He's being DENIED a Heart Transplant due to BAD BEHAVIOR!

Anthony Stokes, 15-Year-Old, Denied Life-Saving Heart Transplant Due To 'History Of Noncompliance,' Low Grades, And Trouble With The Law
Anthony Stokes, a 15-year-old from Georgia, was denied a life-saving heart transplant because of low grades and troubling history with police.
Anthony Stokes, 15, has been told by his doctors at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta at Egleston that he has less than six months left due to an enlarged heart. The teenager's only hope at survival is getting his name on the transplant list; however, doctors have refused to consider Stokes because of his "history of noncompliance.”
“I know it's wrong, because if they get to know him, they would love him,” Stokes's mother Melencia Hamilton told WSBTV with tears streaming down her face.
"They said they don't have any evidence that he would take his medicine or that he would go to his follow-ups.”
Instead of being firm and strong, an enlarged heart is weak and out of shape, causing fluid to buildup in the lungs and the heart to beat irregularly. When medications and heart devices fail to alleviate symptoms, surgery is the last viable option.
Hamilton was shocked to find out her son would be denied the life-saving heart transplant because of his poor performance in school and run-ins with the law. Stokes has been under the hospital’s care since July 14 and now he faces the possibility of being sent home with just his medication.
“They've given him a death sentence,” Christine Young Brown, president of the Newton Rockdale County SCLC, told WSBTV.
Strict guidelines exist for the national organ transplants list for both donor and recipient. According to its website, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta ranks number three among transplant programs in the United States. The hospital performed 12 pediatric heart transplants in 2012 alone.

“The well-being of our patients is always our first priority. We are continuing to work with this family and looking at all options regarding this patient's health care. We follow very specific criteria in determining eligibility for a transplant of any kind,” read a statement from Patty Gregory, spokeswoman for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.

UPDATE: Thanks to JermyGilley The Hospital have a had a change of heart and he's been out back on the transplant list!

Miguel’s Leg Drop Victim May Have Brain Damage!
More Opinionation Nation! It’s been a litle over a week ago, and R&B singer Miguel’s leg drop victim’s attorney revealed possible legal action could go down against him, more details on the injury’s seriousness have emerged.
During the performance, the “Adorn” crooner attempted to leap across a pit of audience members but unfortunately landed on a few people, pinning Shah against the stage.
“Some of the difficulties she’s experiencing are cognitive in nature and lead to suspicion of a neurological head injury,” details Khyati Shah’s lawyer, Vip Bhola.  Bhola says BMA responded to the accident with a pathetic gesture — an ice pack designed to soothe a bruised elbow. The attorney insists his client should have been rushed to the hospital.
Bhola tells us his client is waiting for test results from a neurologist. When the results are in — sometime next week — Khyati will decide if a lawsuit is in the cards. (TMZ)
He just got thrown all the way under the Greyhound. According to Billboard Music Awards producer, the R&B crooner was ordered not to attempt his leaping fail that resulted in his infamous leg drop. So much for that.
According to TMZ:
We're told ... Miguel approached producers before rehearsals and asked if he could try to jump over the crowd during his performance ... but producers shot down the idea, telling Miguel it was just too dangerous.

But when showtime came around, Miguel blew off the order ... and producers' fears were realized when he botched the jump and leg-dropped a female fan ... slamming her head against the stage.
Now, the victim's lawyer says she may have suffered a brain injury as a result ... and a lawsuit could be on the way.
We reached out to Miguel for comment -- but he never called back.
Clearly, Billboard wants no parts of that sure to be pending lawsuit.

Chroniclers, tell me what you think about this?
