of Chauncey’s ill-fated solo attempt.

Too Fat For Fame? Kelly Price Says She’s Looking for You

Singer Kelly Price has always struggled despite her enormous vocal talent because of her weight.

Even after losing over 100 pounds some years ago, her success has been limited by perceptions about her size. Now the reigning diva on “R&B Divas L.A.,” Price wants to use her newfound reality TV platform to help other overweight-by-Hollywood standards talent get discovered. She is now casting for a new reality series “Too Fat for Fame.”

“I’m really excited about it. I’ve always and to talk about my weight in this industry no matter what it always comes up,” Price told The Tom Joyner Morning Show. “Too Fat for Fame” is a reality platform that’s going to be giving plus-size people an opportunity through various challenges to make their way to their own platform. “There are a lot of singers and dancers, actors and actresses, models and television personalities all around who can’t get a yes because they’re plus-sized. So the first prerequisite of the show is that you’ve got to be plus sized but you’ve got to be really talented, too.”

Price is not just looking for singers. She is interesting in seeing anyone who is overweight and looking to showcase their talents. Her aim with this show is to find people whose talent transcends the notion that being plus-sized means a Hollywood career is out of reach, and she’s looking to cast men or women who fit the bill. DMX Lands ACTING GIG With Chris Rock AFTER DUI Arrest

The last time we saw DMX, he was passed out in the back of police car in South Carolina (and it wasn’t pretty).  But now….the rapper has cleaned up his image (thanks to a few makeup artists) and landed a role in Chris Rock’s new movie (which has undergone SEVERAL names changes).  

And some may call it type-casting, but Chris knew exactly where to put DMX….in jail.  But apparently DMX is in on the joke. Domenick Nati of Nati Celebrity Services (X’s talent agency) said,

“The scene is comedic which allowed X to show off his versatility as an actor. X and Rock played well off each other and Rock’s character even gets DMX to lead the inmates in a song. There are more acting roles to come and DMX is also planning on attending the Sundance Film Festival in January.”

Tyra Banks has Flix Of Her ANTM 20 Party

Yes, Tyra Banks has curves and she’s no longer the rail thin model that use to walk Paris Runway shows. And guess what? She’s okay with that. In an interview with US Weekly, the 39-year-old spoke candidly about why she’s not a fan of dieting and prefers to have more meat on her bones (my words, not hers).

I don’t believe in diets. Detoxing might work for a red carpet or a wedding, but the minute you bite one piece of real food, you’re going to gain [the weight] right back. To me, it’s like, I lost weight a couple of years ago and that just changed the way I ate, it changed the way I thought. I actually got too thin because I have tunnel vision. So when they said this is what you have to do, I was too strict, and I realized I needed to cheat way more because it didn’t look good. I didn’t realize I was too thin until I started seeing pictures and I thought, ‘Oh, I don’t like that. That doesn’t look good.’ I need some *ss.

She added,

I was at the height of my success when I was at my biggest. So then I go, ‘Why am I shedding weight for press when, like, I told the world to kiss my fat ass and had Emmys and Top Model was at its peak and I was on Time magazine’s top influential people two times in a row — all with a big *ss!

Diddy's Stalker Is Back 

Last year Queens resident Quamine Taylor was convicted of trespassing, sentenced to 3 months in jail and ordered to stay away from Diddy's house for five years after he spent 24 hours kicking it at Diddy's Hampton Estate 

Well guess who came for dinner?

According to reports Quamine was picked up near Diddy's estate by East Hampton police last Friday carrying a bag of weed.

Because he wasn't actually on Diddy's property no new charges were filed but Quamine was warned to keep his distance.
