But actor-director Tyler Perry has reportedly sold his kitted out Hollywood Hills bachelor pad for $11.25 million last October.
In the pictures of the contemporary property - shot by photographer Ben Bacal - three scantily-clad models lounge by the swimming pool and gaze at the glittering expansive city views.
Perry's pool also serves as an aquarium filled with bathing beauties, thanks to the posh place's two underground windows looking into the billiards room and sitting lounge.
The six-foot-five drag star, famed for his recurring role as elderly spitfire Madea, originally paid $9.6 million for the four-bedroom mansion in 2006.
According to the LA Times, the 43-year-old funnyman had listed the 9,725-square-foot home five times in the past three years starting with an asking price of $13.25 million.
Located in the trendy, star-friendly 'Bird Streets' neighbourhood, Tyler's place sits on more than a third of an acre.
Inside the stunning house, there's four fireplaces, a gym, a sauna, and a glass-floor catwalk that serves as the ceiling of the wine cellar.
There's no need to leave the house at night as the mansion also boasts a screening room and a nightclub/lounge complete with disco ball.
The renaissance man, who's close friends with Oprah Winfrey, Will Smith, and Janet Jackson, also owns two homes in his native Atlanta, Georgia.
In 2007, Tyler bought a 17-acre estate in the Paces neighbourhood of Buckhead and three years later he purchased a 58-acre estate in John's Creek.
The single star reportedly broke up with his last girlfriend, Ethiopian model Gelila Bekele, in 2007.
Tyler also used to date actress Tasha Smith, who appeared in his films Why Did I Get Married? and Why Did I Get Married Too? as well as his sitcom, Tyler Perry's For Better or Worse. I didn’t know that.

Run Athletics president, Rasheed Young, had his lawyer send a letter to the brothers last fall, accusing them of hiding the money, which he is potentially owed.

Russell Simmons’ and Reverend Run’s business partner has declared war on the hip hop moguls — claiming they’ve hijacked MILLIONS in profits from their kids shoe company … and now, he’s gearing up to sue.
Lawyers for Rasheed Young — President of Run Athletics — sent Russell and Rev. Run a letter back in November, accusing the brothers of secretly funneling millions in revenue from their Pastry brand of footwear … into a company that Rasheed isn’t a part of.
Rasheed claims Pastry has raked in tens of millions in sales — and so far, he hasn’t seen a penny of it.
Sources close to Rasheed tell TMZ, Russell and Rev. Run have been stonewalling him ever since he sent the letter — refusing to respond to Rasheed’s demands — so now he’s cranking up the legal heat.Rasheed’s demanding the Simmons brothers fix the screwed-up business structure ASAP … and pay him his share of the shoe profits. If they don’t, Rasheed says he’ll sue.

The action figures that have been causing a buzz for ‘Django Unchained‘ have officially been discontinued. The action figured were very controversial and were viewed as offensive.
TMZ reports, after many activists and groups became involved such as Al Sharpton’s National Action Network and Project Islamic Hope the dolls had been discontinued. They believed the dolls were offensive. The Weinstein Company has reached out the toy company and asked to have them removed.

Something in the gumbo ain't right down in the N.O. as former mayor Ray Nagin has been hit with 21 federal corruption charges.
Though Ray first rose to national prominence after he was applauded for the way he handled Hurricane Katrina during those FIRST few days, some things have changed and folks may never look at him the same.
The charges stem from a City Hall corruption investigation where counts include wire fraud, bribery, money laundering, filing false tax returns and conspiracy.
So how deep are Ray's hands in the pot? It's not looking very good for Ray as two former city officials and two businessmen (whom he had close dealings with) have already plead guilty. And with the feds involved, expect them all to start spilling the sweet tea on each other.

Sheree Whitfield is in hot demand … at least her bank account is … because the IRS says the former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star owes them over $40,000 in back taxes.
According to docs, Uncle Sam filed a tax lien against Sheree in Georgia for unpaid taxes in the years 2009 and 2010 to the tune of $41,752.83.
