Tamar Braxton Gets Maternal For September 2013 EBONY Cover...And Baby Logan Gets His First COVER SHOT!

Tamar Braxton toned down the makeup, lashes and wiggery for her brand new cover of the September 2013 issue of EBONY Magazine.  The new mom put a different face forward as she holds her baby boy Logan on the cover--and it's lash-free, understated, and is framed with darker hair.

Tamar isn't focused on fashion for the September issue of EBONY--even though most mags would--but instead, she focused on her newest love.  her baby boy Logan Vincent Herbert.

EBONY got deep with the diva, singer, author and reality star about the things we hear her say, but tend to get glossed over.  So what's really up with the alleged plastic surgery, her abusive relationship and why she really fell in love with her husband?

Here are the higlights...

On not giving into pregnancy cravings to keep her pregnancy bod right

“He’s like, ‘Nope. Don't do it. You're gonna be mad.” Vince chimes in, “Even before the pregnancy, she was very conscious about her weight, so I'm just helping her to be a better person.”

On surviving two past abusive relationships-including one where she was yanked out of her apartment by her hair:

I almost had to tell my story to each individual and then I decided that’s not what I’m going to do. I can’t make anybody believe, I can’t change anybody’s mind about anything. (The abuse,) it happened. I’m not all the way comfortable with sharing a lot of what happened to me (yet), but what I said was true. When I’m ready to talk about my abusive past I will, I’m sorry that I’m not. But if it wasn’t for (God), I wouldn’t be here.”

On how her abusive relationships affected her self esteem

“I haven’t always been vocal about my feelings, especially in a relationship. Now, I make sure that I’m very vocal about my feelings, everybody knows how I feel. Sometimes it’s over the top and most of the time it’s ‘Team Too-Much,’” she laughs, “But I have to do a lot. (I was) a shy person who had self-esteem issues trying to figure it out -- now, I’ve gotten over my hangovers. You say, I’m comfortable and confident, it took a long time to get there. Maybe like a year or so before Braxton Family Values, I wasn’t that person. I was faking it til I make it, pretty much.....

"I didn’t feel like I was beautiful. I didn’t feel like I deserved things. I didn’t feel like I could stand in a room and speak or even sing and have people who wanted to listen."

On her skin disease Vitiligo & rumors of her bleaching

Anybody with skin issues knows that that’s a very sensitive subject. And that’s why I’ve never shared that I have Vitiligo, because I do. I’ve always had it, since I was a young girl. It’s not as bad as others because everybody has it differently, but I’ve certainly had mine diagnosed. That’s why I tan. People say, “You bleach your skin!” But I tan just so I can have a better tone on my skin, boo!

It’s gotten worse since I’ve gotten pregnant. If you shake my hand now, to me it’s more noticeable. But when you get diagnosed with a skin disorder, it’s hard. It does weigh on your self-esteem. It really does. But I’m done defending that. I’m not bleaching my skin and if I was bleaching my skin and I felt like saying so, I would, but for the record, I am not.

On rumors of plastic surgery

"I don’t have plastic surgery. I never had plastic surgery. I had a nose procedure done because I had to. I had no cartilage in my nose, I have a piece of cartilage from my ear put into my nose. I had a medical procedure done. I have no plastic in my nose. And when I shared that with the world, now I have Botox, and different kind of fillers. Now I touch my face, which I never touch my face…Everything is real on me."

On why she fell in love with Vince

"The thing that I love the most about (Vincent) is that he’s helped me with accepting what happened to me and helped me realize that that’s not my make-up, (being abused) is not who I am, it hasn’t hindered who I am, it hasn’t stopped my integrity. I really appreciate him more and more everyday."

NYFW is officially in full swing and celebs took over the front rows at Lincoln Center.  Jessica White, Broadway actress Patina Miller, actress Amber Riley and runway coach Miss Jay hit up the Tadashi Shoji Spring 2014 show.

And so did June Ambrose and her daughter Summer, Rochelle Aytes and her "Misteresses" co-star Alyssa Milano and Bella Thorne.

Amber looked cut ein her Tadashi dress with lace detail.

And she and Patina posed it up with Mr. Tadashi himself.

"Mistresses" actress Rochelle Aytes rocked a black & lace Tadashi gown.  Hopefully her show gets picked up for a full season.

And model Jessica White showed off her famous gams with Mr. Shoji.

Dave Chappelle Disses Hartford Crowd For Heckling

Hmm…tough crowd?!

It’s nothing worst than a bad audience during a performance, especially as a comedian. Some can handle it while others just lash out. Dave Chappelle ended a show early in Hartford, Connecticut because the crowd heckled and interrupted him the whole time.

In the moment, he did the right thing and just walked away, but recently he spoke out about the disrespectful audience. The famous funnyman lashed out at the Hartford crowd during a recent show in Chicago and in an audio clip of his rant about them, Chappelle can be heard saying he half-heartedly hopes a nuclear bomb drops on Hartford.

“I don’t want anything bad to happen to the United States,” Chappelle said … “but if North Korea ever drops a nuclear bomb on this country, I swear to God I hope it lands in Hartford, Connecticut.”

Chappelle then called the crowd “evil” and “young, white alcoholics” and claimed he wanted to bash them the same way Michael Richards racially bashed a group of black people at a comedy show in 2006.

“I wanted to pull a reverse Kramer and call them all crackers or something crazy like that,” said Chappelle.

The funnyman concludes that the Hartford crowd was lucky to see him “freak out” the way he did.

“That s—’s like being at an f—— tiger show the night Siegfried and Roy got their throats bit out by the tiger … you don’t go to see somebody be safe,” he said. It’s safe to say Hartford won’t be getting another show from Dave.

We understand as a performer it can be hard to deal with a bad crowd. Everyone isn’t going to love you though. He may not have pulled a reverse Kramer, but the whole nuclear strike comment might have been a bit too much.

Rihanna To Release M.A.C. Holiday Collection In October

Fall 2013 is definitely going to be the season of Rihanna. 

First, her "River Island Collection" is scheduled to drop in September and now its being revealed that her new holiday collection for M.A.C. is scheduled to be released on October 3rd.

Her spring "RiRi Hearts MAC Collection" was a huge success with the RiRi Woo lipstick selling out for weeks. This holiday line will consist of more signature shades which include a restock of the ever popular "RiRi Woo" along with many eye shadows, mascaras, lip pencils and brushes.  

They will be wrapped in special golden packaging with prices ranging from $16.50 to $44. Now who's interested?

Kris Jenner TV Crew Happy the Show was Canceled

According to Radaronline The television crew working on the Kris Jenner talk show is happy the show was canceled because Kris was a nightmare to work with.

While Kris Jenner may be disappointed her daytime talk show wasn’t picked up for another season — as RadarOnline.com exclusively reported last week — her crew couldn’t be happier!

A new report from Star claims Kris would show up the set hungover, was annoying to the staff and overall unbearable.

“We could not wait for the end of the show’s six-week trial period,” a member of Kris’ production team told Star.

“Working with Kris was absolutely unbearable. She would show up on set hung over and demand her beauty team to fix her up and make her look stunning.”

And even more, the crew member tells the magazine that staff got no “extras” like they usually do on other talk show sets — instead Kris would hoard them for her family.

“Kris would give goody bags to the audience, but instead of giving the crew some too, which is typical, she insisted that she take them home to her family. Talk about tacky!” the insider revealed.

“And at the wrap party, Kris gifted the crew with fleece blankets that looked like they came directly off an American Airlines plane — they didn’t even have the show’s logo embroidered on them!”

As Radar exclusively reported, Kris was told by FOX execs that her show would not be coming back for a second run.

“There is no chance the talk show is going to get a green light from FOX,” the insider told Radar.

“The ratings were averaging an abysmal 0.8 and advertisers were less than enthusiastic about it.”

Kris denied reports that her show was axed, tweeting, “Rumors flying are false but glad everyone is still buzzing about our 6 week summer run!!!!”

One source insists, "They are not engaged," but other insiders tell PEOPLE that Kunis and Kutcher – who is separated but not yet divorced from Demi Moore – may have some exciting news to share sooner rather than later.

One source says Kutcher, 35, had talked about popping the question to Kunis around her 30th birthday on Aug. 14. "He knows what they have is amazing and special," says the source, who's in the actor's inner circle. "He's been thinking about proposing for a long time."

Famous Celebrity Bodyguard Killed After Naked Home Invasion

A bodyguard to high profile celebrities like Lady Gaga, Jay Z and Beyonce killed in a bizarre home invasion while stark naked.

Just before 11 p.m. this past Monday, Pinecrest police responded to a mansion just off Old Cutler Road to reports that a naked intruder was terrorizing the home's owners. The cops found a 43-year-old man in the buff, and when he attacked police, they hit him with a Taser. He died soon afterward.

Today, it seems certain the naked man was in fact one of the most famous bodyguards on Earth. Norman Oosterbroek, who made his name protecting Nelson Mandela, founded celebrity bodyguard agency RAD Security and personally watched over Jay Z, Lady Gaga, and other notables. How did he end up nude and fighting police in Pinecrest?

This much is certain, according to Miami-Dade police: The Pinecrest homeowners, Markus and Christiane Jung, called police at 10:45 p.m. Monday to report the naked intruder.

When officers arrived, they found Markus and Oosterbroek violently fighting. During the melee, cops saw Oosterbroek "ingesting an unknown substance." When officers tried to intervene, Oosterbroek violently resisted, so cops used a Taser, which led to his death.

"We're still awaiting toxicology reports this morning," Det. Javier Baez, a MDPD spokesman, tells Riptide. NBC6 was the first to report that Oosterbroek was a celebrity bodyguard, based on an anonymous source. But most other media sources, including the Miami Herald, have held off on that news. Baez says he also can't confirm Oosterbroek's identity.

Miguel Charged with Drunk Driving

Last month R&B singer Miguel was arrested for suspicion of DUI after he was pulled over for speeding and excessively tinted windows in L.A.

According to TMZ Miguel has been charged with two counts of drunk driving and is scheduled to go before a judge next week.

Miguel's blood alcohol level registered at .10 just over the legal limit of .08.

Michael Jordan's DAUGHTER Jasmine Jordan CONFIRMS She's Gay,

Last week, Jasmine Jordan, the only daughter of Michael and Juanita Jordan posted several Instagram pics of herself with her girlfriend, former Syracuse Orange basketball guard Carmen Tyson-Thomas.

One telling caption read "That little closet is holding me back.”

With Jasmine being the second high-profile kid of a sports icon to come "out" (remember E.J., Magic Johnson's son?), a certain site took the information and posted it in a very sensationalized manner.  In response, Jasmine went back to her Instagram account and said,

“(the other site) has struck again! Lol but just like the last time, I’m chillin and not bothered. Negativity go to the left and take a seat. No time for that! Everyone have an amazing day!”

She continued....

Ray J and Teairra Mari Casted in Love and HipHop LA Spin Off ?

Well it looks like Love and Hip Hop will have an LA spin off and Teairra Marie and Ray J may have snagged their spot as the main characters  for the upcoming reality show. This is just a rumor now, but if so I can’t wait to see Ray Js indoor pool and outdoor pool. Mona is really trying expanding this brand and I am not mad at her.

Rumors suggest that Ray J and Teairra Mari will be the two primary cast members of the L.A. version [of Love and Hip Hop] which is supposedly in the casting phase right now.

Britney! Spears Adds GMA to Her List of Special Surprises on September 17

No one can be exactly certain what they were talking about, but when Britney Spears and her boyfriend David Lucato took a stroll together Friday (September 5) in Calabasas, California, they might have been discussing her just-announced live appearance on “Good Morning America” later this month.

GMA announced that the singer will be performing on the show on September 17. The show has scored a series of high profile female pop stars of late.

 Brit’s appearance, however, ties in with the “top secret” announcement she’s been touting on her website. A countdown to September 17 started a couple weeks ago. It’s believed that she’ll be officially unveiling her Las Vegas concert “residency” that day.

The pop star is also currently preparing for the release of her eighth studio album. September 17th is expected to mark the release of her first single from that record, “Werk Bi**h.”

John Legend speaks to Rolling Out Magazine!

John Legend covers ROLLING OUT's latest issue, with a slihtly awkward in-the-clouds theme.  Inside, he talks about his new disc, Love In The Future, the decline of R&B on the radio, the misogyny of rap music and his upcoming marriage to Chrissy Teigen.

"Hip-hop is the dominant music on black radio today. The stations that traditionally played R&B aren’t playing it as much these days. That’s a part of where music is going. At times, I listen to more hip-hop than R&B. I don’t blame radio stations for playing mostly hip-hop. But it’s our responsibility as R&B artists to make music that will attract the people. We have to make music that’s urgent, great and compelling.”

“Hip-hop has a strong misogynistic streak that we should try to get rid of. More rappers should be careful about what they say about women. I think they’re trying to sound tough, or sound like they don’t give a s—. But to me, it just sounds like you’re an a–hole. I think rappers should pay more attention to what they say about women. Some of the things I hear, I find pretty disgusting.”

On his future marriage to Chrissy Teigen:

“Nothing will be perfect. I know that our marriage will not be perfect, but I feel good about it. I think you should treat people how you want to be treated, no matter what kind of relationship you are in. It’s not that complicated. Everyone is selfish to a degree, we all have our own desires and we mess up in life. But the key to being in a good relationship is knowing how to listen and figuring out a way to not be selfish all of the time.”

On Kanye West:

“Kanye is good at pushing the culture, pushing the conversation and making people think and challenging his audience,” Legend says. “He does that with this new album as well. The music is interpreted differently by a lot of people. Part of what makes him exciting as an artist is that he makes thought-provoking music. It’s something that’s provocative and I think it’s a good thing.”

He spoke some truth about that mysogyny in the game.

Lady Gaga Shifts ‘ArtPop’ Promo Into High Gear

Lady Gaga shared another intimate moment with fans this week with a video of herself getting her septum pierced.

In the nearly minute-long video, posted to YouTube by makeup artist Tara Savelo with the title "haus life," a fresh-faced Gaga lies on her back while a man works at her nose. At the beginning and end of the clip, which is set to a pounding house soundtrack, the title of Gaga's forthcoming new album, ARTPOP, flashes across the screen.

The piercing was apparently done at Chicago's MasterMind Ink, which posted a photo of the newly-ringed Gaga on their Facebook page. "Lady Gaga stopped by MasterMind Ink today and had our Head Piercer and Manager Steve Bennett pierce her septum," the caption says.

ARTPOP is due out on November 11th, and Lady Gaga will reportedly debut the first single from the album live at the MTV Video Music Awards on August 25th.

Accompanied by the tweet, “1ST SINGLE FROM ARTPOP COMES AUG.19 #24DAYS”, the tune –  titled ‘Applause’ – has already seen its Inez & Vinoodh-directed video shot.

Tamar Braxton has snagged another magazine cover. Today’s Black Woman Style Report magazine—the guide to fashion, beauty and celebrity style for women of color—announced the release of their latest edition. The August/September 2013 issue of TBW Style Report spotlights one of ‘The Real’s’ outspoken singers. Other features inside the mag include: Today’s Black Woman Style Report include: Beyoncé, Tabitha Brown, Tamia, Joyful Drake, Claudia Jordan, Rasheeda and DJ Traci Steele of “Love & Hip-Hop ATL,” and a joint photo spread with Jennifer Lopez and Mary J. Blige.

"The View" LOOKING To Hire Hoda Kotb?

The streets are talking.....and they're saying that Barbara Walters and the folks at "The View" want Hoda Kotb to add some "diversity" to their panel, according to the NY Post.  Hoda, who has a news background which could add a good quality back into the show that it's been lacking since Meredith Viera left, is Egyptian and the panel does have two African American women on it currently with Whoopi Goldberg & Sherri Shepherd.

A media insider explained Hoda's appeal to Page Six saying,

“Hoda addresses several of their needs. She has news experience, which is something ‘The View’ has not had since Meredith Vieira left. She also adds some diversity to the panel.”

Of course the news prompted a denial from Hoda's camp, who said,

“Hoda loves her job at ‘Today’ and she’s very happy laughing and scratching with Kathie Lee every day.”

But you know...once the streets start talking....an offer has been made.  We will indeed be here for this if it happens.  Loves some Hoda.

Tyra Banks wigs out at the CBS/CW Upfronts: fabulous or ridiculous?

Here are some photos from  CBS/Showtime/CW Upfronts/Summer party. There were so many interesting TV people in attendance, Anyway, there was one stand-out in attendance, mainly because I really thought that some contestants from Ru Paul’s Drag Race had crashed the party. Turns out it was just Tyra Banks and her WIG OF DOOM. OMG.

Really, though, this whole look is a hot mess. The dress is awful, her boobs are jammed in there and pushed up to an uncomfortable level. The earrings look like curtain sashes and the wig… my lord. MESS.

Pauley Perrette (from NCIS) was there. Did you know she’s the most popular and beloved person on television? True story.

Toni Collette and Dylan McDermott are doing some weird CBS drama together – he plays a Secret Service agent and she plays the president’s physician. I don’t get how that stretches out for a whole television drama, but sure.

Sarah Michelle Gellar would have been the best-dressed person at the event if her makeup was a little bit better and she had worn her hair down.

Kat Dennings and Beth Behrs do that terrible 2 Broke Girls comedy. I tried watching it once and I couldn’t believe it was actually on the air. It’s awful.

DMX Owes Child A Support, Files For Bankruptcy

According to  the Wall Street Journal he filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.

DMX filed the documents Monday and lists less than $50,000 in assets and $1 million to $10 million in debt. The rapper said in court papers that he filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, “to enable me to reorganize my financial affairs.”

 A lot of the debt DMX is in comes from back child support. he owes a little over a million dollars in child support. Another major part of the debt comes from X leasing cars. He owes $20,000 in car payments, which is crazy for someone who hasn’t had a legit license in a long time.

I’m praying DMX, he really needs it.

Jay Z and Beyonce Visits Kim Kardashian and Baby North West While In California

Jay and Bey made a little pit stop while out in LA, they went to see baby North at Kris Jenner’s home in calabasas.. I know Kris was being a pure groupie if she was there. Even though Kanye is Milian doing god knows what, but the couple spent the morning with Kardashian, 32, who has not been seen out in public since giving birth to her tiny bundle of joy on June 15.  Blue Ivy wasn’t in tow for the weekend get-together.

I guess we can really can the fact that Beyonce does not like Kim, a source close to Beyonce told Us Weekly, referring to a story that Beyonce had confronted Kardashian at the Budweiser Made in America festival in September. “There’s absolutely no beef.” In fact, another pal said earlier this month, Kardashian “really looks up to Beyonce,” who debuted an impressive physique just months after having baby Blue Ivy. “Congratulations Kim & Kanye,” Beyonce wrote on her Tumblr just two days after North West’s birth, alongside a photo of Kardashian and West looking happy together. “Enjoy this beautiful moment together.” How cute…

Spotted Cheat–Ting?!?: Jason Derulo Caught With Reggie Bush’s Old Jump Off… Where Is Jordin And The Chastity Belt?!?

Someone has some explaining to do!!!

Jason Derulo and Jordin Sparks have been locked and loaded in a relationship for over a year now and as far as we know… Jordin is still rocking a chastity belt. We always found this relationship a bit strange because Jason definitely likes to “soil his musical oats” and he seem to be staying out of the land of temptation until he was spotted with Carmen Ortega, the chick that broke up Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush… Carmen Ortega.

Both spotted taking a stroll, sources claim that they were walking from a hotel. That seems like a stretched lie… where in the hell would Jason Derulo be walking from with Carmen Ortega if they just banged?!?

Statement from Carmen’s Camp:

“Carmen is a recording artist and was recording in the studio where Jason was and is nothing more than a dear friend of Jason’s. She is very supportive of his career and is respectful of his relationship with Jordan. They are nothing more than friends.”

We believe that nothing was really happening between these two but the only problem we still need an answer to is… Why Does Carmen Have On A “GET’EM GIRL” Type Dress?!? That is the part that doesn’t add up.

Lil Kim Penning Book About Prison Stint

Lil Kim has more exciting news for her fans. Over the weekend, news hit that she’d be releasing a new mixtape, titled ‘Hardcore‘, channeling her 1996 debut album. This week, the Brooklyn native confirmed plans that she’d be releasing “Price of Loyalty”,  an autobiography that goes into detail about time she served in federal prison, why she went and the lessons she learned by going through that ordeal.  The book is set to be released early next year. What’s more? Reportedly, her 5th studio album, currently untitled, is in the final touches and is set to be released at the end of this year.  She is also finalizing negotiations on some product lines that will be rolling out over the next year. Sweet!

Now, what y’all thought was that it was written from my boyfriend. It was not written from my boyfriend. It was written by me and my girls sitting on the sofa one day thinking to ourselves, well how do we stop him from calling me? And we thought to ourselves the only way to make this guy stop calling me is to make him think I have someone new. If he thinks I have a new man and this new man is writing a letter. ‘I need you to stay out of our lives. We’ve moved on.’ He’d get the point like move on! That’s what we did. He put it on TV. I ended the letter with ‘One dog’ so people were like, ‘Hold up! And the new boyfriend’s black!’…And I felt so bad because at the time there were so many rumors I was dating Fabulous they actually pinned it on him.

Loni: What did the fake boyfriend say in the letter?

Adrienne: I was my own fake boyfriend and my fake boyfriend said, ‘Hey, this is the new man in her life. Please stop calling every day. Please leave her alone. You broke her heart. She’d like to move on.’

Loni: See, that’s too nice. You needed to make it like it was really from a guy. Like ‘I will mess you up if you don’t leave her alone!’

Adrienne: I got left alone. I think it worked……..Haha!

Martin Lawrence’s Ex Wife, Shamicka Says ‘Hollywood Exes’ Will Show Her Divorce + Why She Decided to Do Reality TV

On season two, VH1′s Hollywood Exes has a fresh face, Shamicka Lawrence, the ex-wife of Martin Lawrence. On Sunday night, she made her debut on reality TV, giving viewers a small glimpse into the life of one of the funniest comedians in the industry. In a recent interview with VH1, the soft spoken mother of two explains what she’ll share on the show, why she decided to do reality TV and if she’s ready to be in the spotlight. Check out the interview below.

What was your impression of the show before you started working on it, had you watched it?

Yes, and I liked the fact that they’re classy women, it’s not about being drama-filled, it’s about them moving on with their lives and being there for each other.

What aspects of your life will we get to see?

Well, at that point, I was going through my divorce, so you’re going to see some of my emotions on that. And I have a management company now, so you’ll see me auctioning talent, and I also have Lupus, so I share that with everyone and we go over the things I’m doing to keep my body healthy. It’s a balance of all of those. I’m just trying to find myself again through all of the pain and things I was going through.

What’s your management company all about?

I have musicians and a comedian working with me, most of the musicians write and play instruments, a couple of them have been on The Voice. I have really talented people, and it’s really inspirational music. I’m just looking to give good, positive music back to everybody nowadays. I also sing. I used to sing years ago so that’s also why I love working in music.

What do you hope people take away from you being a part of the show?

My main goal was to inspire women that are going through a divorce. To let them know they can still be strong. It’s a tough situation but it doesn’t have to be as bad. Through every storm, there’s always clear skies ahead. No matter what I’m going through, I never put my problems on anyone else, and I still have God in my life and he’s given me the gift of joy. I just want to be able to inspire.

Did you ever think you’d do a reality show?

Never! Ever ever. I just always thought reality shows were full of drama and fighting and scripted, but one thing about Hollywood Exes is that it’s all real, it’s all us, and of course there’s going to be a little drama, but at the end of the day, friends figure it out.

After being the woman behind Martin for so many years, are you ready to be a public personality and a celebrity in your own right?

I think I am. No, I know I am. At the end of the day, it’s about staying humble, how that one minute that you give that fan of yours will last a lifetime, and it makes a difference. Stay humble to who you are. I’m ready!

Good in the neighborhood: Kanye West launches non profit organization Donda’s House

While Kanye is busy new daddy to daddy to daughter North West,he still takes time to give back to the community. Kanye West recently launched nonprofit in memory of his mom, “Donda’s House.” Donda’s House has launched a free music writing program in order to help at-risk youth on Chicago’s South Side. The program is called “Got Bars?” and is to set to teach students between 15 and 24 how to write and record their own music over the course of ten weeks. Donda’s House Executive Director Donnie Smith:

“Art instruction and particularly music instruction leads people to become better problem solvers, more flexible. “There are just so many outcomes that come from the study of music and particularly music writing.”

As for the targeted demographic, Smith added:

“We think that 15 to 24-year-olds…they are in the most need of help. We want to get kids in high school, that young adult age range who are confused about where they are in life. We want to give them direction… so many people have just given up on that demographic. And I would add that Dr. Donda West was passionate about the high school dropout rate. We want to be working to help with that at the younger age of that spectrum.”

Mental Illness Is Real: D. Wade Demands Psych Evaluation On Ex Wife, Siohvaughn Funches-Wade

The divorce may be final, but now there’s another remaining issue—their children. On Monday, after Dwyane Wade and  Siohvaughn Funches-Wade reached a $5 million divorce settlement, the NBA baller filed an emergency motion that forced his ex-wife to undergo psychological testing, or lose all rights to their two boys, Zion, 6 and Zaire, 10. The motion came after Siohvaughn questionable meltdown last week. As you’ll recall, Siohvaughn protested outside of the Daley Center, with a sign stating claiming to be homeless. The three-time NBA champion refused to let his children go on their previously scheduled two-week visitation with their mother. Wade’s attorney’s spoke about the motion filed this week:

S.L.’s [Funches-Wade’s] statements, behavior, and her demeanor in court reflect that she is presently lost, angry and desperate. Her behavior is not in the children’s best interests…D.T. [Wade] requests that this Court immediately suspend S.L.’s timesharing…pending the results of a psychological evaluation of S.L.

In a statement, Siohvaughn denies that there is anything wrong with her or her behavior:

This is Mr. Wade’s ongoing pattern of behavior. I have noticed that after I speak out publicly and say what Dwyane has done to me, my children…Mr. Wade responds by running into court and asking the judge to terminate my visitation with my children in an effort to stop me from seeing my children anymore

Not only did the exes fail to reach a child custody agreement, but their lawyers failed to do so also. Last week, Siohvaughn filed an inference against D.Wade for violating their 2011 agreement that would have the pair alternating time with each two weeks at a time. Funches-Wade’s attorney’s plan to appear in court to demand the children be turned over to their mother. They also plan to seek actions against Wade. Stay tuned.

Omarosa Puts Michael Clarke Duncan’s Mansion Up For Sale

Looks like Omarosa has decided to sell the mansion she shared with her fiancé Michael Clarke Duncan and has put the luxury home on the market for $1.299 million and RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that despite their TV animosity, she’s looking to move into one of Donald Trump’s properties.

Omarosa told the site, “It’s too big for just me and our two pups and we miss MCD soo much.” The home boasts 7 bedrooms, 7 baths, a media room, full gym, basketball court, built-in fish tank, a glass fireplace, a swimming pool and a garage that can hold 15 cars.

The mansion is being sold by Michael’s trust. “Don’t worry I am not alone in all of this,” Omarosa explained.

“My trustees and real estate team are amazing and supportive. Matt and his team has helped me with the house and all of the other major property and estate decisions I have had to make.”

New details emerge in the case of Georgia baby shot in stroller

The parents of 13-month-old Antonio Santiago, who was shot in his stroller by 2 teens in Brunswick, GA. in March, had gunshot residue on them the day their son was killed. The new details emerged in the state’s forensic report obtained by CBS affiliate WTEV. De’Marquise Elkins and Dominique Lang were arrested shortly after the baby was killed.

The teens are suspected of shooting Antonio in the head while trying to rob the infant’s mother, Sherry West, who was also shot in the leg. West said the fact that she was shot would explain the gunshot residue on her. She insisted the baby’s father, Louis Santiago, was not at the scene of the shooting. “My baby was shot. I was shot near my head and of course there’s going to be GSR (gunshot residue) everywhere,” said West.

“He may have touched my clothes in the hospital if there was GSR.”

Defense attorneys for the 2 teenage suspects filed a court discovery motion claiming “Santiago, a convicted felon, had discharged a firearm at or about the same time that his son was shot.”

According to WTEV, Louis Santiago is currently in jail on charges of violating a restraining order and aggravated stalking.

West claims Santiago “went nuts” in the months following their son’s murder, according to WTEV.

“He was throwing things through the window and terrorizing me, saying that I killed my baby and it should have been me,” West told the station.

Police have not named West or Louis Santiago as suspects in the shooting death of their infant. The trial is scheduled to begin next month.
