DAYUM, DOES SHE EVER REST? Beyoncé WORKING On 5th Album?!

Rumor has it that Beyonce is already in the studio working on album number five! Does she ever slow down? Apparently not since not even pregnancy has stopped Queen Bey from starting her fifth album.

The Dream, who wrote her mega hit "Single Ladies" and a few of the tracks on her 4 album, recently revealed that the two are re-teaming for her next project.

"She's ready to work, She's crazy! She never stops doing anything. I don't know if [pregnancy] is going to slow her down. She's just incredible with doing things, I don't know how she's going to do it, she's just a maniac... in a good way."

Good luck on the next project Bey! I'm sure the baby will inspire some great tracks.

ALL of Matthew Knowles' Artists Have Been BANNED From Radio One!

I told you earlier that Beyonce was no longer working with Mathew Knowles. Now Cathy Hughes and her radio/tv empire have turned their backs as well.

Cathy Hughes’ cable channel TV One is suing the BET Network, MTV and Music World Music for violating its exclusive rights to the Essence Music Festival. Mathew Knowles' Music World Music is in the mix because his company brokered the deal for the Essence Music Festival broadcast with TV One.

But now, Mathew is being accused of re-issuing the content BET, MTV and BET’s Centric Network despite TV One’s four-year exclusivity agreement. Messy......

So in response, Radio One has pulled all of Knowles’ Music World songs and artists from their radio stations nationwide.

“All Radio One personnel were told to pull all Music World artists out of rotation immediately and indefinitely! We were told that the mandate came straight from Ms. Hughes and that there would be ramifications for anyone playing or mentioning a Music World artist or song on air,” said one Radio One employee.

Damn!And this could hurt Mathew because his company primarily focuses on gospel music as the employee added,

“Radio One owns at least 12 gospel stations across the country – that’s the majority. It’s hard for artists to sell CD’s without radio airplay! Right now Music World definitely isn’t getting any from Radio One. Le’Andria Johnson’s song ‘Jesus” was in heavy rotation on Radio One stations one day and the next day she wasn’t getting any spins. New music by Trin-I-tee 5:7 and Micah Stampley, as well as recurring hits by Brian Courtney Wilson have been pulled as well.”

Raven Symone & Tyga Spread Some Holiday Cheer

YMCB artist Tyga and actress Raven Symone teamed up and spread a little holiday cheer by giving back to the community.

They hosted a toy giveaway at Loma Alta Park in Altadena, and handed out over 1000 toys to the less fortunate children of Los Angeles County.

Other celebrities such as model Esther Baxter, actor Barry Floyd (Tee Tee from The Game), and more attended and helped with the event.

Mariah Carey had quite the rosy glow about her today as she ventured out into the crisp air of Aspen.
But on closer inspection, it appeared the singer's winter chic was all thanks to some clever make-up application, rather than feeling the chill.
The 41-year-old mother-of-two had apparently dabbed on the blusher to complement her seasonal style as she stepped out trussed up in a stylish cape teamed with black leggings and her suede brown boots.

Mariah was spotted paying a visit to her mother's jewellery store - and despite it being dark the diva still found the need for shades.
The singer and husband Nick Cannon usually go to Aspen for Christmas but didn't last year due to fears the high altitude may interfere with her pregnancy.
She still went away because she has to be somewhere with snow at Christmas.

'It's got to be snowy,' she said at the time.
'I was considering staying in LA because we love it, but it's not the most seasonal of places. I need snow.'
Earlier in the week Mariah ventured out in peep-toe heels - but quickly changed into something warmer midway through a shopping trip at Prada ahead of her first Christmas with eight-month-old twins Monroe and Moroccan.

 
She had started the spree with a black winter jacket that flapped open to reveal a bare chest.
Mariah teamed this with black and red heels and oversize sunglasses.

But later the starlet changed into more seasonable winter boots and a floppy hat.
Mariah is in great shape after shedding more than 70lbs since the birth of her children. 

Meanwhile, the star's latest music video has just been released.
When Christmas Comes, featuring John Legend, sees the pair singing at a grand piano, playing in the snow with Snoopy and spending time with her twins and husband Nick.

She recently told The Sun how she is 'amazed and humbled' that her 1991 smash hit song All I Want for Christmas is still a holiday classic.
Mariah recently re-released the track in a collaboration with Justin Bieber.
She told the newspaper: 'Who’d have thought, all those years ago when I wrote it, that it would still be having an impact today?'

Drake, Big Sean, J. Cole & More Perform At Cali Christmas, Plus Did Drake Throw A Jab At Common?

Power 106FM held their annual Cali Christmas Concert at L.A.’s Gibson Amphitheater and it was full of surprise moments. From Lil’ Wayne’s furry statement boots to three of Rihanna’s former boy toys hitting the stage in the same night, the audience had plenty of things to buzz about.

The concert was headlined by Drake, who was introduced onstage by L.A. Dodger/ Rihanna’s ex boo Matt Kemp. During his set, Drake brought out two of the biggest artists in the biz: Lil’ Wayne and Justin Beiber. Wayne helped Drake perform “Hell Yeah F*ckin’ Right (HYFR)” and “The Motto” while Bieber sang a raw edited version of Drake’s “Trust Issues.” Tyga also dropped by to perform his song “Rack City.”

At the end of Drake’s performance some believed he was taking a jab at Common when went on a short rant:

‘I will never stop doing this for ya’ll. I don’t give a f*ck if you have something to say to me. Say it to my muthaf*ckin’ face. Just cause I sing don’t make me no b-tch”

That statement could have been directed towards Luda who recently released a diss record aimed at Drake and Big Sean, however, it was more than likely in direct response to Common’s ‘Sweet’ record when he rhymed, ‘y’all soft motherf–kers, singing all around me man, la la la/ You ain’t motherf–kin’ Frank Sinatra/Uh, lil’ b*tch….‘.

Interesting enough, Common performed with Big Sean who was joined on stage by a list of hard hitters like Wiz Khalifa and Chris Brown. Big Sean had the audience gasping for air with each surprise appearance as well as his style game. Did you see that animal pelt he’s wearing over his head as a hood? Crazy.

J. Cole kept the celebrity appearances to a minimum when he hit the stage. The “Best New Artist” nominee instead opted to keep it simple performing Cole World tracks like “Dollar and a Dream III,” “Workout” and “Mr. Nice Watch” with only the assistance of the crowd.

The-Dream: “I Won’t Be Producing C-ERROR'S Ciara’s New Album”…and who cares!

As Ciara plots her chart return, all eyes are on who the singer has enlisted to craft her comeback effort. One such figure many hope not to see is hitmaker The-Dream. Ironic, it would seem, as a ‘hit’ is exactly what the 25 year old’s career is in dire need of.

The Throne Responds To Syl Johnson Lawsuit: You Got Nothing!

Jay-Z and Kanye West have responded to Syl Johnson’s copyright infringement lawsuit and say the blues man doesn’t have a leg to stand on.
Back in October Syl filed a lawsuit against the duo for illegally sampling his 1967 tune Different Strokes on The Joy, one of the tracks on the deluxe version of Watch The Throne.

Kanye had previously tried to get the sample cleared so that he could use The Joy on his MBDTF album but when that fell through it magically resurfaced as a bonus track on WTT.

However, last Thursday the duo responded saying they intended to fight the suit and say that even if they used Syl’s recording, the lawsuit is without merit because recordings prior to 1972 are not protected under federal copyright laws!

“Any claim based on the alleged use of Plaintiffs’ recording is is barred because, inter alia, (a) the allegedly copied portion of the Plaintiff’s recording is not part of the musical composition; and, if it is part of the composition, (b) is not protectable and/or (c) any use was de minimus.”

Umm…really? So basically they’re not even admitting to using the sample!
Last week when Syl got nominated for two Grammy Awards for best historical album and best liner notes he told Billboard that he should have received a third nod for The Joy.

“Should have been three. [Kanye West and Jay-Z] sampled me and Curtis Mayfield, slowed us down and cut us up.”

He noted that ‘Ye is very close with him and his daughter Syleena Johnson who sang backup on Kanye’s All Falls Down track.

“[Kanye] said he wanted to meet with me and apologize – since I sued him — but I didn’t sue him to be smart, I sued him because that’s the right thing to do man, I’m a musician.”

Warren Beatty and Annette Benning's 'brave' transgender son joins in a special family dinner

Warren Beatty was said to be devastated when his teenaged daughter confessed she wanted to be a man.
But it seems the Dick Tracy star is coming to terms with the bombshell, as he is said to have toasted his 'brave son' at a special family dinner in Hollywood on Saturday.
The legendary ladies man is trying to solidify his relationship with Stephen, who was previously called Kathlyn, according to the National Enquirer.

 And a source told the tabloid the special family meal at Italian restaurant il Covo was a way to publicly give his support to the 19-year-old, who decided she wanted to switch genders last year, but had been living as a man for at least two years previously .
The source said: 'The dinner was an unofficial public display that he's proud of his family, especially Stephen, for having the courage to be who he truly is.
'It wasn't easy for Warren. But he learned a lot about the transgender community over the past year.'

And as a result the 74-year-old is now bragging to friends about his 'intelligent and courageous son Stephen.'
The source added: 'Warren even made an emotional toast to Stephen during the dinner and said he was proud to have such a brave son.

The person who was most pleased by the Bugsy actor's new found understanding was his 54-year-old wife Annette Bening.
The source added: 'Annette was simply glowing. She said the evening was the best Christmas present she's ever received.

But despite the fact it has taken some time for the Shampoo favourite to come to terms with his former daughter, who was named after his beloved mother, his feelings for him were never in doubt.
The source said: 'Warren never stopped loving their child, but he had plenty of issues and fears to overcome.
'The bottom line is he missed his little girl. But he's finally resigned himself to the fact that one day Stephen will probably have gender reassignment surgery and legally become a boy.
'Warren still slips up and calls Stephen "her" or by his birth name Kathlyn, but the bottom line is he's totally onboard with his child's new lifestyle.'

Stephen is one of four children the Oscar winning sex symbol has with his wife of the last 19-years.
They have another two daughters, Isabel and Ella, and a son Ben.
Anette has admitted being a parent is far more challenging than she first realised, and admitted her family life is 'chaotic.'
She told Parade: 'is very demanding. I've got this family who needs me even when I'm working.

'In some ways it's crazy-making, but in other ways, it's so deeply gratifying that I can have the chance to have a career too.
'We still want to idealise motherhood, including actresses who are moms.
'We're all just doing the best we can, trying to raise our kids and talk to them about everything that needs to be discussed and give them their limits and also be their allies.
'So for everybody, it's always a bit of a mess and chaotic.'

Eddie Murphy's ex-wife is out $7 million -- and now, the man accused of conning her out of the dough has been indicted on charges of money laundering, mail fraud and obstruction of justice.

According to the federal indictment, Troy Stratos defrauded Nicole Murphy out of a massive chunk of her divorce settlement from Eddie -- $7 million in all ... nearly half of what she took away from the marriage.

According to the docs, Stratos acted as Nicole's financial manager -- telling her he had invested her millions overseas, when in fact he transferred the lion's share of the money to his personal accounts.

Stratos also allegedly promised to help her sell her swanky home in Granite Bay, CA -- but secretly lived there instead ... rent-free ... all while leasing luxury cars with her money.

What's more ... Stratos allegedly convinced Nicole to refinance the home -- as well as her other pad in Sacramento -- and then used the money to cover his personalexpenses.

A rep for Nicole has no comment due to ongoing litigation.

Ready for more Fast and Furious Movies…Vin Diesel says Start your engines!

It’s one of the most successful film franchises in recent memory, and it seems there’s still two “Fast and Furious” films on the way.
Leading man Vin Diesel revealed that he’ll be starring in both a sixth and seventh flick, thanks to the overwhelming demand.

Diesel shared, "With the success of this last one, and the inclusion of so many characters, and the broadening of scope, when we were sitting down to figure out what would fit into the real estate of number six, we didn't have enough space.”

“We have to pay off this story. We have to service all of these character relationships, and when we started mapping all that out it just went beyond 110 pages. The studio said, 'You can't fit all that story in one damn movie!'"

And Vin says he saw it coming a ways off. "I've always had kind of an allergic reaction to taking a reactionary approach to a sequel. My gut feeling about sequels is that they should be premeditated. You should try to write a trilogy first or at least sketch out a trilogy if you have any faith in your film. You should think about where the film is going over a series of films... This is a trilogy... When I was thinking of this 'Fast & Furious,' I thought of it as three stories. The one that you saw, this one and the final one."

Lauryn Hill Stuns Fans In Connecticut!

Nights ago, ‘Zion‘ performer Lauryn Hill took to The Mohegan Sun Arena to perform a plethora of her oft admired classics for fans in Connecticut.

Following her well publicized set at the Coachella Festival earlier on this year, this performance arrives months before the vocalist fulfills a number of European tour dates in the earlier part of 2012.

Adele set to grace the front of US Vogue's esteemed Spring issue

Curvaceous singer Adele is in line to hit the fashion jackpot if rumours she is to appear on the cover of US Vogue are true.
Having already graced the cover of the British edition in September, WWD report the soulful star will hit American newsstands for the coveted March 2012 issue.
Second only to the famed September issue, the Spring edition is the most important in the Vogue calender and featuring a fuller-figured star marks a courageous move by the fashion magazine.

The last time a plus-sized star graced the cover of US Vogue was Jennifer Hudson back in 2007.
Editor Anna Wintour is said to have asked a host of designers to come up with a series of cover-worthy outfits for the size 16 chart-topper to wear on the shoot.

Ludacris and Jonas Jennings Do Coats For Christmas In College Park

The Coats for Christmas which was an event thrown Ludacris and former NFL player Jonas Jennings.

The event was at the College Park Housing Authority and there were kids lined up around the block. Luda and Jonas said they wanted to do the event in College Park because that’s where they live.

Jonas grew up in College Park and gives a bunch of money to the schools and all kinds of stuff in the community and Luda does a lot every year with his Ludacris Foundation that his mother Ms. Roberta runs. It’s always nice to see folks do good for their community!

Meet Andre Curry; The IDIOT who duct taped his daughter's mouth and posted it on Facebook!

*The 21-year-old Chicago man who posted a photo of his one-year-old daughter bound in duct tape on Facebook was charged with aggravated domestic battery.
Andre Curry, 21, of the 6100 block of South Racine Ave., was charged with aggravated domestic battery, according to a police News Affairs release obtained by the Chicago Sun-Times.

The Facebook photo, which went viral after being published by thesmokinggun.com, shows a girl with blue tape over her mouth; her wrists and ankles are also bound with tape. The message along with the photo read: “This is wut happens wen my baby hits me back. ; ).”

The picture has since been removed but several Facebook friends posted comments about the photo. In one, a woman calls the man a “nasty dirty child abuser.” In another, a woman claims she called DCFS and pointed them in the direction of his profile.
It’s unclear whether the man removed the photo on his own or whether a user reported it as abuse.
As previously reported, Chicago police have been investigating the incident since being notified of the photo on Dec. 14, spokesman Michael Sullivan said. DCFS spokesman Jimmie Whitelow confirmed the agency is also investigating allegations of abuse in the case. DCFS has had no prior contact with the family, he said.
Curry is expected this week in bond court….Merry Christmas idiot!
