Chief Keef Kicked Off Instagram for Posting Picture of Himself Gettin’ Some Head

Just a few weeks ago I blogged about Should gang violence lead to Rap fame?  and the article was based on the on going Chicago gang violence of Rapper Chief Keef and murdered rapper Lil JoJo! Well it seems that Chief Keef is determined to become a worse menace to society! 

So if Chief Keef isn’t going around giving half-assed interviews, calling Lil Wayne a “homo,” or tweeting insensitive remarks about a young rapper’s shooting death (and then claiming “I got hacked!“) … he’s posting inappropriate pics on Instagram for his teen fan base to see. (What a role model!)

Keef tweeted a lewd photo of himself receiving oral sex from a female fan … who doesn’t look very female-ish, we must add. See for yourself

Keef later attempted to delete the image, but by then, it was too late. Many of his followers had already took a screenshot and/or retweeted it.

So for the sake of all young people and the rest of humanity, Instragram shut down Keef’s account and banned him from the photo-sharing social network.

Keef, of course, wasn’t happy about this at all and tweeted:

Antwaun Cook Admits Cheating with Fantasia

Two years ago when Fantasia Barrino's baby daddy's wife Paula Cook tried to sue Fantasia under North Carolina's alienation of affection law for cheating with her husband Antwaun Cook, Antwuan testified in court that he and his wife had been separated before he and Fantasia hooked up 

Welp, Antwuan just signed papers admitting he and his wife weren't actually separated at the time and that he was cheating on her, paving the way for Paula to take Fantasia to the cleaners...

"The parties consent and agree that Palintiff [Paula] and Defendant [Antwaun] are husband and wife having been lawfully married to each other on October 1, 2005 and separated on June 16, 2010," the docs state. 

By consenting to the date of separation being June 2010, Antwaun is admitting that he cheated on his wife with Fantasia.

Given Antwaun's admission of adultery, if his estranged wife desired to do so she would now legally sue Fantasia for Alienation of Affection, which is a North Carolina law in which one can sue the third party who "alienates" the affections of one spouse from the other spouse.

Just last year an unnamed jilted wife was awarded a $30 million "bench verdict" and the year before a $5.9 million case was awarded to the innocent spouse.

Young Buck can’t PAY for a break-literally!!! The Man is trying to take everything! Even his name!

TMZ is reporting that the rapper Young Buck, who once rapped about how much money he has, is in serious financial trouble. The rapper has been booted out of his Tennessee mansion and the IRS is after him for $300,000 in unpaid taxes.

Buck has been ordered to vacate his home within the week. Court documents show that the judge agreed to let Buck sell his mansion, as long as he used the proceeds to pay his IRS bill.

Buck was shot at in early March, which basically makes this a really bad year for him.

Maybe one day rappers will learn how to get an education so they don’t keep getting ripped off by their accountants and lawyers who actually did go to school.

Fraternity Throws Bottles at Black students Calling them Trayvon!

Evoking Trayvon Martin, Partiers Allegedly Throw Bottles At Black Students

Allegedly taunting them with references to Trayvon Martin, a group of people on the roof of the Sigma Pi fraternity house reportedly threw bottles and other objects at black students who were walking by the house early Sunday morning, according to several accounts.

Sigma Pi President Zach Smith '13 said in an email that the fraternity has "figured out who the perpetrator was, and will turn his name over to police." The individual identified was not a brother of the fraternity, he said.

Cornell Chief of Police Kathy Zoner confirmed that people were "reportedly making racial references" and throwing bottles from the roof of Sigma Pi. She added that she could not disclose more information because the investigation, which is being led by Ithaca Police, is ongoing.
Beverly Fonkwo '14 said she was walking home with a friend when, unprovoked, the group on the fraternity roof began throwing objects that landed near a group walking behind them.
When the people walking behind Fonkwo asked them to stop, the people on top of the fraternity continued to throw objects -- including a Jack Daniels that landed near the group behind and an unopened beer can that landed near Fonkwo and her friend -- she said.
When they asked them to stop again, the group responded, "'Come up here, Trayvon,' and started making all these other racial comments," Fonkwo said. A black teenager from Florida, Trayvon Martin was shot and killed in February -- a death that was widely perceived as unprovoked and galvanized African American activists across the country.

"I feel like it was targeted and racially motivated ... we felt very threatened," Fonkwo said of the incident Sunday. Meanwhile, the assailants "were just laughing at the whole situation until we called the police and then they ran inside," she said.
Smith, the Sigma Pi president, said the fraternity is "sorry the incident happened on our premises." He said that a large number of outsiders -- including alumni and friends of brothers -- were attending the event.
Smith added that he was "shocked" upon learning of the incident later Sunday morning.
"We pride ourselves on having a very diverse house," he said. "It's not the character of our house and not any way we'd like Sigma Pi to be represented."
That may be of little consolation to Sade Samakinwa '14, who said she saw her friends outside the house "pretty shook up" after the incident.

"I think the most shocking thing was not that bottles were being thrown but that they were shouting Trayvon," Samakinwa said. "To use that boy's name so disrespectfully while disrespecting someone is absolutely insane." Mother Stabs Baby Multiple Times in Social Services Office

Everyone, Meet Kenisha Thomas, 29, was arrested for repeatedly stabbing her 8-month old daughter, Pretty Diamond in a Baltimore City Department of Social Services office.A true life story that mimics the movie Beloved has stunned East Baltimore. A mentally mangled mother did the unthinkable when she decided that she would take her child’s life. What leads a person to this level of insanity? This young mother will have plenty of time to figure that out.

Baltimore city police rushed into a horrific scene at a Baltimore City Department of Social Services office as a social worker was horrified by her client repeatedly stabbing her eight-month-old daughter, Pretty Diamond, according to Baltimore’s local CBS affiliate WJZ. The child’s mother, 29-year-old Kenisha Thomas was somehow disturbed during her supervised visit with her daughter.
Witnesses could hear Thomas saying:

“I’m going to kill her.”
The social worker told Thomas that the visit would soon be over and she gave the blood curdling response:

“It is about to be over.”

According to the social worker, she then pulled a long kitchen knife from her bag and began to repeatedly stab the child. The social worker ran out of the room screaming and a male social worker ran in and began throwing chairs at Thomas until he could wrestle her to the ground.

Miraculously, the baby survived the attack and is recovering at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Police spokesman Anthony Guglielmi, said the child suffered stab wounds to her face and neck. When paramedics arrived at the scene the knife was still stuck in the child’s neck. Jesus!

Thank God the baby survived, but what will people tell her one day when she asks about her wounds? The second issue is the lack of security at these facilities. Remember the New York couple who kidnapped their eight children from a facility in New York? They were on the lam for months before being caught!

Essence Shifts White Male Managing Editor for his Right Wing Anti-Obama Feelings

Facebook Page Filled With Right-Wing Messages

A Michael Bullerdick Facebook pageEssence magazine and its white male managing editor — whom the leading magazine for black women has emphasized had a production, not an editorial role — are parting ways, a spokeswoman told Journal-isms Friday, after right-wing material on his Facebook page was brought to the editors' attention.
The hiring of Michael Bullerdick last July created an uproar, partly because the title of "managing editor" implied to many a major role for a white man in the editorial process of a magazine for black women.
In his LinkedIn profile, Bullerdick lists "Edit stories for tone and style" among his duties, even though editor-in-chief Constance C.R. White insisted when he was hired, "Michael is responsible for production and operational workflow. He has no involvement in editorial content."

Michael BullerdickThe announcement of Bullerdick's departure for the book division of Time Warner, the conglomerate that owns Essence, came after Journal-isms shared screen shots of Bullerdick's Facebook page taken by a reader.
"Essence readers would be shocked to find that Bullerdick, who under the prodding of Time Inc became the first white male editor at the magazine last year, openly espouses extremist Right-wing views that run counter to what Essence has historically stood for," the Journal-isms reader wrote in an email.
In one screen shot, an April 10 posting is headlined, "No Voter Fraud, Mr. Attorney General?" touting a video by James O'Keefe, the conservative activist who worked with right-wing trickster Andrew Breitbart. The same day, Bullerdick shared a photo illustration of Al Sharpton headlined, "MSNBC Race Pimp." Bullerdick also recommends material from the conservative magazine Human Events and the right-wing website townhall.com, from which Bullerdick posted "the Frequent Bomber Program," an article about 1960s radical Bill Ayers. Bullerdick wrote, "Obama's mentor and friend."

During the 2008 presidential campaign, then-Illinois Sen. Barack Obama noted that he was a child when Ayers notoriously was a member of the Weathermen, protesting the Vietnam War. "The former Weatherman, William Ayers, now holds the position of distinguished professor of education at the University of Illinois-Chicago," Michael Dobbs wrote in 2008 in the Washington Post. . . . Both Obama and Ayers were members of the board of an anti-poverty group, the Woods Fund of Chicago . . . Whatever his past, Ayers is now a respected member of the Chicago intelligentsia, and still a member of the Woods Fund Board."

Through a spokeswoman, White initially gave Journal-isms this statement on Friday: "As editor-in-chief, I'm responsible for all editorial content for Essence. I hired Michael to manage the production schedule of Essence. As head of production, he does not attend editorial idea meetings, nor does he get involved in the editorial direction of the magazine."

Later, however, the spokeswoman said, "By mutual agreement, Michael has accepted a position in another division."

The episode is yet another in which employees' social media activities have created tension between employer and employee. To forestall such conflict, some news organizations have forbidden employees to express political views in social media.
Just last month, for example, ESPN said its journalists would be violating its social media policy by displaying pictures of themselves wearing hoods on Twitter in solidarity with the slain teenager Trayvon Martin. Then the network reversed itself.

Asked whether Essence has developed a social media policy, the spokeswoman said by email, "Employees must follow the Standards of Business Conduct, which is distributed to everyone at the company. Dan Okrent (who heads up Editorial Standards and Practices for Time Inc.) has been working for some time now with our top Editors to develop a social media policy. This will be released when the work is done." Okrent was the first New York Times public editor.

According to his LinkedIn profile, Bullderdick is a magazine industry veteran who was a corporate managing editor for American Media from August 2004 to January 2011.

He also lists himself as Consultant/Editorial Director for American Athlete magazine from August 2011 to the present. In that position, he oversees "print, digital and brand positioning for this innovative digital magazine and Website with social media extensions (late 2011 launch). Conceptualize stories, set tone, hire all talent, write, top edit and oversee all content across platforms."

No successor to Bullerdick was named. 

While in the midst of this firestorm Dr Boyce Watkins who is a professor and columnist posed these questions.

1) How did you let a right wing bigot into a key decision-making position in the first place?
I wouldn’t be surprised if someone inside Essence Magazine was responsible for releasing the screen shots of Bullerdick’s facebook page, which made him look like one of Rush Limbaugh’s biggest fans. One must also wonder how this man got through the door and why no one vetted him properly. It’s one thing for Bullerdick to be the guy taking out the trash, and another thing for him to be responsible for filtering the content that will shape the minds and perceptions of millions of black women across America…if only the Republicans were dumb enough to let me to do the same thing, I’d be able to destroy them.

Bullerdick has been in his position for months, and it’s disturbing when an editor of a major black women’s publication espouses views which communicate that he has very little respect for black people. If any of the women at Essence were at Fox News doing the same thing, they would be fired faster than you can say, “Post-racial society.”

2) Was Bullerdick lying about his job description or were you?
Essence Editor-in-Chief, Constance White, became somewhat defensive when the public began to question the hiring of Bullerdick. Richard Prince does a very good job of pointing out the double-talk by stating that:
“In his LinkedIn profile, Bullerdick lists ‘Edit stories for tone and style’ among his duties, even though editor-in-chief Constance C.R. White insisted when he was hired, ‘Michael is responsible for production and operational workflow. He has no involvement in editorial content.’”

So, which one is it? That he edits for tone and style or that he has no involvement in editorial content? Either Bullerdick is lying or White is lying. I’d love to speak to a member of the staff to find out which one it is.

3) Do you understand just how deeply this man has disrespected you and your constituents?
No one can fault Michael Bullerdick for being a white guy. We can’t even necessarily attack him for being a Republican. But it’s one thing to be a Republican and another thing to be the kind of nasty, racist, vile Republican that even Fox News won’t hire. The remarks made by Bullerdick on his Facebook page about black public figures were a direct slap in the face to the millions of black people who pay the bills at Essence Magazine.

By being so bold in his disrespectful and possibly racist ideology, Bullerdick was effectively saying, “I don’t care what you people think and I have no respect for you.”

We should also note that every public figure being attacked on the screenshot of Bullerdick’s Facebook page “just happens” to be black. Of course he would expect us to see things differently, since people like him believe that racism is a figment of our imagination.

4) Who told you to hire this dude in the first place?
It’s hard to become the Managing Editor at Essence Magazine by just walking in off the street and handing them your resume. In order for anyone, let alone someone who isn’t black and female, to get this kind of job, they usually have to have a connection. To make the hire into a reality, someone has to say “I’ve worked with this guy in the past and he’s good.” Another possibility is that a higher up at Time Warner (the company that owns Essence) made a phone call and told White to hire Bullerdick for the job.

I’d love to know who the puppet master happens to be, because it’s hard to imagine that the old school Essence Magazine of the 1990s would have ever hired anyone like this. This “racial mutiny” within the walls of Essence is disturbing to anyone who loves the institution and indicative of something deeper. The incident also makes it clear that some things have changed for the worse.

5) What now?
Whether speaking of an interaction between two people or between a magazine and its readers, all relationships require trust. By folding to corporate financial pressure and giving decision-making responsibility to individuals who do not have the black community’s interest at heart, Essence Magazine has engaged in a massive breach of trust with the black community and made questionable decisions which indicate that profit matters more than people. From this point on, any “diversity decisions” are going to be viewed with a critical eye, and this incident is a telling reminder of what can happen when our most prized institutions hand over their power to the highest bidder.

The fact is that ownership is highly correlated with power, which is something that white folks figured out long ago. African Americans, by believing that their power is in the paycheck, almost always find ourselves sitting on the sidelines complaining after we’ve been disrespected by those who own us. Malcolm X warned us about this kind of thinking a long time ago.

Malcolm’s birthday is next month, so perhaps we should use this as an opportunity to reflect on the power of ownership when it comes to managing the institutions that control the minds of black people. The fact of the matter is that some things should NEVER be for sale, and we can’t continue to allow ourselves to be hoodwinked..!

Actor Brian White RANTS About Racial Stereotypes, Says Black Women Like NeNe Leakes Are Portrayed As REALISTIC….And NeNe Leakes STRIKES BACK!

Actor Brian White recently sat for an interview where he ranted about racial sterotypes on reality shows, then he shockingly revealed that he thinks many Black women do act like NeNe Leakes. So people claiming black women get "stereotyped" isn't necessarily the case.

It must have gotten under Brian White's skin when folks talked trash about his interracial marraige. He popped off then, and now he's stating something that's comes off just a bit attacking--despite the truth in it.

During a recent interview, the traveling production What My Husband Doesn't Know star went on a long rant about racial sterotypes on reality televison. He also said he believes many Black women in fact do act like NeNe Leakes. So people getting upset by racial sterotypes should actually be getting upset at the "reality" itself. And also, what is being glorified and shown as the "reality" of black women (I do agree with him on that part). 

Here are the highlights....

What is your insight on the Spike Lee vs. Tyler Perry beef? Why do you think people hate Tyler Perry so much?
Because Tyler holds a mirror up to people. Stereotypes are not stereotypes today. The most popular character [in Why Did I Get Married?], and it’s not the one that Tyler picked as the most popular, is Tasha! You have Janet Jackson and Jill Scott; my point is Jill Scott and Janet are huge music stars with huge fan bases, Tasha became the most popular because her character is portrayed the most like “Love & Hip Hop” the most like, “Desperate Housewives of Atlanta,” [we think he means "Housewives Of Atlanta] you might as well switch it around and pop in Nene [Leaks]. [Tasha Smith] is brilliant, she’s nothing like the character, she’s just portraying what she sees in society, magnified.[sic]

People get mad and say that’s not us. Yes it is.

Turn on “Love & Hip Hop” and turn on “Desperate Housewives Of Atlanta” those are “reality shows.” You can’t call something reality then get mad when it shows up in the movies as reality but that’s what we’re doing. That’s where the cycle continues. They don’t do that in Africa, they don’t do that in France; they don’t connect with that message.

Do you think Tyler Perry only depicts black people in a negative light? 

There are a lot of black people who fit into the stereotype but there are a lot of black people who don’t.
You can’t call it a stereotype if it’s the majority. The most prevalent image in “urban society” right now is women like Nene [Leaks]. If there’s a fight that breaks out on “Love & Hip Hop” those people are one every blog, the cover of every magazine the next week. It’s not Taraji or Gabrielle, it’s whoever just got into a fist fight. Tyler’s not stereotyping, he’s holding up a mirror and people are mad at him because people don’t want to look at that image in that way.

Do you believe that the stereotypes we see on TV are prevalent in the race or just portrayed on TV? Is it really the majority of black women that act like Nene?

I have five sisters and two moms, none of them are like that! To me, I can say I’m offended if they want to represent that and don’t want to represent my mom, but my mom represents Phylicia Rashād and has been represented on TV all my life. I can’t say that. I don’t watch “Real Housewives,” I’ve never seen an episode of “Love & Hop Hop” I’m not supporting it, I’m not giving it ratings. I’m not making the stereotype exist on TV. You’ve watched it, you’ve added to why it’s on TV.

But wait........
After the interview was published, Brian had some words for the writer tweeting,

Well when Miss NeNe found out you know how it went down from there she wasn't too happy when she found out that actor Brian White had called her a racial stereotype" during a recent rant. The "RHOA" star took to Twitter to defend herself and said maybe he's a little jealous that's she booking acting gigs! During Brian White's pissy rant about racial stereotypes on reality TV, he made a few negative comments about "RHOA" and "Glee" star NeNe Leakes.....and she's snapping back.

She defended "RHOA" saying they've never had a fist fight on the show and then added that "actors" seem to get upset with reality stars when they start booking acting gigs. 

She just tweeted:

NeNe (who first appeared on "Glee" on Jan 17th) will make her second appearance on the hit tv show on Feb. 7th. 

She tweeted,

JESUS TAKE THE WHEEL Bishop Eddie Long, Now a King but of what???

Eddie Long, pastor of a Georgia megachurch and no stranger to controversy, is learning the hard way that, as popular wisdom holds, it is indeed good to be king -- but it may not be all it's cracked up to be.

In a video that has gone viral, Long is named king by Ralph Messer, a self-described messianic rabbi from Colorado. As part of the ceremony, which has been roundly condemned, Long is wrapped in what is purported to be a 312-year-old Torah scroll. The video also shows him, while seated in a chair, being carried around the stage of his New Birth Missionary Baptist Church to the joy of an obviously enraptured congregation.

“He now is raised up from a commoner to a kingship,” Messer shouts as he watches what seems to be a teary Long, wrapped in a traditional Jewish prayer shawl, being carried.
Long once was one of the best-known televangelists in the United States; at its peak, New Birth claimed more than 25,000 congregants, with Long’s voice and image resonating around the world through sermons and broadcasts.

In recent years, several Southern televangelists fell from public grace because of their complicated personal lives, and Long’s public image has taken a bit of beating itself.

Two years ago, four young men accused him of coercing them into having sex, charges Long denied. Last year, the lawsuits were settled out of court and the terms have not been disclosed.
As for Messer, he describes himself on his congregation’s website as “president and founder” of Simchat Torah Beit Midrash -- a congregation and school based in Colorado. “With an Apostolic and Evangelistic anointing, Rabbi Messer actively teaches the Hebrew Roots of the Christian Faith.”

The congregation describes itself as “a community of Jewish and non-Jewish believers in Yeshua HaMashiach (Jesus Christ).” Messer doesn’t claim any connection to the more traditional branches of Judaism.

In the Old Testament, Jews do have kings, famously anointed by great prophets, as Samuel did for Saul.
But there is no Jewish ceremony in which a person is wrapped in a Torah scroll. The ceremony of carrying does not come from the Old or New Testament and does not exist as part of a coronation. It is usually associated as a celebratory gesture by European Jews to lift, for example, a bridegroom, above his brethren at a wedding. 


However, Jewish leaders are criticizing a ceremony that involved a controversial megachurch leader being wrapped in a religious scroll and exalted as a “king” to the applause of his parishioners.

The video from a service last Sunday at New Birth Missionary Baptist Church shows Rabbi Ralph Messer, a Messianic preacher, instructing two men to slowly wrap Bishop Eddie Long in a large scroll that’s purported to be the Torah.

“It doesn’t matter where you go, how you try to attack him. He’s sealed,” Messer proclaims, before the scroll is opened to reveal a teary-eyed Long. Moments later, Long was seated in a plush chair, covered in a prayer shawl while holding the sacred scroll and lifted by four men.
“He now is raised up from a commoner to a kingship,” Messer proclaims, as the men walk Long’s seat around an adoring crowd.

Messianic Jews believe that Jesus Christ, or Yeshua, is the Messiah, putting them at odds with traditional Jewish theology. Most Jews consider the faith to be a form of evangelical Christianity.

Rabbi David Shiff of Congregation Beth Hallel, a Messianic Jewish synagogue in Roswell, condemned the actions in the video.

“Ralph Messer in no way represents Messianic Judaism,” Shiff said. “He is not affiliated with any legitimate branch of Messianic Judaism. His actions in no way reflect the position of Messianic Judaism. I found the presentation to be repulsive and inappropriate.”

THEY’RE BACK…….Basketball Wives Season 4 Cast Photoshoot

It’s a new dawn and a new day for Basketball Wives, with the departure of Meeka and addition of two new cast members, so by the time the finale airs in May, it could look like a completely different show from last season. The new season includes two new ladies: Kenya Bell, who was previously arrested for stabbing her husband (!) and Kesha Nichols, whose fiance called off their engagement the day before the wedding.

The new episodes will delve into many different topics, including Evelyn & Jennifer's beef, Royce & Susie starting new chapters in their lives and Shaunie & Tami focusing on their businesses.

We're sure there'll be hair pulling, name throwing, a whole lot of cursing and gossiping - just another day in the life of a basketball wife.

MOMMY LEFT US ON THE CORNER…ALONE???

A mother has been arrested after she abandoned her two daughters aged just three and five on the street with only a few extra diapers.

Dalisha Adams, 26, from Brooklyn, was picked up by police on Sunday night after leaving her children in the cold near housing projects in Brooklyn around 3pm.
Two women came across them and stayed with the young girls until police arrived.

Though they were bundled up warm wearing hooded down coats and Ugg boots, they seemed shaken up and very confused as to why they were abandoned near Bayview Housing Projects on Shore Parkway in Brooklyn, according to the New York Daily News.
The Bay View Houses are about a mile-and-a-half from the Breukelen Houses, where Adams lives with her daughters and their eight-year-old sister, who was with relatives when the incident happened.

A neighbour of the mother claims she often heard Adams screaming at her children.

The woman, who did not want to be identified, told the New York Daily News: 'She was always yelling at the kids, "Shut the f*** up".
'One day, I heard her curse out the little baby, "I’ll punch you in the f***ing face.'
She also said she heard more shouting on Sunday shortly before the girls were abandoned.
'A kid was crying. She was saying, "Stop crying, shut the f*** up. I'm gonna get you out of here",' she said.
Other neighbours said the children were always well dressed and clean but a resident of the housing project they lived at told the Daily News she would often shout and curse at them and pull on their arms.

Five-year-old Domini told the Daily News her younger sister was called Dioni and they lived in a blue house with flowers in front of it on 53rd street, but she did not know which borough of New York it was.
'A kid was crying. She was saying, "Stop crying, shut the f*** up. I'm gonna get you out of here"'
She also said her mother's name was Dalisha and she drove a white car.
The older daughter, who said her name was Domini, told a photographer: 'Mommy just left us on the sidewalk and drove away.'

The children showed no signs of physical abuse but were taken to Brookdale University Hospital for observation.
Just after 10pm on Sunday night, police arrived at Adams' house and opened the door with a crow bar, but she was not at home.
Adams was arrested after police matched the girls' identity with photo records from Administration for Children’s Services, where the children are currently in custody.
Adams was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor, police said.
Police were alerted to the the abandoned children by an elderly couple who found them standing at a busy intersection with the diapers in their arms as cars zoomed by them.
The girls’ grandmother, Bertha Davia, said it was all a misunderstanding and is asking ACS to place them in her care.

The 52-year-old told Eyewitness News that she lives in the complex next to where the children were left and the mother must have intended to leave her children in her care.
She said she is furious her daughter never told her the children were coming and only realized what had happened when she saw their picture on the news.
'She left them on the corner here. I live all the way over there. And they was roaming the hallways and all that. Why would she do that to my grandkids? For what reason?'
Although she is angry over the incident, she said she does not believe the two girls were abandoned on a street corner and it was just a big misunderstanding. 

Michelle Davis, 43, from Brooklyn, told the Daily News: 'They were wandering up and down the sidewalk for a while, just playing by themselves.
'It’s horrible. How could you leave your own children out there? They’re babies and you just leave them out there like that?'

The police said both children were in good condition after being checked over in hospital and were now in the care of the ACS, who did not immediately respond to an inquiry.

Seal Says There Will Be No Divorce

Seal says he and estrange wife Heidi Klum are not divorcing, Heidi just needs some time alone.
Rumors have been flying for about a week now that singer Seal and his German wife, model Heidi Klum, are calling it quits.

The couple has been married for seven years and enjoy 4 children together. For Seal, saying that this is all coming to an end is a bit much.

The singer agrees that he and Heidi have grown apart but saying their isn’t any hope left for the couple is taking things a bit too far.

When Seal was asked if he and Heidi would ‘kiss and make up’, he answered: “There is nothing to make up, we aren’t fighting, we aren’t divorcing. Legally, we are still together”.

Klum and Seal are separated at this point but not divorced. And Seal said he isn’t sure if the two will get back together.

Since their separation, Klum is been living at the Beverly Hills hotel by herself and without her kids, while Seal still lives in their Los Angeles’ villa with their kids Leni (7), Henry (6), Johan (5) and Lou (2).

Heidi Klum said she needs some time for herself.

OH MISS MARLO…HOW COULD YOU? Marlo Hampton: I'm SORRY About Slur, I ADMIRE The Gay Community!

Marlo Hampton is sorry y'all. When she got all in her feelings on Sunday’s episode of "Real Housewives of Atlanta" during a catfight with Sheree Whitfield, she dropped the F bomb (the one that rhymes with maggot). And the Housewives (and many viewers) were pretty shocked.

Now, she's taken to her website to issue a long apology.

The utter foolery that was last night's South Africa trip episode of "Real Housewives of Atlanta" rasied many an-eyebrow. For one, the fact Sheree & Marlo were literally across the world fighting like 10-year-olds over ish like Marlo not getting invited to Sheree's friend's party (despite the fact the two are NOT friends) is just embarrassing. And secondly, dropping a gay slur, or any slur for that matter--just because you're mad--when you claim many of the people in that community are like family to you, is just odd.
Sheree mentioned that her friend was gay, after the girls asked if this was more than a friend to her. In the video above, when the uninvited Marlo got offended that Sheree didn't invite her to Sheree's friend's party, she went off.

Marlo's exact words: "Well anyway, that's why you don't have a man. Go and hang with them f*****s with your ugly ass."
As usual, Marlo used her gift of too much gab to apologize and explain her actions. She expressed her disappointment in herself and stated she wants to continue to build her "strong relationship" with the gay community.

It is with great disappointment in myself and sincere regret that I would like to issue to my friends, my most ardent supporters, and my followers, this statement:

I would like to offer from the bottom of my heart the fullest and most heartfelt apology for my recent use of an anti-gay slur. When I used this word, I was not mindful of the demeaning connotation that this has in the gay community. My speech was irresponsible, thoughtless and said with the intention of conveying anger rather than as a statement on my feelings towards the gay community as a whole.
My first action, after the incident was to contact my closest friend and assistant of 8 years and to confess what I had done, to express my sadness and regret, and to ask him for his forgiveness. I was devastated at the thought of having hurt or embarrassed him as well as any member of the gay community and relish this opportunity to publicly apologize. My friends have embraced me, supported me, withheld judgment of me and have meant a lot to me over the years. I would never abuse their kindness and friendship and would never want to hurt them or demean them in any way.

I applaud and admire this community for their triumph over a sometimes harsh, mean spirited society that discriminates and even violently attacks those who are different. These are obstacles that I relate to and that I have been inspired by them to overcome. I celebrate this community and am saddened by any indication otherwise, that my actions may have caused.
I look forward to continuing to build my strong relationship with you, my followers and supporters, and those of you who do not yet know me and my heart. I look forward to work to regain your trust, respect and your love which has so empowered me over the years. I also thank you for allowing me to address you personally and to let you know how deeply sorry I am.

Folks come out to Celebrate Ne-Yo’s Label Launch In Jamaica

This past weekend Keri Hilson, Adrienne Bailon and Shaggy were spotted in Jamaica celebrating the launch of Ne-Yo’s new record label, Compound Island. Guests in attendance were treated to the Red Tails movie premiere, a performance at the annual Jazz Festival and a pool party at Secrets Resort.

In addition to starting his own label, Ne-Yo was recently appointed VP of A&R at Motown Records. Meanwhile, Adrienne Bailon was released from Def Jam and signed a management deal with Ne-Yo’s Compound Entertainment....Shout out to "The Life Files for the pics!

Amber Rose; The Girl with the Mike Tyson Tatoo!

With her shaved head and dangerous curves often on show in daring outfits, Amber Rose is certainly no chameleon.
And now the 28-year-old model and aspiring singer appears to have had her face tattooed.
The former girlfriend of Kanye West was seen sporting a tribal design around her left eye as she hosted a party in Miami, Florida over the weekend with boyfriend rapper Wiz Khalifa.

The etching was very similar to former heavyweight champion of the world Mike Tyson's tattoo, a tribal design also located on the left hand side of his face.
Whether or not Amber's inking is real, the vivacious blonde confidently showed off her new look.
She also flaunted her ample curves in a bright yellow tube dress, paired with a bleached and frayed denim jacket.

She accessorised with some wacky sunglasses and plenty of gold jewellery.
Amber was joined by her heavily tattooed boyfriend who looked cool and casual in a pair of rolled-up jeans, an open pink shirt and some black leather slipper-style shoes.
The pair partied in the VIP area of the club, enjoying complimentary drinks and the occasional cigarette.

Amber's new ink joins an array of tattoos located all over her voluptuous body.
They include a rose design on her arm, flowers adorned on her stomach and animal paw prints running up her thigh.
Amber recently debuted her new career as a recording artist.
Earlier this month she released her first single Fame, which features boyfriend Khalifa.
Amber, who rose to fame whilst dating her ex-West whom she was in a relationship for just under two years, said her influence for the track came from being under the spotlight.

'The song represents the ups and downs of fame and lets people know that it’s not all it’s cracked up to be,' Amber told RapFix.
'I have my own unique sound, I make music that I love and I hope that my fans and the people that embrace me will love it also!'
Amber has said in the past that Khalifa was the one who encouraged her to decision to break into the music world.
She revealed that the 24-year-old actually didn't hear the track until it became a finished product and that's when she asked him to appear on it.
'I made the entire song and then sent it to him, he was overseas on tour at the time,' she said. 'He thought the track was dope and I asked him if he would be on it, he said definitely.'

The 5'9 shaven-hair beauty is currently working on a full album but has decided to make it a slow process.
I’ve taken vocal lessons and I'm working on my album, but right now I'm in the beginning phases and I'm just taking my time,' she said.
Meanwhile Amber also made headlines earlier this month after claiming that Kim Kardashian cheated with her then-boyfriend West.

The model revealed that Kim and Kanye had enjoyed a secret affair while she was dating the singer and even said she asked Miss Kardashian to stop sending her boyfriend racy texts and pictures.
However Amber is said to have forgiven Kim and according to TMZ she said: ‘I forgive her…and I forgive Kanye too…it’s not a big deal, you know?

The Tax Man Liens on Bow Wow

Back in November news of Bow Wow's tax troubles surfaced which he vigorously denied [click here if you missed that]. Well, Bow Wow's non existent tax troubles just multiplied....

Bow Wow needs to hire himself a new accountant -- because not only does he have a tax lien against him for unpaid taxes from 2006 ... but now it turns out he owes backtaxes from 2008 and 2010 as well!
As TMZ first reported, a tax lien in Florida for the year 2006 put Bow Wow on the hook for $91,105.61. The lien has still not been paid off.

Now a new lien was filed on January 9, this time in Georgia, saying Bow Wow owes $15, 279.62 for unpaid taxes from 2008 and another $19.700.91 for 2010.

Put it all together ... and you've got $126,086.14.

Calls to Bow Wow's rep were not returned.

Martin Lawrence’s Daughter Celebrates Her Sweet 15 With Surprise Appearance from the Odoms

Actor Martin Lawrence celebrated his eldest daughter Jasmine’s 16th birthday this month. The celebrity bash was attended by lots of family and friends, including Khloe and Lamar Odom.
Khloe writes: “Martin Lawrence hosted a Sweet 16 party for his daughter Jasmine in Dallas and Lam and I were asked to come and surprise her. It was sooooooo fun for us to be a surprise LOL.

We’re both big on going all out for birthdays so we obviously had a blast with this! We really enjoyed ourselves and were honored to have been asked . It was so great spending time with their amazing, large, blended family! We loved every minute of it!”

Martin’s blended family consists of his ex-wife Patricia Southall, his current wife Shamika Gibbs, and their respective kids.

Gabriel Aubry Agrees to Anger Management

Last week Halle Berry's baby daddy Gabriel Aubry was accused of screaming at and pushing the nanny, resulting in a police report being filed.

Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry met for hours Friday with representatives from the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services ... and social workers concluded Gabriel needed to work on his anger issues ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

We're told DCFS recommended that Gabriel take anger management classes and our sources say he agreed to enroll.
As one law enforcement source told us who is connected to the case, "Gabriel has a little bit of a temper, but the good news is that he realizes it."
The recommendation stems from an incident earlier this month in which Gabriel allegedly pushed the nanny while she was holding Nahla. Our sources say Gabriel told social workers he never touched the nanny and she was making the story up to curry favor with Halle.

Our sources say DCFS is not making any recommendations on changing the custodyarrangement. That will be left to the judge on Monday morning ... when Halle and Gabriel square off
again in court.

As first reported ... there's also a criminal investigation focusing on child endangerment and battery. Our law enforcement sources tell us they are confident Gabriel will NOT be prosecuted because it's a "he said she said" case. We're told the matter will be referred to the L.A. City Attorney next week but it's expected the Office will decline to prosecute.

Sir Elton John has reopened his feud with Madonna by suggesting she will not be singing live during the half time show at America's biggest sporting event.
After his recent spat with the Queen on Pop at a film awards ceremony, the 64-year-old star was asked what advice he had for the her when she appears during the half time show at this Sunday’s Super Bowl.
'Make sure you lip-synch good' he said mischievously.

The comment to Madonna, a singer who prides herself on performing live, is likely to drive a even bigger wedge between two of the music industry's most successful stars.
Being chosen to sing at the Super Bowl, which attracts a worldwide audience of over one billion, is considered a highlight of any artists career.

Paul McCartney, The Rolling Stones and Bruce Springsteen have all performed during the half time show.

'You have to play live, but I don’t think you can,' he said.

'In all fairness to everyone who’s done one before, you may be able to sing live, but it’s really hard to play live.'
Madonna is expected to sing four songs, including her hit Vogue as well as her latest single Give Me All Your Luvin in a stage show that includes acrobats from Cirque du Soleil.
The 53-year-old always sings live at her concerts rather than like other artists such as Britney Spears who lip-synch to a backing track.
John's comments, made on the Good Morning America TV show, will anger Madonna who has spent the past fortnight rehearsing for her 12 minute appearance.

His jibe also reignites the bitter feud between the pair that surfaced earlier this month when both stars were nominated for a Golden Globe award for Best Original Song.
John fired the first shot by saying Madonna didn't have a '******* chance of winning' for her song 'Masterpiece' from her film 'W.E' as he walked the red carpet at the Los Angeles event.

When Madonna scooped the award, John's partner David Furnish took to his Facebook page to pour scorn on her victory.
'Madonna winning Best Original Song truly shows how these awards have nothing to do with merit,' he wrote.
'Her acceptance speech was embarrassing in its narcissism. And her criticism of [Lady] Gaga shows how desperate she really is.'
Furnish later tried to calm matters down by apologising for his rant.

John's comments about Madonna lip synching were recorded over a month ago when he filmed a commercial for Pepsi that will be shown during the Super Bowl.
John poses as a King complete with a crown and ermine cape and stars alongside the winner of the US X-Factor Melanie Amaro in the 30 second commercial for the soft drink.
The singer also spoke about his 18 month old son Zachary during an interview with the Good Morning America show to promote the advert.

He said the toddler was already well travelled, having visited over half a dozen countries, including Australia, Singapore and Hawaii.
John said he and Furnish,49, took Zachary with them on their travels but said his son's globetrotting would be curtailed when he starts school.

Conrad Murray filed an appeal claiming 'improper exclusion of defense evidence and witnesses' during his trial violated his state and constitutional rights.
