Did Charlamagne Tha God GET JUMPED For Not Giving Shoutouts??!!!

Video of Charlamagne Tha God being assaulted by a group of thugs has been posted. Find out the crazy reason why.........
A group of men approached radio personality Charlamagne and asked him to give their CD a shootout on the radio. While he was trying to respond, someone struck him from behind. The radio host then took off sprinting down the street to avoid being jumped.
Hmm....does this look staged? A little. Is this this for attention? Maybe.
Or it could have been a serious situation. Charlamagne said, "I thought about fighting them dudes a couple of times, but that s**t would not have ended well." It looks a little suspect but we are happy he wasn't hurt.
