America’s Next Top Model Alum Renee Alway Arrested For Burglary
Renee Alway, who placed third on cycle eight of America’s Next Top Model (the same cycle as troubled alum Jael), is due in court on Thursday where she will be pleading not guilty to charges such as burglary and fraud.
On June 28, police officers responded to a call reporting a suspicious female wandering around the block. When they arrived on the scene, they found Alway hiding in a vacant home, the homeowners were out of the country. According to a statement provided by the Palm Springs Police Department, Alway was inside the garage of the empty home armed with a gun.They quickly brought Alway into custody and called the SWAT team, believing an armed man was somewhere inside the house. After a six hour standoff no one was found and Alway was arrested and booked on two counts of burglary and one of fraud. She is being held on a $150,000 bail.
This is not the former TV show contestant’s first run in with the law. This year alone, she has been arrested four other times. Her charges in April include grand theft with a firearm, grand theft over $400, and receiving stolen property. In June, she was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, petty theft and fraud. She had been out on bail following this arrest when she was found inside the home.
It seems her passion for posing for photos has faded as she is staring at the floor and refusing to make eye contact in her recently released mug shot, above. The photo shows Alway bruised up and looking like a ghost of her former model self, below.
Breaking News! Juanita Bynum Arrested In Dallas! Mugshot Inside!
Juanita Bynum has been arrested and is being held without bond as of this time in Dallas, TX.
Go to the website above for Dallas Texas Jail, and enter her information and you will see, that she was arrested on yesterday in Dallas, Texas for a Capias Warrant. A Capias Warrant is issued to compel someone to do something. These warrants are usually issued for a person who owes money based on a court judgment or who fails to appear for a civil hearing. Capias warrants are issued by the civil courts, so they are different from criminal arrest warrants — but that doesn’t mean you can’t wind up in jail on a capias arrest warrant.
It seems that it was civil case filed against her by Legendary R&B and Gospel promoter Al Wash. Al Wash says he paid Juanita Bynum a $125,000 advance to star in a stage play, but she didn’t participate.. Word is, he sued her and won. The civil court judgment against Juanita specified that she was to make payments until the judgement was fulfilled. However, she failed to make those payments and failed to appear before the court; therefore, a warrant was issued for her arrest.
My guess is that Juanita did not have the money to reimburse Mr. Wash, make the court ordered payments, nor come up with the total before being arrested. I’m told by someone in the legal community, this all could have been avoided had she had an attorney pay the monies and represent her before a judge.

What a Mighty God we serve!...Or are the 'SO CALLED' leaders serving him?
I’m sure many of you recall my last post on Deitrick Haddon and his shenanigans with his secret divorce and out wedlock baby and new relationship. Well there seems to be more to this story. At the Stellar Awards last week in Nashville Deitrick says the cause of the split was adultery on Damita’s behalf with chart-toppping singer Isaac Carree, formerly of the group Men of Standard……WOW!
Deitrick claims he revealed this information because he was tired of being blamed for causing the divorce after recently announcing his new engagement and child. Nonetheless, no word on the situation has been released from either Damita or Isaac. My prayers go out to Isaac’s wife who accompanied him to the 28th Annual Stellar Awards Ceremony.
In a Facebook message posted on January 20, Deitrick Haddon told Isaac Carree to “man up” over an alleged affair he had with Damita Haddon, Deitrick’s now ex-wife.
In August of 2011 a credible source informed me that the couple had quietly divorced after 15 years of marraige. Although many industry people were aware of the split, it was news to fans as Mr. Haddon decided to go public via a series of Tweets last August. After vague references to his not being man enough to maintain his marriage and sketchy references to the career demands tearing them apart he said he and Damita both were fine and had moved on.
Apparently, he spoke too soon. Haddon is not ready to leave well enough alone. Little by little the plot of this scandalous narrative is thickening. . .
At the end of December last year Haddon posted photos of Destin Monet Haddon, his daughter and her 24-year-old mother on Instagram. In previous posts, he had omitted reference to a new relationship the young lady is now his fiance and becoming a father, leading some to conclude he’d had an extra-marital affair.
On January 20, Haddon childishly returned to social media to divulge more specifics about why he and Damita split in response to fan backlash about his divorce, alleging his ex had an affair with fellow gospel singer Isaac Caree.
By the end of the post of several paragraphs long he confronts Carree:
My objective in this personal message to my supporters is to set the record straight on why I divorced my ex-wife, to clear my daughter’s and fiancé’s name, and to give you the truth. I’m not here to throw anyone under the bus, but I refuse to remain silent while people slander my name because the other parties involved are refusing to speak up for me and about their involvement in this matter. I regret having to continue to speak on this but you all need to know the truth from my perspective. It does not feel good when people make comments saying that I left my wife for a younger woman and a baby!! It’s simply not the truth & the truth is recorded in heaven! Heaven keeps good records & i have no reason to lie!!! I met the young lady when i moved to L.A a broken mess & God used her to keep me from committing suicide twice!! I do admit that she did get pregnant before my divorce was final as my divorce carried on for over a year. However an abortion was not an option for me so I covered her & she covered me while we both repented of our sins & submit to spiritual leadership.
As a sign of humility & accountability, I have not preached on any platform in any church for one year!! I’ve paid my penalty for my sin!! I understand that my ex-wife wants to keep quiet & she has that right but to allow people to think this way about me while she remain Quiet is not cool when I was a good husband, not perfect but a good husband & friend to her for years!! I take full responsibility for my actions but I WILL NOT take responsibility for the cause of my actions. I don’t expect Damita to be bold enough to go public because people will take your transparency & rub it in your face & even Christians who are called to restore & forgive will be ready to throw stones at her for something that God has forgiven her for & is in her past. Unfortunately, we happen to live in a religious community that preach forgiveness but when the opportunity presents itself to show it they just don’t do it!!! However, I do expect Isaac Carree to stand up and be man enough to own his mistakes & give his fans the truth they deserve to know. I appreciate your new song ‘Clean this house”, you know I’ve always been a fan of yours since day one & I’ve never done anything to hurt you but you left one sin out of your song that would have set the record straight & solidified my healing process & that is adultery! I hate to see you walk in deception when it’s unnecessary.
Yes I have forgiven you but I want to see you be the true man that God is calling for all us to be. The Gospel community & church has had enough deception. Let’s come clean in 2013. I forgive you & I love you bro but it’s time to be real. For those that are small minded & will say that I may be jealous of Isaac. That is incorrect, I have always shown my support to him & I celebrate the gifts that God has blessed us with in the Kingdom. However, I have kept quiet & covered him for 2 years since I found out & it wasn’t easy to watch the man that broke up my home run around singing on stages as if he had done nothing devastating to a his fellow brother in the Gospel!! I have moved on… God has blessed me with a baby that has in many ways neutralized the enemies darts that have been thrown against me. Please let it go down in the books that I did not leave Damita for a younger woman, that is not just not the truth!! Isaac the ball is in your court & no longer in mine. I sincerely wish you the best but it’s time for us to be real if we’re gonna spread this Gospel. Anything other than that is unnecessary hypocrisy!! I don’t need an apology but your fans deserve an apology for the damage that have been caused by your actions!! I truly apologize for the damage all this has & will cause the Gospel community & the church. I never dreamed in a million years that I would be part of such foolishness but I’m determined to never bring this kind of shame to the body of Christ again!!”
Haddon’s post has since been removed.However, the “In the Middle of It” singer has responded. Although Carree’s statement neither directly confirms nor denies Haddon’s claims, it is clear that something is awry.
Here’s what Carree had to say:
“It has been brought to my attention that Deitrick Haddon recently made some very hurtful statements about me. I, as well as my wife, are both shocked and confused by Deitrick’s actions. It saddens me that he would seek to engage in mudslinging with me, especially because he and I have spoken openly and honestly about this, even long before his allegations. While I have no desire to drag these personal conversations into a public forum, he and I both know what the truth is. Still, I pray God’s best for him and his family. This weighs heavily on me, but I am grateful for the opportunity to speak from my heart. This will be the only statement that I will make regarding this situation.”
Ironically, the Stellar award winning song “In the Middle of It” was co-written and produced by Gerald Haddon, Detrick’s older brother. But his news single "Clean This House" is great but in this situation has a strange twist!

Creflo Dollar asks members to donate $234K to church shooting victim’s family
The Rev. Creflo Dollar on Sunday sought to pay all the bills for the family of the church employee shot and killed at his World Changers Church International on Wednesday.
“In my book, he’s a hero,” Dollar said of Greg McDowell, who was gunned down while leading morning prayer service at the church. “If those bullets hadn’t been trained on him, there would’ve been more people that would’ve died,” Dollar told the congregation.
Police have charged former church employee Floyd Palmer in McDowel’s death. Investigators say Palmer, 52, calmly walked into morning prayer service Wednesday and fired six shots at McDowell, killing the 39-year-old husband and father.
Dollar challenged church members to give as they left the College Park church, to make online donations and to give to a special fund the church has set up at a bank.
“The goal is $234,000,” Dollar said, telling the congregation he wanted to raise that amount by the end of the day Sunday. “We want to completely eradicate all debts in their lives … house, cars, everything. Let’s now show the world the power of a megachurch.”
Members told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution they expected Dollar’s response to the tragedy.
“It didn’t surprise me at all,” Juliet Hilton said. “He did tell us on Wednesday (night) that he was going to take up an extra offering.”
“He has a love for people,” Debbie Taylor said.
Mike Howard said Dollar’s actions, and the acquiescence of the church members was just part of belonging to the church.
“The McDowells are family,” Howard said. “We take care of each other here.”
Marcia Danielson said the gesture reflects Bible scripture that directs each church to take care of its members when the need arises.
“If it were me, I would’ve wanted that for my family,” she said. “That’s an incredible burden lifted.”
Indeed, Dollar highlighted such burdens when he asked the church to help McDowell’s family.
“It’s enough to have somebody torn away from you,” he said. “And at the same time have to be worried about all of the debts.”
Blue barrels were stationed near each of the exits and church-goers dropped cash and envelopes filled with checks and money as they departed.
It was unclear early Sunday afternoon, how much the church raised, but donations continue to be accepted.
Contributions can be made through the World Changers online, under the Gregory McDowell Family Fund.
An account has been established at Regions Bank for donations in the name of the McDowell Family, Dollar said.

Grand Mama Cissy to the rescue! Houston Concerned About Inheritance Left to Bobbi Kristina, Files Court Documents
Bobbi Kristina’s family is concerned about her well being. The 19-year-old budding actress, who is the daughter of the late Whitney Houston and grandaughter Cissy Houston, has had legal documents filed by her grandmother, requesting that the payment schedule to BK be altered. Her grandmother, Cissy, fears that her grandaughter is under the “undue influence” of unsavory people.
According to Radar Online, court documents were filed in Fulton County Superior Court in Atlanta, and Cissy asserts that Bobbi Kristina
“is a highly visible target for those who would exert undue influence over her inheritance and/or seek to benefit from respondent’s resources and celebrity.”
The document continues that the late Whitney’s estate’s
“intent to provide long-term financial security and protection for her child. Compliance with the provisions of the trust would defeat or substantially impair the accomplishment of the purposes of the trust, which were to provide for the proper maintenance and comfort of the respondent, and to prevent the wasting of trust assets, as evidenced by the trust’s spend thrift provision”
What does all of this mean? Our interpretation (which may be correct or totally off base here) is that Houston’s family and trustees are concerned that Bobbi Kristina may not be financially responsible enough to handle the amount of money she receives. The language also suggests that they aren’t necessarily too thrilled about who is in Bobbi Kristina’s close circle (not sure who or what they may be referencing here–perhaps her boyfriend Nick Gordon–who knows). Meanwhile, According to reports Bobbi Kris has stopped speaking to her grandmother because of it...

Waka Flocka Flame has announced via his Twitter page that he is banned from the state of Virginia!!
How does one go about being banned from an entire state? Well according to reports, Waka is banned from the state of Virginia due to his gang affiliation. Now we've all heard of being banned from venues and certain events.......Lord knows I've been banned from Funk Master Flex car shows and what not, but a whole damn state?! Come on now!!
In any event, Waka had to cancel two performances he had scheduled out in Virginia. One was in Norfolk and the other one was in Richmond. However, Waka's tour will continue on, heading to the next stop which is Sayreville, New Jersey.

Judge Rules That Warren Sapp Is Relieved Of Part Of His Debt
According to TMZ reports:
NFL legend Warren Sapp finally has some financial news he can celebrate — a federal judge just wiped out a giant chunk of his overwhelming debt … by discharging the football star from his bankruptcy case.
TMZ broke the story — Sapp filed for chapter 7 back in April, claiming he owed more than $6.7 million to creditors, but only had $6.45 million in assets … which included 240 Air Jordans, a lion skin rug and a boxing glove signed by Muhammad Ali.
A Florida judge decided Sapp’s financial house was in order … and discharged him from bankruptcy on September 24.
But the NFL star’s not completely out of the woods — he’s still on the hook for hundreds of thousands of dollars in tax debt, child support and alimony … which was NOT covered by his Chapter 7 filing.
Way to go Warren, now get the rest of your life together!

Eazy-E ‘PartyMansion’ Bank Forclosure
The late rapper Eazy-E‘s mansion in Calabasas, California was foreclosed on earlier this year. The home used to be called the ‘Playhouse.’
According to TMZ, learned that his widow, Tomica Wright, has allegedly stopped making payments on the home. Eric “Eazy-E” Wright, passed away on March 26, 1995, from AIDS-related pneumonia. Eazy-E’s home was famous back in the early 90′s for crazy, all-night parties. He also had an open door policy for his entourage and of course women. The 6,700 square-foot mansion reportedly even had a black room with fluorescent pillows and a neon sign that read “Eazy’s Playhouse.”
The home is reported by official records as mortgage payments falling behind in 2011 to owe $168,278.78. The home was sold at a foreclosure auction in May 2012 for $2.2 million.

While Kim is in Miami to film her family reality show, Kanye has been living it up at Paris fashion week, even though he isn’t showing his clothing line there. On Sunday he was at a party hosted by Diane von Furstenberg and Olivier Zahm to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Purple magazine.
Another source tells us that things between Kanye and Kim are “cooling off” because “he’s getting tired of the constant press and promotion. He’s not as tight with her as he was.”
