Transgender ‘Sidney Starr’ Admits To Lying About Sleepy With Chingy

I guess Sidney has had a change of heart because she recently dropped a new video where she admits that she lied on Chingy (and several other entertainers) all because she wanted to be accepted. She says that she now embraces what she is and hopes that other transgendered women will be more honest about themselves in the process.
check out the video:
And Chingy chimes in too!
I’m not sure what brought about this change, but what I do know is that low album sales be damned, you shouldn’t just make up stuff about people. It definitely doesn’t allow for people to believe you in the future.
LAME B*TCH! You should never do that to people.

Another Transgender Murder R.I.P Brandy Martell of Oakland Calif.

Another Transgender Murder R.I.P Brandy Martell of Oakland Calif.
More is being learned about the murder of a transgender woman in Oakland over the weekend. Brandy Martell was shot to death in downtown Oakland at Franklin and 13th Street just a block from city hall. Her friends believe the killing was a hate crime.
37-year-old Brandy Martell was sitting behind the wheel of her car around 5:15 a.m. Sunday when one or two men walked up and began a conversation. A witness told ABC7 the conversation was cordial, but then a few minutes later, one of the men became angry and fired into the car right where Martell was sitting.

Until late last year, Martell worked as an outreach worker at the Tri-City Health Center in Fremont which serves the transgender and transsexual community. "When you don't provide a space in society for people who you think are the other or different, especially transgender women, especially transgender women of color, when you don't provide spaces for them to be in a safe environment or a safe space, whether it's socializing or services, this is what happens," Martell's friend Tiffany Woods told ABC7.
People gathered at the scene of the shooting Sunday night to remember Martell. Her murder was one of three in Oakland over the weekend.
Investigators are talking to witnesses and trying to figure out exactly what led up to the shooting. It could be considered a hate crime if they find out that the shooter was motivated by a perception of the victim's sexual identity.
HMMMMMMM, As noted, there was an email notice send out about the murder Sunday evening, with a damning claim about police inaction.
Brandi, a transwoman, was murdered last night, shot at 12th and Franklin in Downtown Oakland after an altercation with a man who became enraged and shot her when he realized she was trans. An amazing #oo comrade tried to keep her alive with training learned from the People’s Community Medics, but the cops walked away and the ambulance came too late.

(From Daily Kos) If you are doubting whether this could possibly be true, I suggest you read Politicized 'Hate Crimes', the OPD and District Attorney O'Malley, and judge for yourself.
It is true that Oakland is a high-crime city, at least if you consider the data per capita. But Oakland is just not that populous, so that you might think that each of the some 110+ murders a year that occur within its boundaries would garner significant media attention. But as of five o'clock today Oakland's flagship newspaper, the Oakland Tribune, had absolutely nothing about a rather shocking crime that took place just a block from Frank Ogawa Plaza / Oscar Grant Park.
Think about what the newscape would look like if a well-heeled, white, Oakland citizen living on "the right side of the tracks" (or, in Oakland parlance, "the hills") had been the victim. Or consider that another murder that took place at almost the same location in November of 2011 while Occupy Oakland was camping in the Plaza rated world-wide headlines. I will leave it as an exercise to the reader to determine how many articles there were about broken windows in Oakland on November 2nd, 2011.
So this is how yet another (and another, and another and another) transgender woman dies; a victim simultaneously of hatred and a conspiracy of silence.

WE MUST DO BETTER!

R.I.P Paige Clay Chicago TransWoman found MURDERED!!

Another Day, Another Trans Woman Murdered!
Community groups are rallying for answers after a transgender woman was found shot and killed on the city’s West Side earlier this week.
Paige Clay, 23, a male-to-female transgender person, was found shot and killed Monday morning. Her body was found in an alley behind the 4500 block of West Jackson Boulevard in the West Garfield Park neighborhood, according to Harrison District police Lt. John Andrews.
The Cook County Medical Examiner’s office identified the victim as Marvin Clay, and said she suffered a gunshot wound to the face. The manner of death was a homicide.
Police say Clay suffered a gunshot wound to the forehead. A woman called authorities about the body in an alley behind her home, police said.
In the wake of the murder, Brian Turner, social worker at the community group Taskforce Prevention and Community Services, tells the Chicago Phoenix he is organizing an event to call for answers in Clay’s murder.
Turner runs a program for transgender women called Women of Many Voices, and Clay was a member of the group, the Phoenix reported. He also describes Clay as an adopted member of his family by way of his aunt, who was Clay’s foster mother, the Phoenix reported.
Turner is expressing disappointment about the investigation of Clay’s death, and says he was not allowed to identify her body at the Medical Examiner’s office because he is not immediate family, the Phoenix reported. "Why should it matter if I’m not immediate family if my aunt was her foster mother? This is the woman that raised her, who took her into her own home," he said. Cook County has given Turner 90 days to wait to see if any biological family makes a claim, something he finds frustrating and confusing. "She has people who love her who were not her immediate family, but they were family."
The Phoenix reports Clay was well-known in the LGBT ball community, and held several part-time jobs in the area.
Clay walked Runway in the ball scene, and despite her inexperience, friends say she was fast making a name for herself. In part, they say, it was her ingenuity. Clay crafted her outfits with little money, borrowing when necessary, but always creating something unique. "In the ball scene, there wasn't anyone with that kind of passion," said Marlo Moss, a friend of Clay's. Clay traveled from state-to-state and won several competitions.
Clay had come into her own in the past few years. She came out as transgender, became emancipated from the state and moved out into her own apartment, a great point of pride for her. She held jobs at McDonald's, Wendy's and Forever 21 clothing store, among other places.
But she also faced challenges. Like many young trans women of color, Clay was subjected to violence and discrimination, friends say. In addition to working in the service industry, Clay was occasionally involved in sex work, said [friends], noting that she had been subject to violence before.

In an effort to unite the community and seek information to help solve Clay’s murder, Turner and the Taskforce are planning a “Justice for Paige” rally Tuesday, May 1 from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. The rally will be held at Taskforce headquarters, 9 N. Cicero Ave.

The Philly Pumping Party Black Widow is CAUGHT! & ARRESTED!

The Philadelphia Pumping Priestess! Transgender Woman arrested for toxic buttocks injections!!
Police arrest a woman who allegedly performed illegal cosmetic posterior procedures.
Even though a ruling on the first case has never been made, Padge Victoria Windslowe, also known as the Black Madam, is finally behind bars Wednesday night. This time for injecting another woman with silicone who ended up in the hospital as a result.
Authorities say the transgender woman was arrested just as she was allegedly getting ready to have what are known as a Pumping party; a back alley event where mostly transgender individuals go to have their buttocks enhanced by injecting silicone.
According to authorities, she staged another pumping party on February 19th where a 23 year old exotic dancer from North Philadelphia was injected and ended up in the hospital.
"She received a silicone injection into her rear end by Padge Victoria Windslowe. Two days after that on February 21st, she went to Temple University Hospital with shortness of breath, and she was spitting up blood," said Lt. John Walker.

Windslowe first came to the attention of law enforcement last year in February after a 20 year old British woman; Claudia Aderotimi flew into town to have the injections and later died.
Police say Windslowe performed the injections although she was not licensed to do so.
She was never charged because the Delaware County District Attorney has yet to rule on whether the injections contributed to her death.
Authorities plan to revisit the case.
"The mere fact that she's out there continuing to inject people, makes us all irate; myself, anyone in law enforcement, that this girl still has the audacity to go out here and continue to do this, even thought she knows that it is hazardous and for what she did in the past," Lt. Walker said.

Police say the latest victim just got out of the hospital late Wednesday, but still has a long road to recovery.
Windslowe is being charged with aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and fraudulent business practices.
Homicide charges may be forthcoming in the connection with the first case. Stay tuned for further developments in this case!
