SERIOUSLY? Cynthia Bailey & Peter Thomas PEN Memoir "Carry-on Baggage: Our Nonstop Flight"

After a rocky engagement (were we the only ones who didn't think they would make it to the alta with all that drama?) and two dramatic weddings, both filmed for the hit Bravo reality series "RHOA", Cynthia Bailey Thomas and Peter Thomas have penned Carry-on Baggage - Our Nonstop Flight. It's a straight talk couple's memoir following their journey of raising a blended family, running a mini empire and keeping the home fires burning after ago 40. 

Distributed by Griffin Scott Press, LLC, a press release from the couple revealed that they wrote the book "to inspire, provoke and make readers laugh out loud" as they look at their "nonstop flight to finding marital bliss."  And it hits shelves July 2013.

And in addition to bookstores, Cynthia's also headed to the dollhouse.  She's partnered with The One Doll Project to create a "collector's item" in her image.  The ESSENCE cover model released a statement saying,

"I'm elated at the opportunity to work with (doll designer) Stacey McBride-Irby and design a doll that will expand my message and the overall mission of The Bailey Agency School of Fashion to be confident, to feel empowered and to always be inspired.

As young girls, we looked at dolls as a representation of beauty. I hope looking at this doll will display not only physical beauty, but will also represent the beauty of being confidently and unapologetically who you are."

Congrats to the couple! We just wonder how long it will take Kenya Moore to snatch up Cynthia's idea and release her own line of "Detroit Barbies".  Y'all know it's coming....

BREAKING NEWS: JAMES GANDOLFINI DIES IN ITALY

James Gandolfini -- who famously played Tony Soprano on "The Sopranos" -- died earlier today in Italy ...  According to TMZ 

Gandolfini is believed to have suffered a heart attack. He was 51.

Gandolfini was in Italy to attend the 59th Taormina Film Festival in Sicily -- and he was scheduled to participate in a festival event this weekend with Italian director Gabriele Muccino.

Gandolfini shot to fame playing a hitman in the 1993 hit "True Romance" ... and quickly became a Hollywood legend when he was cast as Tony Soprano in 1999. He won 3 Emmy awards for the role during the show's 6 season run.

Gandolfini also appeared in a ton of huge movies including "Get Shorty," "The Mexican" and "Zero Dark Thirty."

Gandolfini was in great spirits, making funny faces and joking about a "Sopranos" movie.

Gandolfini is survived by his wife Deborah Lin, who gave birth to the couple's daughter in October 2012. He also has a teenage son from a previous marriage. R.I.P.

We had heard that Shantel Jackson & Floyd Mayweather, Jr. has called their engagement. The highest paid athlete in the world allegedly got fed up with Ms. Jackson using his private jet multiple times a month for acting auditions in Los Angeles.

“Floyd did not DUMP THE GIRL completely – he’s making her PROVE HER WORTH. Basically Floyd put the chick ON PUNISHMENT!!! In that regard – Money Mayweather has taken back ALL THE JEWELRY AND THE LUXURY CARS that he gave her (including her engagement ring) and is giving her time to “prove to him” that she is worthy of being Mrs Mayweather.

Gunplay Relieved Now That He's Not Facing Life In Prison

Gunplay says, "I don't get upset no more," during an interview with New York radio station Power 105.1. He also discusses his 50 Cent beef and why he changed the name of his album to "Living Legend."

Gunplay was facing life in prison. During an interview with New York radio station Power 105.1, the Triple C's rapper said what he was thinking about while fighting charges stemming from an October 2012 incident where he allegedly robbed his accountant at gunpoint.

“You just talk to your son and your thinking these are your last moments," Gunplay said during an interview with The Breakfast Club Thursday (June 13). "You always got to cherish them. You're talking to your mom and usually I’d be like, 'Aight, mom. I’ll call you back.' This time I’d sit there and listen for a hour.”

The charges against Gunplay were dropped due to the victim not cooperating with authorities, even though the alleged act was caught on a surveillance camera. The Miami rapper repeatedly expressed gratitude and appreciation for his freedom during the interview. “I don’t get upset no more," he said. "I smile a lot.”

The Maybach Music Group rapper also discussed the aftermath of his acquittal, a failed marriage, parenting, spirituality, and his relationship with 50 Cent during The Breakfast Club interview. Gunplay and 50 Cent were involved in a backstage brawl at the 2012 BET Hip Hop awards. Gunplay's chain was reportedly stolen during the confrontation and a similar chain appeared in 50 Cent’s “Major Distribution” video featuring Snoop Dogg and Young Jeezy.

Even though Gunplay Tweeted 50 Cent and asked him to download his mixtape, he had he had no problems with 50 Cent, but that he wouldn't necessarily back down from another altercation with 50 Cent, even given his recent legal situation.

“At the end of the day I’m a man first, I aint gonna get tried by nobody," Gunplay says. "I don’t care how much money you got, how many people you killed, we on the same thing. That’s not going to happen...But I’m not looking for no trouble. I’m good. I haven’t frowned. I haven’t raised my voice in a minute. I’ve been smiles, moving forward getting this music done, focusing on this the album now.”

The MMG rapper's forthcoming solo album, originally titled Medellin, will now be called Living Legend. The Triple C's member said that the name change was inspired by his recent legal issues. “Not many people, or rappers for that matter...go through what I went through while in the public eye and bounced back from it, bounced back stronger than ever," he says. "I did that and I think I’m a living legend and I don’t give a fuck if you don’t feel it.” 

Gunplay released his Acquitted mixtape, which features the song “Bible On The Dash.”

Attorney Says Miguel Has Not Offered to Pay Leg Drop Victim: ‘She’s Dumbfounded At How She’s Been Treated’

Things aren’t looking good for Miguel and Khyati Shah, the woman who was kicked during a Billboard Music Awards performance continues. The quick and dirty is the 21-year-old woman went to the BMA’s in Las Vegas and was excited at the prospect of seeing Miguel. The singer-songwriter leaped from one stage to another while singing his hit “Adorn,” catching his leg on the back of Shah’s head and slamming it into the platform. She later appeared alongside Miguel in a televised interview holding an ice bag on her elbow. So what’s the latest? According to her attorney, she continues to suffer cognitive difficulties and has yet to receive any assistance from the R&B singer nearly a month after the incident. Doctors continue to evaluate Khyati’s injuries, but the exchange student from New Zealand has memory loss issues and has been unable to sit for final exams.

Her attorney claims that despite efforts to find out more about rehearsals for Miguel’s performance and seek help for his client, representatives for the singer and the awards show are practically daring him to sue. Miguel’s camp has said Miguel is concerned for Shah’s well-being and reached out to the victim to see if they could help. Khyati’s attorney says while he’s talked with Miguel’s attorney, no assistance for his client’s medical bills or other expenses have been offered. He explained:

They didn’t rush her to the hospital. Instead they rushed a camera to her and an ice pack

and took advantage of a star-struck, dazed and injured person. She was a fan of Miguel and she’s dumbfounded at how she’s been treated. She had hoped they would truly care about her rather than merely caring about themselves and some imaginary lawsuit they are defending against.

Producers of the Billboard Music Awards declined comment. Khyati is studying for dual-degrees in politics and philosophy at UCLA. Reportedly, she had planned to return to New Zealand for the summer, but her travel will likely be delayed while she continues to undergo treatment and testing for her memory and language issues.

Chris Brown Apologizes To Rihanna Via Facebook, Are They Getting Back Together Again?

Looks like Chris Brown and Rihanna are on the road to repairing their friendship and possibly their relationship! Will Chris Brown and Rihanna get back together again?  Earlier Chris Brown posted he would always love Rihanna followed with a sincere apology:

Of course the picture received thousands of likes and several comments, what caught our attention was the comments from a fan telling Chris Brown he knew he missed that a$$, Chris replied “Noooo you didn’t lol” and the Rihanna chimed in “she got you there lol brought it upon yourself” which he replied” keep looking fine like dat hahaha”

Sugarhill Gang Releases Clip From New Documentary "I Want My Name Back"

Exclusive: Treach of Naughty By Nature speaks on the impact of Sugarhill Gang among other features from the short clip.

Sugarhill Gang will release a documentary regarding "the shocking truth about how greed and betrayal led to the band's fall into obscurity." I Want My Name Back will hit retail on June 11 and is expected to explain Sugarhill's business hardships behind the mic.

Saturday, the three release a teaser clip from the documentary highlighting Sugarhill Gang's unprecedented inclusion of Hip Hop on top music charts. The group was the first national Rap act to crack the Top 40 radio with their 1979 hit "Rapper's Delight," largely penned by Grandmaster Caz and was the highest grossing Hip Hop song of all time.

Treach of Naughty By Nature, a group who was signed to Sugarhill Records, is seen speaking in the clip about Sugarhill Gang's influence on Hip Hop music and music in general.

"It's mega, they changed the face of Hip Hop just by being like the first, not the ones in the Bronx, the Cool Herc's, but the ones who broke it like mainstream," Treach recalls in the clip.

The pioneering Hip Hop trio is the latest of many in the genre's history to release information regarding a sticky label situation. The documentary includes interviews with Naughty By Nature, and Grandmaster Caz.

Miley Cyrus Wanted Black Sound for New Album

Miley Cyrus told the producers on her new album she wanted it to sound Black.

Consider songwriting brothers Timothy and Theron Thomas the Jay-Z's of penning hits. They don't write anything down and are able to scribe an entire chart-topper before you can even say "Pour it up" (which they wrote for Rihanna, by the way).

Nevertheless, they've taken on stars from nearly every genre of music, including Akon, Jennifer Hudson, Ashlee Simpson and Gwen Stefani. Their most recent project has been breaking actress/singer Miley Cyrus out of her bubblegum Disney shell and into the spunky young woman she has always been. For her forthcoming album, the Thomases crafted the catchy Mike WiLL Made It-produced party bumper "We Can't Stop" and revealed that the mohawked songbird was particular about the sound she was aiming for.

"When you listen to the Miley Cyrus record that we did, it's not ratchet but it definitely has a lot of urban feel to it," Timothy said. "She was like, 'I want urban, I just want something that just feels Black.'”

Some say that Miley has blurred the pop color lines, showing up at Juicy J shows unannounced and twerking what her momma gave her. Even Snoop Lion and French Montana adore her.

Still, the starlet formerly known as Hannah Montana took on the record after Rihanna passed and embraced the gifted brothers for turning a scene from her real life into a lyrical miracle.

"They played it for Miley and she had just come from partying. She was like, 'I was just partying with my friends and everything you just said in this song I seen,'" Theron said about Miley's reaction. "'I was looking at it from standing on a couch with my friends, just chilling in the cut and looking around the club like whoa...I’m hearing the song like that was my weekend. I have to do this song,' [she said] and then we just got connected from there."

Now, the brothers Thomas are grinding in the studio with Omarion, Usher and Jamie Foxx (separately), assuring that their records will have people hashtagging for years to come. "The whole song is a conversation," Theron says about each musical canvas they tackle. "Our goal is, 'Can you say it in sentence?' Our whole thing is what can we say that is just simple and easy for somebody who will want to say 10 years from now?"

Concluded the neighbor: “I am so glad it’s over for us, but I’m afraid it’s not over for Krissi – and that’s what’s so sad. Nick is bad news. We’re afraid for her life.”

BUT IN MORE HOODRAT NEWS: Black Mafia Family{BMF} Ladies Maybe Coming to Reality TV? Hopefully NOT!

They saying that the wives and girlfriends of the Black Mafia Family are probably getting a new TV reality show. Viewers may get a chance to see Gricelda Chavez, Lisa Buford, Tiffany Gloster, and Tonesa Welch, in the show.

Published in an article of Ozone Magazine, Terry’s wife Welch may appear on the reality show telling her husband’s side of the BMF story. For the record, the organization was arrested in 2005 by FBI as they believed that over 30 members from the organization were involved in moving more than 2,500 kilograms of cocaine a month throughout the US. The prosecutor also claimed that they made over $270 million from illegal drug business.

Somehow this group had a connection with the Hip Hop community. So when their ladies step up to speak on their behalf, it gets quite exciting and interesting.

Ozone Magazine wrote the following:

Terry’s wife Tonesa Welch, who calls herself the “First Lady of BMF,” appears to be the Shaunie O’Neal of this whole venture and hopes to help tell Terry’s side of the BMF story.

 Gricelda Chavez, who was involved with music producer Damon Thomas (incidentally, although not as famous as Kris Humphries, he is also a Kim Kardashian divorcee). Damon was a player in a BMF money-laundering scheme involving jewelry purchases and, when confronted with the evidence, agreed to cooperate with the government as a witness against Terry.

Lisa Buford’s man “PJ” was a high-ranking BMF affiliate on Terry’s side of the organization.

Tiffany Gloster and her man Jerry “J Rock” Davis were both indicted by the DEA on BMF-related charges in 2007. Tiffany served a two year sentence for her part in helping to launder the proceeds from J Rock’s cocaine sales. J Rock is currently serving a sentence of 39 years and 10 months in prison.

Martin, who turned forty on December 24, has previously told news that he wants same-sex marriage to be legalized in Puerto Rico. “What I want is for them to say no to discrimination so that equality among us human beings may be a reality in my country.”
But with Puerto Rico not possible, El Nuevo Dia is reporting noticias today that the Ricky and Carlos will marry January 28 in New York City. The location in NYC is not revealed.

The date appears to be logical. Martin will debut on Broadway for Evita in March. He will play the role made popular by Antonio Banderas in the film version (opposite Madonna). Martin will play Che in the groundbreaking revival of the Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice’s musical. Previews for Martin on Broadway start March 2012, the opening is April.

Idris, best know for his work on the small screen in HBO’s The Wire and his big screen appearance in Taker’s alongside Clifford T.I. Harris, is definitely a fan favorite amongst most women with eyes.
The chocolate brother, who is reportedly married with kids, arrived alone but he was VERY popular with the ladies that night. So popular, in fact, that insiders say Idris did NOT leave empty handed.

*Reverend Run’s daughters seem to have been running from the IRS these last few years, according to a new Detroit News report.

The IRS and the state of California claim that the two, Angela and Vanessa Simmons, owe more than $450,000.
The sisters have yet to respond to the allegations, but I’m sure they’ll be responding with their bank accounts when you take a look at the documentation both California and the IRS have.

She might have an affinity for sweaty men in small shorts, but the E! starlet was actually sitting courtside in Dallas to support brother-in-law Lamar Odom's new team, the Mavericks.

She couldn't resist cheering loudly with 27-year-old sister Khloe, who's been married to the NBA star for two years.
This was Kim's first time back at a basketball game since filing for divorce from her husband of just 72 days, New Jersey Nets power forward Kris Humphries.

While perhaps a bit inappropriate for a basketball game, Kim's look definitely attracted the right kind of attention: she left the American Airlines arena with both her sister and Mavericks owner Mark Cuban.

On their sisterly expedition, the two picked up furry boots and purses in the city's chic Stanley Korshak store. 

In addition to the identical gear they purchased, the two sisters wore complementary outfits during their girls day out.

Kim looked sleek in black leggings and a tan sweater underneath a hip army jacket and zebra print scarf.
On her feet were strappy stiletto boots, which gave the diminutive starlet a bit of necessary height.

 Unfortunately, Khloe, who is eight inches taller than her older sister at 5'10, also chose to wore stilettos. 

Her tan, calf-length pair matched her sweater and jacket, and the blue in her jeans matched her blue purse nicely.
She also appears to have lost weight while living in Dallas, gauging from how thin her legs have been looking lately.

Kim's smile was sweet as she left the boutique, at least, seems to be going quite well. 

According to the New York Post, the star and her sisters are close to inking a deal to launch their own magazine.
The glossy would be published by American Media Inc., the same company that owns Star, The National Enquirer and Shape magazine.

Oprah’s Next Chapter’ Premiere Sets Record for OWN

Last Sunday’s two-hour premiere of Oprah Winfrey’s new primetime series “Oprah’s Next Chapter” garnered the network’s highest Sunday premiere ever on OWN 1.1 million total viewers.

The premiere episode, which featured an intimate interview with Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler at his lake house in Lake Sunapee, New Hampshire, posted the highest ratings ever in the 9-11 p.m. time period (up +463% among women 25-54 versus the Sunday 9-11 p.m. December 2011 time period average), built through its second hour, and garnered double digit growth across all key demos versus year ago network launch numbers.

This was the highest rated premiere for a series on OWN outside of the network’s launch weekend only behind the two hour premiere of “Season 25: Oprah Behind the Scenes” on Saturday, Jan. 1, 2011, making it the second highest telecast for the network to date across all key demos.

For their LOVE focused February 2012 issue, ESSENCE magazine tapped Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade and his girlfriend, actress Gabrielle Union, for the cover.

While rocking a gorgeous yellow gown, Gabby Union is covering the Love & Basketball issue of ESSENCE with dapper white dinner jacket wearing man over 4 years, Dwyane Wade.

The full-time father of two commented about he and Gabby not rushing into marriage saying:
“We’re not rushing it. Both of us have been married before, and we understand that if we choose to marry again, we want it to be right. We both took failing at marriage hard. The next time it’s gotta be forever…”

Seems like everyone has an opinion on whether Dwayne & Gabby should be glorified on the new ESSENCE magazine cover. And it's no secret that controversy sells...and all print publications are in need of serious sales these days.
Essence gave the mainstream folks over at OMG Yahoo some insight into the cover story where the two are dishing their love for each other.

KeKe Palmer Hosts Private Movie Screening “Joyful Noise”

KeKe Palmer and Rap Artist “Dat Guy” Pose for a Picture at a Private Screening of the new movie Joyful Noise. This new film stars Queen Latifah as “Vi Rose Hill” aka KeKe’s(Olivia) Momma in this “Inspiring Feel Good” gospel meets comedy meets love story type new film. The movie was filmed in Atlanta. You will see a LOT of familiar faces like Courtney Vance (married to Angela Bassett), Atlanta based Singer 14yr old Ivan Kelley Jr., Dolly Parton and Kirk Franklin.

Crazed Beyonce Stan Stabs Hater

A crazed Beyonce mega stan got into an argument and stabbed someone because they did not know Beyonce and Jay Z were married.

A fight over a music video led to a Garfield Heights man being stabbed outside a Parma apartment on New Year Eve.
Det. Marty Compton of the Parma Police Department tells Fox 8 News that Ronald Deaver, 31, of Parma, was arrested and charged with felonious assault for allegedly stabbing a 48-year-old Garfield Heights man following an argument.
Det. Compton says the fight began because the victim did not know that singer Beyonce's husband is rapper Jay-Z.

An arrest report obtained by Fox 8 News states the alleged stabbing occurred around 11:00 p.m. on December 31, 2011, outside Deaver's apartment on Broadview Road.
Det. Compton says authorities were called following the stabbing and the victim was taken to a local hospital. He was later transferred to MetroHealth Medical Center where he is currently listed in good condition.

Police attempted to locate Deaver at his apartment, but according to the report, a woman in the residence, Jennifer Fornari, 31, told officers that Deaver no longer lived there.

Deaver was located by police a short time later and Fornari was arrested on an obstructing justice charge.

Jason Derulo Fractures Neck During Tour Rehearsal

‘Don’t Wanna Go Home‘ will certainly be the last thing Floridian hitmaker Jason Derulo will be singing after this recent accident left him injured. Taking to Twitter moments ago to lend the announcement, the chart-topper has set the net abuzz with the revelation of a neck injury incurred during rehearsal for his upcoming tour:

Always good to see the young crooner is in good spirits. With his aptly titled ‘Future History’ becoming just that a short time after its release, Derulo’s forthcoming trek would certainly bid well in extending its short shelf life.

Set for the road on a European tour from February to late March (with a reported Australian tour shortly to follow), here’s wishing Mr. Derulo a swift recovery and hope his dancing shoes are dusted off soon to resume doing what he does best.

Chad & Evelyn’s Wedding CALLED OFF…DUE TO INFIDELITY?

He is famed for his gregarious nature and flamboyant personality.

But it seems NFL star Chad Ochocinco may have been too outgoing for his own good, after it was claimed his wedding had been postponed because he had been cheating.
The popular New England Patriots wide receiver's Basketball Wives star fiance Evelyn Lozada recently confronted Ocho after she became suspicious about his behavior, according to TMZ.

And when she failed to be convinced by his answer, she decided to call off the wedding.
They were set to be married in the summer, but Evelyn has put the brakes on the plan, though she did not go as far as officially cancelling it.

In addition, the couple were supposed to begin shooting their new reality show in three weeks, but this plan is also now on ice.
VH1 have been waiting to film a programme featuring the run-up to their nuptials since November 2010, and their lengthy wait could now prove to be fruitless.
The pair were keeping tight-lipped about any split on Twitter, though the NFL star, whose original surname Jackson, did allude to a bust-up.

He said: 'What does it mean when the person closest to you bestfriend/girlfriend/boyfriend don't get you anything for a holiday or birthday?'

And Evelyn seemed to be defiant today when she tweeted: 'When You're in A Relationship "You" Becomes "Us" I becomes "We" and They Become "HATERS"'
She later said: 'My day has been interesting to say the least.'
Chad's agent Robert Bailey said: 'I don't know anything about that.'

Evelyn representatives have yet to comment on the revelations.

Jennifer Hudson Graces ‘Good Housekeeping’ and says her son’s doesn’t know The Fat Jennifer!

Amidst speculation of a split, ‘And I Am Telling You’ Jennifer Hudson has seen her name atop many-a-headline for recently (re)confirming wedding plans to professional wrestler David Otunga. Besides confirming that the wedding is indeed still on, Hudson hasn’t been telling much else. But, while keeping mum on that topic, there’s info on one subject, as evidenced by February 2012′s ‘Good Housekeeping’, no one can keep the singer from humming about – her weight loss.

But check this out. She recently revealed her young son does not recognize photos of her when she was overweight.

The star has lost 80 pounds with Weight Watchers and exercise and is now just a U.S. size six.
Saying that the new her 'feels like a doll that I get to dress up', she also admits the old her is a mystery to her two-year-old son David Jr.
'He's never known me overweight,' she told Good Housekeeping magazine. 'If he sees a clip of the old Jennifer from Dreamgirls, he doesn't know who it is.' Neither do we….LOL!

The-Dream Speaks On Why He Can’t Produce For Ciara & His Success As An Artist

The-Dream‘s recent interview Tim Westwood seems to be the gift that keeps giving.

For, after revealing in part one how much he made for penning Rihanna’s ‘Umbrella’, part two seems the singer-songwriter open up about why he can no longer work with R&B star Ciara, as well as his thoughts on his own success as an artist.

On why he can’t work with Ciara: “I have a contract under Def Jam so it’s only certain people I work with. [The executives] were real smart by putting that in there, I made them pay for it.”

On R. Kelly’s influence: “He held it down. I don’t think this generation of R&B would be at this particular stage without that. R. Kelly was doing it in a hip-hop-dominated culture,” he says, adding, “But we all gotta go down.”….whatever that means.

On his success as a recording artist: “I don’t really care about the million album sales. I don’t really care about the number ones because I do those things writing for everybody else, so I can just stay in this spot and I’m comfortable selling 500k and under. Everybody wants to go pop, I don’t.”

On why Rated R is one of Rihanna’s best albums: “That was right after Good Girl Gone Bad. She could of went up and went more pop, but she regressed and went down back into it.”

With Dream’s deal at Def Jam not being recent, one has to assume mega-stars such as Beyonce are exempt from any such restrictions on who he’s able to write for. For, ultimately, the stipulations surrounding who he can work with boil down to the age old battle between Universal Music (where Def Jam is housed) and Sony Music (where acts such as Ciara and Beyonce call home).
Whatever the case, it’s doubtful anyone in the equation is losing any sleep; Dream will stay counting his coins, Ciara supporters needn’t worry about his nightmare numbers for her, and Ciara herself can focus on working with folk who actually bring out the best in her (see: Soundz, Infinity, Darkchild, and Polow Da Don). I still think Jazzy Pha was the best thing ever happened for her!

Sidenote: It’s great he understands approximately no one is checking for his own material. Still, his redundant riddims aren’t hurting anyone. So as long as he keeps up serving up that good-good for everyone else, we’re good. I guess?

Black Church Given Ownership of an old KKK Building

A black church, New Beginnings Baptist Church, is the owner of a building that was used as a KKK museum, “The Redneck Shop”.

It was a long legal battle. The interesting and also controversial end was ruled by a judge. According to sources, the ownership of the building was given to Rev. David Kennedy in 1997 by a Klansman who was fighting with others inside the group. The original ownership included John Howard, a KKK grand dragon for the Carolinas. Howard thought he would be able to legally operate his store inside the building for as long as he wanted.

After trying for years to have the property inspected, the Church finally took it to court back in 2008, three years prior to finally being ruled in their favor.

In this regard, Kennedy said that it has been a long time coming. “We knew we had done everything right. … The court knows that we have suffered,” he added. He also said that some of his congregation members are afraid to stand up for racial justice. Kennedy said to have told them that it was part of their faith to endure.
