Yes, Beyoncé is giving me everything in this picture, however it is a “created image” from a beyhive fan. The photo-shopped  image of supermodel Liya Kebede transformed into Beyoncé went a buzz this morning on twitter, we have now learned it is not an official picture from Beyoncé. WE STILL LOVE IT!!!! The fan slayed it, she looks fierce!!!!!!!!

Make sure you check out Beyoncé’s Superbowl halftime performance, which airs February 3 and her HBO Special airs February 16th so could February 14th be the new album release date? Or a new song release? One thing is for sure Bey Season is in full swing!

Nasty Child Support Battle Between Ray Lewis & Child’s Mother Continues

The very nasty and public child support battle, between Baltimore Ravens’ Ray Lewis and the mother of his child, Sharnika Kelly, continues. Sharnika and the line backer are duking it out in court over what she (Sharnika) receives monthly in support, $3,500. So what’s the issue? Sharnika suggests that she should receive more monthly because Ray didn’t disclose how much money he made. In fact, Sharnika is trying to hire a forensic investigator to review. She’s also asking a judge to throw out their current agreement, claiming when she signed the deal back in 2001, Ray’s full income wasn’t disclosed. TMZ reports that Ray is not having it and recently filed legal docs in Florida asking a judge to bar her from reviewing his current finances.  Ray’s camp suggests that the order established in 2001 is totally legit. A judge has yet to rule.

UNA Athletic Director Mark Linder quickly responded, announcing on his Twitter account that the university did not condone Patterson’s tweet, and that he was “no longer a member of the team.”

CoCo Cheated On Ice-T Confrims The Other Guy Rapper AP.9?

Well this is what happens when you marry a ho! Last week rumors surfaced of CoCo and west coast rapper Ap.9 was posing in some very questionable pics. Then Ice-T went on a rant saying that CoCo made him look and feel like ish! Then they were seen forgetting about what happened and being all lovey Dovey, now Ap.9 has surfaced saying that he is not scared of Ice-T and that he very well could have had sex with his wife!

AP.9 was shamelessly trying to breathe life back into the story … because when he was asked about the rumors he was still bangin’ Coco, the rapper looked into the camera like he LOVED the attention and said, “That’s a RUMOR? Is that a rumor?”

He added, “No comment man.”

When asked if he was worried about retaliation from Ice — AP.9 shot back, “I’m from the hood … I’m not worried about nothin’.”….OOPS We’ll see!

R.H.o.A’s  Porsha Stewart her Hubby Kordell and those GAY RUMORS!

This past Monday one of RHOA’s newest faces, Porscha Stewart, visited Power 105′s ‘The Breakfast’. The 31-year-old reality star (who is married to ex-NFL’er Kordell Stewart) dished on Kenya Moore, rumors that her hubby was formerly gay and other controversy surrounding this season.

Check out these snaps of ‘She Ain’t U‘ singer Chris Brown sporting a fresh pair of the newly released Jordan Concord 11′s at the Grove, Hollywood.

Accompanied by his latest past time, Karrueche and a discretely placed body guard, the Pop Prince’s sighting comes weeks after the release of his well received video ‘Strip‘, in support of his upcoming album ‘Fortune‘. However as for those Jordan’s; It looks as though it’s getting real in the streets when it comes to kicks, especially over the new Nike Air Jordan Retro XI Concords which have sparked all kinds of violence around the country with cops pepper-spraying crowds, people getting stabbed and even a report of someone who was allegedly killed over the sneakers (which was later reported as a false internet rumor). The $180 footwear has caused all sorts of havoc from the suburbs of Seattle, DC and Detroit to outside Atlanta in DeKalb county.

According to USA Today, a Seattle crowd of about 2,000 people got so out of control at Westfield Mall that officers had to call in for back-up and break out the pepper-spray. Two shoe stores opened at 4:ooam for the sneaker sale and for one store, the crowd broke down their door trying to get in.

-In New Jersey, a man was stabbed after getting into a shouting match with another shopper. He says another “four to six” men, all in their late teens, got into the argument.

“The man said he thought he was being punched but realized he was being stabbed with knives, reports said. He managed to get away, staggered out of the mall and collapsed near the Hudson-Bergen light rail station, reports said. Police said they found numerous blood trails, adding that the victim was stabbed in the back, shoulder, leg and arm.”

-In Georgia, a woman was arrested for leaving her two children (age 5 and 2) in a car while she went in the mall to attempt to buy some Jordans.

-In Lithonia, Georgia, a crowd broke down the door to Stonecrest mall.

-In Louisiana, officers responded to call of a disruptive crowd and arrived to see several people injured after a large number of people broke down the front door of a mall because the shoe store only had a limited number of the Nike sneakers. A number of people were taken to the hospital.

-In Oakland, California, there were 1,500 to 2,000 “sneakerheads” who lined up overnight. They were turned away from the Hilltop Mall after someone fired a gun to dissuade shoppers. No one was hurt and the shooter was arrested. Nearby in Fairfield a shopper was arrested after pushing a police officer. At the Bayfair Mall, potential customers tried breaking in, so the mall temporarily closed.

Twitter was abuzz over the killing of an 18-year-old name Tyreek Amir Jacobs who was allegedly killed in Washington DC at 1:00am over the shoes, but after doing a little digging, the Baltimore Sun came to the conclusion that the story isn’t true. The photo circulating of ‘Tyreek’ was reportedly a stock photo taken from the NAACP Legal Defender’s blog, while cops in the area told the Baltimore sun that there have been no killings under those particular circumstances recently in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area.

In a nutshell, there wasn’t any deaths over J’s but there were some close calls. Take a look at the shoe!

However it’s a damn shame to be acting like that. You’d be thinking they would be given away a House!

Tami Roman vs Bella Dream Hair “Where is my Hair Tami??”

Apparently tis the season to be sued but this time the fight is not over money owed. A 500,000 dollar lawsuit was filed against Tami Roman for buying the hair, wearing it and promoting it as her own. It’s over acknowledgement Hair Rights?? “THAT’s MY HAIR IN YOUR HEAD GIRL! Admit it! “, alledgedly claims owner of Bella Dream hair Constance Corleone.

Several months ago a rep from #BBW Tami Roman’s camp contacted Bella Dream hair (according to TMZ) so she could be a rep for the hair. Not only did Bella Dream Hair not get any quotes from Tami Roman on how well the hair was working out but next thing that happens “Tami announces her hair line “Curls by Roman” and was alledgedly wearing the Bella Dream hair in the picture advertisement. Shame! Shame! Tami mailed hair back to Bella Dream hair but it was NOT the hair originally sent to her (claims a very reliable source). #wheredeydodatat

Tyler The Creator and The Idiot and Homophobe Arrested in L.A

Tyler The Creator is known for rapping with and making some of the hottest beats for his Odd Future groupmates--including Frank Ocean. And he's always seemed a bit....off. Remember his crazy ass beef with Chris Brown?

And now, the 20-year-old has gotten himself arrested...in front of his mama. Yeah, the same woman who he cursed out MTV over on live tv when they had the audacity to not focus their cameras on her during his MTV Award red carpet arrival.

TMZ reports that cops were called to the Roxy on Sunset in L.A. after Tyler supposedly damaged some sound equipment. He was arrested on suspicion of vandalism charges and booked around 11:30pm.

Keyshia Dior Threatens Evelyn Lozada??? Evelyn Lozada Ditches Secret Kisses Lipstick Deal After Threats From Model

Did model Keyshia Dior scare Evelyn Lozada out of her lipstick deal with Secret Kisses?

Back in November it was announced that ‘Basketball Wives’ star Evelyn Lozada would be the new spokesperson for Secret Kisses Lipstick and Lip Gloss line, but not everybody was enthusiastic about her new venture. Model and entrepreneur Keyshia Dior who endorsed the lipstick line first apparently wasn’t feeling Evelyn’s deal at all and took to Twitter back in November to let the world know. According to her tweets, she was basically pissed off that Evelyn had the audacity to attend her launch party for her new lipstick line ‘Ka’Oir’ and then double back and sign with the ‘Secret Kisses’ brand which offered identical lipstick shades as hers.

According to sources, Evelyn was paid a hefty sum by Secret Kisses to endorse the brand, however, she only tweeted about the line for four days before Keyshia and her twitter followers started shading her on twitter and Evelyn stopped endorsing the brand altogether. Keyshia was quoted as telling a friend, “I told her not to do the line and she did it anyway imma make her life miserable”. Girls were allegedly harassing Evelyn, calling and threatening her so much that she feared for her life and she told the brand that she wants out of her contract. Evelyn hasn’t really mentioned or tweeted about the brand since and now Secret Kisses is suing Keyshia Dior for breach of contract as well as stealing money and stocks — which they alleged she used to start her new line Ka’Oir.

 In the full 65-page complaint filed against Keyshia Dior by Ronell Levatte, a/k/a “Big Gates,” the owner, founder and financier of Secret Kisses, LLC, he alleges that:

1) Damages exceed $100,000

2) Ronell & Keyshia joined forces for many business ventures, one of which was to promote Secret Kisses. Ronell owns 51% while Keyshia owns 49% but acted as co-managers.

3) Keyshia started Ka’Oir earlier this year even though she was contractually obligated to Secret Kisses. Around March 2011, she took $7,400 from the company to start Ka’Oir without permission and created another LLC.

4)She began taking customers from Secret Kisses and sending them over to Ka’Oir, saying that products were no longer available on SK’s website and people needed to visit her new site for sales. [Copies and screenshots of Twitter and Facebook messages are included]

5) Keyshia made defaming remarks about Ronell and his company in emails calling SK “bogus” and that Keyshia’s name and likeness were being used “illegally.” Customers made disputes with Paypal requesting refunds after being told the lipsticks were a fake Keyshia Dior brand.

Ronell, the owner of Secret Kisses also includes in the lawsuit that he tried to take care of the situation without getting the courts involved first but had no luck.

Meanwhile, it looks as though Evelyn hasn’t fulfilled her contract obligations either and she may end up getting sued as well. She has yet to return the fee she was paid to endorse the product Even though she told the company she feared for her life, she was spotted a few weeks ago taking a pic with Keyshia Dior at Trina’s birthday party…WOW These chicks are really out of control!

Toni Makes An Announcement, She Needs Surgery

Toni Braxton gathered her family around the table for another announcement on "Braxton Family Values" (Thu., 9 p.m. EST on WE). But Trina was already on edge, as she has a sense for how these "announcements" tend to go.

"So I have to have a myomectomy and a partial hystorectomy," she explained to the family. But later to the family, she said the hysterectomy part of it may not have to happen. Because of her history with lupus, it's possible but she won't know for sure until she's on the table. Otherwise, she said myomectomy procedures are fairly comment for women.

"I can't take no more of your announcements," Trina said. She seemed even more upset that Tawanda knew about it and hadn't told her.

"Would you be mad if I told your business?" Tawanda asked her, and all Trina could do was agree quietly.

Tamar was there with a quick hug for her "baby older sister," while the whole family promised to be there at the hospital with her. It's that kind of closeness, despite their differences, that's made the show such a hit that WE is spinning Tamar off into her own series. Could the Braxtons be the next Kardashians?

I must admit I am enjoying this show, It has become a guilty pleasure.

X-FACTOR FINALE…BRAVO MELANIE!

Bringing an incredible season to a memorable end, “The X Factor” went out with a bang as Melanie Amaro was named the champion.
The evening kicked off with Simon Cowell, Paula Abdul, and Nicole Scherzinger showing up at CBS Television City in Los Angeles ahead of the big announcement.

And during the course of the night, big stars like 50 Cent, Justin Bieber, and Stevie Wonder all took the stage to show off their performing chops before a sold out audience.

And when it came time to declare the winner, Melanie Amaro came out on top, and was awarded the $5,000,000 prize and recording contract.

Upon hearing the great news, Melanie was pretty much speechless, uttering “Oh my God, Oh my God.”

Known for being one of the most talked about events of the year “This Christmas” paid homage to Grammy award-winning, multi-platinum producer, Polow Da Don, Vice President of Writer and Publisher Relations in Atlanta division of BMI, Catherine Brewton, basketball legend, Julius “Dr. J” Erving, and national news anchor, Monica Pearson for their commendable impact in the areas of entertainment, sports, and media.

Additional Attendees of the event included Keri Hilson, Chris Tucker, Akon, Jazzy Pha, Kenny Burns, Young Dro, Diamond, Peter Thomas and Cynthia Bailey and even Gucci Mane who came to the event suited and booted.

WOW....“91 STORE SHOPPING SPREE”

PITTSBURGH — A very naughty list is at the center of a three-state, 91-store shoplifting spree that landed three people behind bars in western Pennsylvania for allegedly stealing tens of thousands of dollars in toys.
The thieves even checked the list twice — putting down two check marks next to the stores they hit twice, police said Wednesday.
Action figures, toy cars and dolls were among the items stolen, police said. Officials estimate the total haul at $35,000.
Representatives from three major retailers sifted through the merchandise that Ross Township police said they recovered packed tightly into a rented van when the trio was arrested November 16 outside a Kmart store where they allegedly swiped toys, baseball cards and Christmas items.
Theresa Lynn Warner and her fiance, Christopher Frances Dimaio, are charged with theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy. Warner’s juvenile son is also charged.

The Little Falls, N.Y. trio allegedly spent a week or more shoplifting from Walmart, Kmart and Toys R Us stores in New York, Ohio and Pennsylvania, keeping track of their progress on a nine-page list of stores and addresses.
When police opened the van, pilfered toys spilled on to the ground. The back of the rental van was stuffed to the roof, with cardboard lashed to the inside to hold the items in place, police said. Toys were even crammed in the van’s door panels.
The thieves even kept track of what they stole, according to Ross Township Sgt. Benjamin Dripps.
“The occasions to have documented evidence presented to us by the actors are few and far between, but we certainly are appreciative of it,” he said.
The trio planned to take their haul of plundered toys to flea markets to resell them, police said.

“We don’t have the storage space to house everything,” Dripps said.
Police expect retailers to take back much of the merchandise but any that’s left over could be donated to charity.
“I would love to put a positive spin on this and have many items go to worthy causes,” Dripps said.
Warner and Dimaio are each being held on $15,000 bail. Warner’s son is being held at a juvenile detention center. It was unclear if they had attorneys.
