It’s no secret, singer Keri Hilson and her NBA baller boyfriend, Serge Ibaka, are in love. So much so that the days of her hiding him from the public are LONGGGGG gone.

Recently we caught Miss Keri Baby and the 23-year-old Oklahoma Thunder forward kee-kee’ing it up at ATL’s Compound night club. And thanks to my handy arrow, there seems to be a mysterious ring on her left hand. We doubt it’s an engagement ring, but we love to speculate ’round these parts.

North Shore Anesthesiologist And Technician Allegedly Terrorized Black Orderlies With Nooses And Racial Remarks!

North Shore anethesiologist Dr. Charles Militana and surgical technican Mario Nistico terrorized orderies Elijah Crawford and Ishmael Cox by hanging nooses and making racial comments, according to a discrimination suit filed in Brooklyn Federal Court.

North Shore University Hospital conducted an in-house investigation instead of reporting the noose incidents to Nassau County police.

 An anesthesiologist and a surgical technician at North Shore University Hospital terrorized black orderlies with nooses and racial epithets, a bombshell lawsuit charges.

 “Where I work, there are a lot of educated people with an immature way of behaving,” said Elijah Crawford, who filed the discrimination suit in Brooklyn Federal Court with Ishmael Cox.

“When I see a noose, it’s a statement of racial hate,” Crawford, 43, told the Daily News Tuesday. “It’s a threat. It’s a sign of terrorism.”

The technician, Mario Nistico, admitted hanging a noose from a light fixture in an operating room in the summer of 2011 and affixing a second noose to his locker a year later.

Dr. Charles Militana allegedly made crude sexual remarks to Crawford about the size of his genitals and disparaged President Obama because he is black, according to the suit.

“How can Obama be smart? He is black,” Militana reportedly said, according to the suit.

The Manhassett, L.I., hospital did not report the noose incidents to the Nassau County Police Department and conducted an in-house investigation that resulted in “half-hearted apologies” from Nistico and Militana, both 59, the suit states.

“They (the hospital) wanted to cover it up,” Cox, 63, said.

Dr. Charles Militana allegedly made sexual and racial remarks.

Nistico told The News that he regrets placing the nooses in the workplace, but there was no racial malice intended.

He said the operating noose was a “goof” directed at a surgeon who was notoriously difficult to work with, prompting operating room personnel to complain they wanted to “hang themselves.”

The noose in the locker room, he said, was the product of a discussion with Militana about capital punishment and how a condemned person could be decapitated if the hanging scaffold was too high.

“Dr. Militana asked if I knew how to make a noose,” Nistico said, and the technician showed him how to do it using surgical cord. The noose was left on the locker as an afterthought, he said.

Cox said North Shore UH wanted to 'cover up' the noose incidents.

“It’s something that was done that was stupid on my behalf,” Nistico said, adding that he was suspended without pay for one week and ordered to a class on workplace behavior. He denied using racial epithets.

Militana did not return a call seeking comment.

Crawford and Cox have worked at North Shore for more than 16 years and have feared retaliation for making the complaint. The suit seeks unspecified monetary damages for emotional distress.

Their lawyer, Derek Smith, said there can be no mistaking a noose, which is associated with racially motivated lynchings and has long been used to invoke terror in blacks.

North Shore spokesman Terry Lynam said the hospital does not tolerate discrimination in the workplace: “Our policy and practices promote diversity and respect for employees. Unfortunately, we can’t get into a discussion about the allegations because it’s under litigation.”

Kim Kardashian Wonders About Baby's Skin Color

On the last episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians Kim Kardashian wonders what shade of skin her baby will have and Scott tells her the baby will be black.

Two self absorbed people had a child together and last night on KUWTK showed their lack of knowledge when it comes to kids. Kim was sitting down with Scott discussing her upcoming delivery and she made some interesting statements, one about Kanye never holding a baby before in his “LIFE” not even Blue.

He’s never even held a baby before,” pregnant Kim sighed to Scott Disick on Sunday night’sepisode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

And the reality TV queen admitted of herself during a heart-to-heart over lunch with Scott, “Most kids I don’t like — I’ve gotta be honest.”

Still, Kim was optimistic about parenthood with her musician boyfriend, saying, “I think Kanye will be so obsessed and so into it.”

And Kim, with Scott helping her, bizarrely sent a picture of a baby stroller to Kanye to see if he would like the color of the stroller. Kanye has been the invisible man on this season’s KUWTK–sometimes mentioned, and once heard over the phone, but never yet seen on-camera. The rapper has said he won’t be appearing on KUWTK.

“I want to see what skin tone my child is before –” Kim said.

“The kid’s going to be black,” Scott said.

Kim replied about the stroller, “It’ll be a variation of a skin tone, so I’m just trying to see what color will look good.”

REALITY FAB: Sanya Richards-Ross CELEBRATES The "Sanya’s Glam & Gold" PREMIERE

WeTV celebrated the launch of four-time Olympic Gold medalist Sanya Richards-Ross' new reality show "Sanya's Glam & Gold". The party took place in New York City as The Gansevoort Park Ave. Estelle (shown atop) was one of the celebs who came out to congratulate Sanya (who sported a crop top and strapped on her gladiator sandals for the event).

Premiering on July 25th at 10pm on WeTV, Sanya stars on the show with her husband, New York Giants cornerback and two-time Super Bowl Champion Aaron Ross.  The show chronicles their marriage and the bond they share as athletes.  And we kinda love a hard core athlete who still knows how to keep it girly.

The couple's family and fellow cast members Sharon Richards, Shari Richards and Tyrell Gatewood were also on hand for the party.

The R&B crooner has called on collaboration queen Nicki Minaj for comeback effort ‘Somebody Else’ – which is building a steady buzz on the airwaves.

Rihanna has been ordered to pay $100,000 to her former financial advisers and it's all the Miami Heat's fault...

Last year Rihanna filed a multimillion dollar lawsuit against her former financial advisers, Berdon LL, claiming they owed her millions of dollars

Since then Rihanna has missed every single deposition in the case including the latest one set up in London for her convenience.

Rihanna backed out of the London meeting just hours before it began claiming she was sick, and she probably would have gotten away with it, but lawyers for Berdon LL produced a Tweet from Rihanna at 5am London time, right after the Miami Heat won the NBA national championship, that said #KingJames. Oops.

The judge in the case ordered Rihanna to pay her former accountants $100,000 to cover their travel costs and billing hours.

A new date has been set for a deposition in August and if Riri doesn't show up she risks having her case dismissed.

Jennifer Lopez Accused of Misleading Her Fans 

Jennifer Lopez is accused of misleading her fans into believing that she was unaware of the bad reputations of the foreign dictators and businessmen she has been performing for for years.

Jennifer Lopez has allegedly earned $10 million by performing for four human rights violators.

The 'Dance Again' singer, who was forced to apologise after serenading repressive Turkmenistan president, Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov, for his birthday late last month, for which she was reportedly paid $1.5 million, has been accused of ''serenading dictators and crooks'' on at least three other occasions.

Human Rights Foundation president Thor Halvorssen told the Hollywood Reporter that the 43-year-old star has been paid approximately $10 million for the controversial private gigs.

He claims she was paid $1 million by Uzbek industrialist Azam Aslamov to perform at his son's wedding and $1.4 million to perform at the Moscow birthday bash of allegedly corrupt Russian businessman Telman Ismailov.

A spokesperson for the singer previously insisted she wasn't aware that Turkmenistan ranked as the third most repressive country in the world, saying: ''Had there been knowledge of human rights issues any kind, Jennifer would not have attended.''

But Mr. Halvorssen said: ''J.Lo has repeatedly mingled with and entertained some of the world's worst thugs and their cronies. The 'Jenny-from-the-block-who-doesn't-Google' clarification may be credible in one instance, but it beggars belief in light of a pattern of repeated behavior.

''What those covering this story have missed is that J.Lo and her management have misled her fans and the public.''

One of the strongest couples in Hollywood, Denzel & Pauletta Washington, just celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary on June 25th.  So the couple is covering the brand new issue of EBONY magazine...and is schooling folks on how they keep their marriage tight....

With major movies like Flight & Safe House under his belt in just the last year, Denzel's upcoming action flick 2 Gunz, co-starring the sexy Mark Wahlberg and Paula Patton, is out August 2nd.

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev Arraignment: Boston bombing suspect pleads not guilty

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was arraigned in Boston federal court on Wednesday, giving the public its first glimpse of the 19-year-old suspect since he was found hiding in a Watertown backyard days after the April 15 Boston Marathon bombing.

Tsarnaev pleaded not guilty to the 30 charges he faces in connection to the attack that killed three people and injured 260 others. He allegedly conspired with his older brother, Tamerlan, who was killed in a shootout with police. Families of the victims and Tsarnaev's sisters attended the pretrial hearing, which was rescheduled twice at the request of both side's lawyers.

The hearing, which Tsarnaev entered wearing an orange jumpsuit and a cast on his arm, lasted fewer than 10 minutes. The prosecution said it will call more than 80 witnesses and expects the trial will last three to four months. Tsarnaev blew a kiss to his family as he left the courtroom, the Associated Press reported.

Lysa Cooper, a woman who's been at the forefront of celebrity styling for the past decade, sat down with Italian VOGUE to talk about working with some of the movie iconic artists in music, fashion and film.  In her raw and candid interview with writer Robyn Price, Lysa talks about how the industry has changed, how she's managed it, and some very candid moments with clients such as Rihanna, Beyonce. Basically, Lysa is that YBF chick who has zero f**ks to give...and is still damn good at her job.

Here are the highlights:

You were one of the masterminds behind Rihanna’s image transformation (along with Ursula Stephen and others on the team) that helped propel her into superstardom. What was it like working with Rihanna on the cusp of her transformation?

I worked with her without knowing who she was. She was just some cute girl, and Ellen von Unwerth and I were shooting her. The one good thing she had was Ursula Stephen, who I knew. And so when I walked in, to tell you the truth, the only person out of her crew that I knew was Ursula. And I thought, Ursula is here, so at least I know the level I’m on. Then she wasn’t working yet, with Mylah Morales doing her makeup. Mylah is one of the best in the business. Her hair was to here (shoulder length), and we cut her shit up to here (above her shoulders).

She had a lot of hair back then. And now, there is a lot of hair again. We’ll get into that later. Everybody needs to stop with the hair, including Beyoncé.

So that was how I kind of connected with her. It was on a job with Ellen. They’re all looking at me like “you don’t even know who you’re working with?” And I was like “no, I don’t really care.” She’s cute. She’s nice. She’s an island girl. I had a good time. We did some really sexy pictures. I kept it moving. I’m not a big practitioner of staying too long. Her and Shakira were probably the two girls that I worked with for a long period of time. I’m more of a hit and run kind of a person. I like to hit it and run.

Why is that?

I don’t know. That way you’re not bored. That way you don’t become somebody’s slave. That way there are boundaries. And those boundaries got blurred with Rihanna. And with her previous management, we had some major falling out. Also, I’m a lot older than her. I don’t entourage it up. I don’t like to hang out like that. And when I do hang out, I hang out hard and I think that can be very intimidating to people who aren’t use to the old way of partying.

What’s the old way of partying?

Go out dancing all night long. You’re not Instagraming every fucking moment. You’re not smoking wack-ass weed with some bad blunts. Sorry. I smoke weed, but I smoke good weed. I feel like everybody is a little lost in the sauce right now.

But we’re dealing with the number one artist, so that makes certain things more difficult and complicated. She is the number one artist, right? Is she ahead of Beyoncé? I can’t really tell.

What was it like working with her (Beyonce) on the GQ Super Bowl-inspired cover?

Hilarious. So funny. Magazines now are so nervous. Everyone is afraid to lose their job. They’ve already planned every shot. Nothing is very organic anymore. They had an idea of what they wanted to do. And then Beyoncé told me that she didn’t want to do any of that; so we didn’t. And, what I loved, is that Beyoncé knows what she’s going to do, and what she’s not going to do. And what’s she’s comfortable with and what she’s not. And I thought that was a very racy shoot for her. And I kept teasing her and saying that this is going to become the cover. It was amazing. And of course that’s not what they wanted. They wanted some white t-shirt GQ bullshit. And I kept saying to her “Watch, this is the cover.” And it was. And it was so cute. Little vintage shirt. And you know, they wanted to put their designers on it. And really at the end of the day, I think a lot of the way things are run now is about selling shit and they forget that they’re dealing with personalities. She looked great.

Cleveland kidnap victims reveal themselves: Girls who were held captive for a decade film heartwarming video to thank supporters

The three-and-a-half-minute video was released on Monday by Hennes Paynter Communications, the public relations firm hired by the three girls and their families

Women asked for their privacy and thanked Cleveland for the support they have received

Amanda Berry said she continues to recover from the trauma of captivity

The parents of Gina DeJesus spoke for her and urged the families of missing loved ones not to give up hope

Michelle Knight sounded a defiant tone and vowed that she would not let her kidnapping and torture define her

A heartwarming video has been released showing all three victims from the Cleveland house of horrors, who appear healthy and happy as they recover from a decade in sickening captivity.

This is the first on-camera appearance of Amanda Berry, Gina DeJesus and Michelle Knight since they were freed from the clutches of Ariel Castro - who allegedly beat and raped them and held them locked inside his house under unimaginable conditions.

The footage also marks the first public appearance of Michelle Knight since 2002. It was not even know that she had been kidnapped until she was found in Castro's home on Seymour Avenue on May 6.

The video, which is three and a half minutes long, was posted on YouTube late Monday by Hennes Paynter Communications, the public relations firm that the three young women and their families hired after they were freed from captivity.

In it, all three women thank the supporters who rallied to their cause after they were sensationally freed on May 6. The story captivated the nation and united the hard-scrabble city of Cleveland.

'First and foremost, I want everyone to understand how happy I am to be home with my family and my friends. It's been unbelievable,' Berry says.

She adds: 'I'm getting stronger each day and having my privacy has helped immensely. I ask that everyone continues to respect our privacy and give us to time have a normal life.'

The video offers a hopeful portrait of the girls, who have gone into hiding among the furor of media coverage that descended on Cleveland after they were sensationally found alive after after nearly everyone had given up searching for them.

Kathy Joseph, an attorney for Knight, said in a statement that the three women wanted to 'say thank you to people from Cleveland and across the world, now that two months have passed.'

She said they're being recognized in public, 'so they decided to put voices and faces to their heartfelt messages.'

James Wooley, attorney for Berry and DeJesus, also issued a statement saying Knight and his clients thank people for the privacy they've been given and do not want to discuss their case with the news media or anyone else.

Michelle, who was Castro's first alleged victim - said to be taken off a west-side street in 2002, put a brave face on her new world.

'Thank you everyone for your love support and donations, which helped me build a brand new life. I want everyone to know I'm doing just fine,' she said.

Michelle's family said that she has developmental disabilities and bore the brunt of the brutal beatings and torture that Castro allegedly doled out.

Her aunt told reports that she was beaten so badly she required reconstruction surgery to repair the damage to her face.

'I may have been through hell and back, but I am strong enough to walk through hell with a smile on my face and with my head held high and with my feet firmly on the ground,' she says.

She speaks about her faith in God and how she is leaning on her faith to get her through the difficult recovery.

'God has a plan for all of us. The plan that he gave me is for me to help others that have been in the same situations I have been in - to know that there is someone out there to lean on and to talk to,' she says.

'I am in control of my own destiny with the guidance of God.'

Gina DeJesus appears briefly to thank all of the donors who contributed to the Cleveland Courage fund to help the three girls.

More than 9,200 donors have amassed a little more than $1million for the girls' recovery.

All three women smile broadly as the speak. They are well-dressed and wearing tastefully-applied makeup in the heavily-produced video shot in downtown Cleveland.

However, the video also contains reminders of the horror that the young women experienced.

Michelle appears to display the effects of the severe beatings she endured for 11 years.

Gina speaks only one line in the video. When asked by a man behind the camera what she would like to say to the people who contributed to the Cleveland Courage fund, she responds: 'I would say thank you for the support.'

MARRIED: NFL Star RGIII Weds Rebecca Liddicoat In Denver (PICS)

NFL baller Robert & Becky are college (Baylor) sweethearts who got engaged back in October 2011.  And now that they've bought a new house together in Virginia, it's only right they say those vows and make it official.

Back in Rebecca's hometown of Denver, the two exchanged vows in front of family, friends, teammates and coaches.  Robert's Redskins coach, Mike Stranahan, was there to share the occasion with his injured star player, who everyone hopes to see back on the field in full health come this fall.

The couple even had their rehearsal dinner at the coach's restaurant in Denver (he coached the Broncos from '95-'08), Stranahan's.

Back in 2010 Toni Braxton filed for bankruptcy for the second time in her career

Toni finally settles her case...

According to reports Toni Braxton settled her bankruptcy case for $150,000.

Under the terms of the settlement Toni is allowed to buy back some of her personal property and the right to bid on song copyrights when they go up for auction on July 15.

Karrine Steffans Says Soulja Boy Is Living In Sean Kingston's House!

On the 4th of July, Karrine Steffans pulled up to a liquor store at approximately 10:45am (Cali time) and warned all of her friends, fans and Twitter followers that if you received a crazy text, call, voicemail or video from her, you should be blaming it on the liquor she was drinking. Then, at about 3:23pm came the black out of all black outs!

Karrine Steffans decided to put Soulja Boy on blast for living with Sean Kingston while Sean Kingston was away enjoying himself in Anguilla. You can peep that tweet below:

Rihanna Hits The Beach With A Cocktail & Bikini, GETS PISSY Drunk At The Kings Of Leon Concert

Rihanna and her killer bod were spotted soaking up some sun rays in Poland where she "recovered" from a pissy drunk night at the Kings of Leon concert. 

Rihanna was spotted on the beach with her bestie Melissa Forde in Sopot, Poland, where the ladies sipped on a few cocktails.

Rihanna started off her beach day in a crotchet white cover-up before unveiling a baby blue two-piece bikini that showed off her ridiculously perfect skin.  Hopefully that sun drained out all the liquor form her skin after the KOL concert the night before...

Rihanna went to the Kings of Leon concert where she tweeted, "Easily the best night of our lives! To the Kings, we love you for life! Thank you always! #KingsOfLeon #KOL".    

Unfortunately, Rih's day at the beach was short lived.....

Her team seemed perturbed by the paparazzi and fans buzzing around the pop star and she was forced to cut the day short.  She later tweeted from her hotel room, "Tried to have a beach day, that was a fail!!"

"High School Musical" star Chris Warren successfully sues his parents for ripping off his trust fund...

According to TMZ Chris Warren was just awarded a $337,000 default judgement against his parents, actress Brook Kerr and Christopher Warren, for looting the trust fund set up to safeguard money Chris earned as a minor.

Last year Brook was granted a restraining order against estranged husband Christoper accusing him of being a drug dealer and user, prone to erratic bi-polar behavior
