A Third Grader was RAPED in a Harlem School by 3 Other KIDS!

HORRIFYING! Third-grade boy forced to perform oral sex on three male classmates at Harlem school:
P.S. 194. in Harlem, where a third-grade boy was forced by a fifth-grader and two other third-graders to perform oral sex.
A third-grade boy was dragged into a bathroom at his Harlem elementary school and forced to perform oral sex on three male classmates, including one who was involved in an attack on a female student two years earlier, according to a bombshell lawsuit.

The 8-year-old boy had just finished lunch at Public School 194 and was in a hallway waiting for class to start when a fifth-grader, the ringleader, and two third-graders pushed him screaming and pleading for help into a bathroom stall, the lawsuit says.
He said one boy held his hands behind his back during the March 2012 attack while another forced him to his knees.
The three culprits then took turns pulling their pants down and demanded that the victim perform oral sex, according to court papers.
“When I was going on line three kids drag me to the bathroom and they pull down there (sic) pants,” the lawsuit says he wrote in a statement to the school. “I told them no but they didn’t listen to me.”

After the boys were done with their sick session, the terrified victim rushed to class and told a teacher what happened, according to a report filed to the Education Department by officials at the W. 144th St. school.
He recalled that the perverse pupils “told everyone” about what they made him do.
The teacher alerted guidance counselor Alicia Blackwood and principal Josephine Bazan, who called the boy’s mother.

A woman who claims her son was sexually assaulted in a school bathroom at P.S. 194 is filing a lawsuit against the Department of Education.
“I don’t know how to explain this to you, but your son was in the bathroom and was forced to perform oral sex on three boys,” the mother, whose name is being withheld by the News, recalled Bazan telling her when she arrived at the school.
The mother said she is filing a $6 million lawsuit Friday against the city Education Department in Manhattan Supreme Court for “emotional and psychological anguish,” and for failing to alert parents and authorities that the ringleader had a history as a “sexual deviant.”
During the 2009-2010 school year, he was accused of touching a third-grade girl under her skirt during a reading class, according to a lawsuit filed last week by the girl’s mother.
The lawsuit says the principal at the time, Charyn Koppelson, did nothing to punish the young perpetrator, or at least discourage his lewd behavior — and allowed him to continue attending the school as if nothing had happened.
“She said, ‘He’s just a kid,’” the girl’s mom told the News in March. “(The incidents) were never placed in the system at all.”

The attack on the boy happened just a month after Koppelson had been reassigned in January 2012 and replaced by Bazan, a 23-year department veteran. Koppelson was removed to a school administrator rotation pool.

After the attack on the boy, the two third-graders received a five-day suspension, and the ringleader — who has since left the school — received a 10-day suspension, the lawsuit says.
The boy’s teacher alerted a guidance counselor and principal Josephine Bazan (pictured), who called the boy’s mother. ‘I don’t know how to explain this to you, but your son was in the bathroom and was forced to perform oral sex on three boys,’ his mother recalled Bazan telling her when she arrived at the school.
According to DOE regulations, a five-day suspension is warranted if students engaged in “inappropriate or unwanted physical contact or touching someone in a private part of body.”
A superintendent’s suspension, when a student is booted from school for more than six days, is recommended when students partake in an “act of coercion or threatening violence, injury or harm to others.”
It is also the consequence if a student engages in “physical sexual aggression/compelling or forcing another to engage in sexual activity.”

The boy, now 9, got a safety transfer to another school about three weeks after the assault.
His furious mom said she ended up being the one who called police from the 32nd Precinct after her emotional meeting with Bazan and Blackwood.
Education Department regulations say police must be notified if a criminal incident on campus poses an “immediate safety emergency.”
The mom said she was outraged that the ringleader was allowed to go home before police arrived at the school.
Cops arrested the two third-graders at the school on sexual misconduct charges. The fifth-grader was arrested on the same charges later at the precinct, the lawsuit says.
Charyn Koppelson, who was the principal at that the school when the fifth-grade perpetrator groped a girl, allegedly did nothing to punish the boy or discourage his lewd behavior, and even allowed him to continue attending the school.
The outcome of charges against minors is not public.
A spokesman for the Education Department said he could not comment on pending litigation.
Bazan, when approached by a reporter about the bathroom incident, said, “It’s a legal matter. I can’t comment.”
P.S. 194 has been on the state’s list of “persistently dangerous” schools since 2011.
A school makes the list when six violent incidents per 100 students are reported.
According to the state’s most recent data, there were 11 physical assaults at the school with weapons and five physical assaults without weapons in academic year 2010-11.

The mother’s Manhattan-based lawyer, Tahanie Aboushi, said both of the incidents should have been stopped by school authorities.
“These children are all victims of something that could have been prevented,” she said.
The boy’s mother said she watched her son become distant and withdrawn after the bathroom assault.
“He would wake up in the middle of the night screaming and crying,” she said. “My son was a very joyful, loving little boy, and the next few weeks after that he would just sit down and stare at the wall. He never stepped foot inside that school ever again.”

SIMPLY ATROCIOUS!

Another Young Queen has come for Kevin Clash! in a LAWSUIT!

Ex-Elmo Puppeteer Kevin Clash, Gets Hit With A Fifth Sexual-Abuse Lawsuit
Looks likes when it rain it pours, a fifth person has come forward accusing former Elmo voice actor Kevin Clash of inappropriate sexual conduct with a minor, according to the Daily Mail.
Kevin Kiadii claims to have been only 16-years-old when he and Clash met for their dalliances, which he says included full penetration.  Kiadii told the Daily Mail in an exclusive interview he was not only coerced by Clash but also reveals how the former puppeteer’s fetish was allegedly that of the role of a father figure to the then boy. Kiadii, who is now 25, told reporters Clash knew he was a minor when they met. The young man also states Clash claimed all throughout their sexual tryst that he was 28-years-old instead of revealing his actual age, which was 43.
According to his Kiadii lawyer, he was a young by exploring his sexuality – not looking for sex but for friends and understanding on gay chat lines.

It was on once such chatline that the two met back in 2004.
After speaking for more than a hour, Mr Kiadii alleged Clash offered to send a limousine to pick up the boy from his Brooklyn home and bring him to his Upper West Side apartment.
Mr Kiadii said: ‘When I arrived at his apartment I was flabbergasted by how beautiful everything was. He met me with a hug and was very affectionate and everything was very lavish.’

He continued: ‘He liked to play games. I would say his fetish is that he likes to play the role of the father. He wants you to feel real comfortable.’
The make-up artist is aware that his decision to file a suit will make him a target for criticism. ‘I would go to his [Clash’s] apartment in the Upper West Side and the doorman would buzz me up at all hours.

‘I look young now and I’m sure I looked a lot younger than my years then. I’m pretty sure I wasn’t the first underage boy to go up there. I just feel like everyone was in on it.’

LORD IT JUST DOESN’T STOP!

The Little girl that was RAPED and NOBODY CARED!

The Little girl RAPED and NOBODY WANTED TO CARE!
Four years ago a 3 year old toddler was raped and tortured in Athens, Georgia.  She is referred to as "The Little Girl" in an effort to conceal her identity.

Two men raped her (possibly over a period of time), an additional man tortured her. These men have not been charged or arrested by The Athens, Georgia Police Department. It is rumored that another child has been raped by one or more of the same perpetrators.

The Little Girl gave graphic details about what happened. She was interviewed by The Cottage, Sexual Assault Center & Children's Advocacy Center, Inc. a 5013c whose mission statement says "The Cottage provides intervention, advocacy, referrals and support for survivors and families impacted by child abuse and sexual assault..." (North Georgia Cottage)

"The Little Girl" identified the perpetrators.

Why didn't The Cottage find a need to ensure that the rapists of "The Little Girl" were prosecuted?
Even with a signed "Waiver" the director has refused to answer and return phone calls.

The Little Girl was removed from the home and adopted by a wholesome lady who cares for her and takes much needed time with her; however, The Little Girl would like to know "Why, when children do wrong they go to time out and when adults do wrong nothing happens"?

Sign this petition and let her Mother know you want JUSTICE or her!

Third ACCUSER Comes Forward In The Kevin Clash UNDERAGE Sex Scandal
A third accuser has stepped forward with claims of underage sex acts with puppeteer Kevin Clash.
According to attorney Jeff Herman, a third accuser, known as "John Doe" will be filing a suit against Kevin tomorrow in Manhattan Federal Court. Herman says his client is now 29-years-old and claims to have engaged in sexual acts with Kevin when he was sixteen.

Though he wishes to remain anonymous, Herman said his client began writing a book in 2009 about his experiences with Kevin and pages from the book will be announced during a press conference on today...after the lawsuit it filed.  Of course.  We're pubbing BOOKS at underage sex claims press conferences now?  Oh.
The lawsuit states that "John Doe" moved to New York to model at age 16, and chatted with Kevin on a gay chat line before going over to his apartment for some "some sexual activity.”  He claims Kevin went by the pseudonym "Craig" and said he was 30-years-old.

"John Doe" says he figured out who Kevin was after meeting him again in 2003 and 2004.
So what tipped him off? The attorney said, "He saw Elmo dolls, an Emmy award and photographs of Elmo with movie stars." Again, of course.

Stay tuned for the developing story.

JERRY SANDUSKY GUILTY!!!!

Jerry Sandusky case 'worst moment in Penn State history'. Last November's arrest of Jerry Sandusky triggered a chain of events that led to massive upheaval at Penn State, including the ouster of legendary football coach Joe Paterno and the university president. The case tarnished one of the nation's premier collegiate athletics departments. "Happy Valley" was rocked by allegations of Sandusky's sexual abuse of boys — and the courtroom accounts in recent weeks of their personal suffering.
Friday night, one phase of the case was closed. Sandusky, once a prominent assistant coach under Paterno, was convicted at trial on 45 of 48 counts of sexual abuse. Many elements remain in what is considered one of the biggest stories in college athletics history. Paterno was fired after 409 victories and two national titles. He died of cancer in January. President Graham Spanier, a leader at one time within college athletics, lost his job. Tim Curley, widely considered one of the nation's top athletic directors, lost his job. Curley still faces a trial on obstruction and failure to report charges.
Bill O'Brien, an assistant coach with the New England Patriots who had no previous ties to the school, was named to succeed Paterno. The football staff was almost completely overhauled.
Lou Prato, an author who has chronicled the great moments in Penn State football history, was choked with grief after the Sandusky verdict. He got the news on television in his hotel room near the Pittsburgh airport.

"I'm very emotional . … It's the worst moment in Penn State's history," Prato said in a phone interview. "It's been months. It's going to continue. One man destroyed it. Maybe he had some enablers within the administration. We don't know. It just goes to show what one man can do. One man can be great. One man can destroy and be evil. … It's a terrible moment."
Prato, author of books such as Game Changers: The Greatest Plays in Penn State Football History and What it Means to Be a Nittany Lion, said he was in Pittsburgh to celebrate his 75th birthday Saturday.
"I came to celebrate in my old stomping ground. How'd I know I'd be sitting here in a hotel watching the national media — I was watching before the verdict came in — continue to trash Penn State? … It's a tough time for all of us Penn Staters who knew nothing about this."
Does he have hope Penn State can repair its image in the future?
"It's not going to occur in my lifetime," Prato said. "It's going to take a long, long time, and it's never going to be the same. We were different. We knew that 'Happy Valley' was a myth, and we knew that everything wasn't pure up there. … But we thought Penn State did it the right way."
Prato said he still plan to show his Penn State loyalty on his birthday. "I'm going to wear my Penn State hat and see what happens," he said.
The verdict, cheered outside the courtroom not far from the Penn State campus, brought reaction from around the country and from a variety of sports figures. Jimmy Rollins of the Philadelphia Phillies tweeted, "Sandusky……HE GONE!" while ESPN basketball analyst Dick Vitale tweeted, "Thank God as there was justice served - Sandusky was so so guilty."
Former Penn State receiver Derek Moye, tweeted, "Good to see the legal system work."
At least one child advocate says she thinks some good can come out of the conviction. Teresa Huizar, executive director of the National Children's Alliance, based in Washington, said this might encourage young male victims in general to speak out — and prompt proper responses by institutions.
"One of the elements about this case that makes me hopeful is that it shines a light on a sub-population of victims that generally doesn't get a lot of attention — and that's young boys or men," Huizar said. "I'm hopeful that other boys who have been victimized may speak out, seeing that justice is available to them."
She said those in charge of responding to allegations of such abuse should also take heed.

"I think it really raises the need to take these sorts of allegations very seriously and to act on them by promptly notifying authorities, rather than trying to investigate on one's own or alternatively simply sweeping them under the rug," Huizar said.
Sandusky, 68, faced charges of abusing 10 boys over a 15-year period via his charity for at-risk youths, The Second Mile.
Sandusky, a former Penn State player, coached at the university from 1969 to 1999. From 1977 to 1999, he was the team's defensive coordinator.
In May, Penn State announced it had put more than $1.1 million into its new Center for the Protection of Children at the Penn State Hershey Children's Hospital. The university also said that it had donated $1.5 million in December to the Pennsylvania Coalition Against Rape.

"I think there is hope for them to come out of this stronger and better if they actually follow through on the commitments they made in early days to really bring that center to some completion and also to begin a children's advocacy center, which was to have been a part of that," Huizar said. "My understanding — and we've had some contact there — is that they have made some steps forward, but of course we would like to see significant, continued progress in that direction."
AND JUSTICE HAS BEEN SERVED!

Singer Rahsaan Patterson Opens Up About Childhood Sexual Abuse
Singer releases new song to help fellow survivors, benefitting RAINN
Mack Avenue recording artist and soul innovator Rahsaan Patterson is proud to announce the release of his new original song “Don’t Touch Me.” Proceeds from the song will raise money for the non-profit organization RAINN (Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network), the nation’s largest anti-sexual violence organization.

Patterson, himself a victim of sexual abuse, is now speaking out about his experience as well.
“I was sexually assaulted when I was 6-years-old and wasn’t able to share it with my family until I was 18-years-old. Looking back on it, I wish there was an organization like RAINN that I could have turned to for help with dealing with what happened to me,” said Patterson. “After 30 years I finally have an appreciation and love for myself that has been missing for most of my life. The most important thing for me at this point is to be able to communicate through music and art and help others. What happened was extremely traumatic and will forever be embedded in my mind and in my life. It’s nothing I can avoid so it’s really about accepting it, owning it and knowing that it’s happened but it doesn’t have to represent who I am for the rest of my life.”

RAINN’s other notable supporters include celebrities such as, recording artist Tori Amos, actress Christina Ricci (“Pan Am”), WWE professional wrestling legend Mick Foley, actress KaDee Strickland (“Private Practice”) and denim designer Paige Adams-Geller.

In addition to his work with RAINN, Patterson is enjoying the success of his sixth studio release, “Bleuphoria.” The disc’s second single, “Crazy” is Top 25 at Urban Adult Contemporary Radio and features R&B singers Faith Evans and Shanice Wilson. The song is the follow-up to “Bleuphoria’s” first single “6AM,” which features soul star Lalah Hathaway.

Listen below to hear “Don’t Touch Me”, Rahsaan Patterson’s original song for the RAINN organization.

Patterson, a former star of the American children’s television program Kids Incorporated, has sold more than 10 million CDs to date with his six critically-acclaimed releases: Rahsaan Patterson (1997); Love and Stereo (1999); After Hours (2004); Wines & Spirits (2007); The Ultimate Gift (2009); and Bleuphoria (2011).
